Decent size cafe/restaurant tucked in a strip mall. The atmosphere was your average open cafe style with a few outdoor tables. Although I'm a bit new to Columbian dishes, it was very good. I had the Brisas Brunch and would recommend. Rice & beans, Colombian sausage, arape (corn cake), fried egg, avocado and paired with a hot latte. They have a good variety of baked goods at the counter. The service was good, but limited to a specific waitress as I didn't speak the resident language. We found this restaurant on doordash while we were in Orlando Florida. We were really excited to try really authentic Columbian dishes. We had empanadas, pandeuno (cheese bread) and bandeja paisa. We loved everything. It was so delicious. Then next day we ordered more breads, empanadas and of course bandeja paisa. Somehow this time it was really over fried and hard to chew. I have visited this Bakery/ restaurant twice and I really like the food, service and the ambiance, the food was fantastic, and the staff was incredibly attentive and hospitable. However, I encountered a recurring issue with the billing/tipping process, which left me slightly concerned. On two separate occasions, I noticed discrepancies in the charges, which seemed unusual. While the overall dining experience was delightful, the repeated occurrence of the same mistake raised some questions. You don't get a bill , just the total in their handheld terminal. I asked for the bill again, but they give it to you after you sign and the tip is included but they suggest you add more which is ok if the bill was correct but now you end up tipping on the wrong amount. Despite this, I must emphasize the remarkable flavors and the dedicated service provided by the staff. It's just unfortunate that these billing/tipping concerns surfaced more than once . read more

The sausage is very tasty along with the pork belly, but unfortunately, the steak leaves a little something to be desired and could use some extra seasoning or some chimichurri. Cute place and the service was good but the breakfast food was only ok. Honestly I think the food would have been better if the descriptions of the dishes were more informative. For example the menu had scrambled eggs but what it didn't say was the it had peppers in it. Unfortunately I'm slightly allergic to peppers so I got something else when it arrived. Also the arepas that came on the side did not taste like it had corn at all. It was pretty hard but the cheese on top was good. I ordered something else and it was deep fried. The texture was off and it was so heavy in oil. Even though my experience wasn't great, I do think I will give this place another chance. The breads they had in the case along with the coffee were amazing. The menu for lunch and dinner also looked really good. Was craving a pandebono this morning so I found the closest bakery. This place is kinda hidden so I'm glad it popped up on maps because it is SO close. I also got a beef empanada. Both were delicious. Not extremely hot but definitely not cold. The girl who helped me was super nice and asked if I wanted hot sauce. I'm so glad I said yes. Try the hot sauce.
