Food Chicken bacon ranch slice was topped with tomato. The best CBR in my opinion. Two garlic knots with some marinara, MMM! Have you tasted the difference of ordering a couple of slices and they put it in the oven to heat it up and the crust is crispy and the cheese is gooey melted and hot? Have you ever ordered a pie and by the time you get it home it's all steamed so you put it in the oven and bring it back to life! This past Friday at 5:00 pm I called in a Grandma Pie with Meatballs & Mushrooms. Please realize it's 5:00 pm and the beginning of the Friday night rush. I asked if they would make the pie and let it cool down then rebake it to get it crisp. The friendly guy put the pizza maker on and he said "absolutely, I will do it the way you ask"!!! I said I'll pick it up at 6:30 to give enough time. I wanted this because of me going to the drive inn movie up the road at the Moose Lodge. This pie was the absolute best pie I have ever had since I was a kid and visited relatives in Rome. There's no words profound enough that can convey how delish it was! The staff is always friendly and when you go in for a few slices there's always a huge selection of different pies to choose from. I literally fell in love with the way it crunched when I bit into it, the way the inner dough was still chewy and the high quality sauce and low moisture cheese which made it a first class pie. I live 20 minutes from this pizzeria and it's worth the trip for all your appetite requirements! Thank you for doing what the customer asked for. Wondered if not calling in ahead of time was a mistake, but our pizza was ready FAST, our spinach salad was great, and the guys behind the counter work like a well-oiled machine to get orders out quickly and smoothly!! EXTENSIVE menu of pizza, heros (NOT subs!!), wraps, and more. Catering menu looks great too!! As usual, I was wanting to order one of EVERYTHING on the menu, but had to save room/sanity/waist line for the trip back home to Ohhhhhio!! Excellent pizza, Great sauce! Tried the chicken parm pizza and chicken parm roll. Wowza! Took my young boys here on a Friday afternoon and it was very kid friendly. Bad bad experience. They advertise a large cheese pizza for $12.89 on Tuesdays but they will size you up as you enter to collect pie. I'm sure if you are a regular they will charge you advertised special price but if not they charge you $18.00. After I told the boy it was Tuesday and the pie was a special price did he say ok 15.00 dollars. Since when is the tax on $12.89 $2.11. Shady dishonest business, never again read more

Broadway Pizza has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember. It is not the largest or the prettiest but the food is excellent!

I like this place. There are several pizza places closer to me, but sometimes I drive a bit farther for their basic Neopolitan. Nice, thin, crispy crust, well seasoned sauce and fresh cheese. Their 'grandma alla vodka' pie is definitely worth a try. Service is always friendly and fast. Recommended. read more

Honestly, this is probably the best pizza in Greenlawn, which makes this review even more of a bummer to write. Their grandma slices are great, and the Sicilian pizza is also really, really good. My fiancee is also a big fan of their Caesar salad slice - in fact, the variety of options there is really pretty mind-blowing. The dough is among my favorite, with a very homemade taste that reminds me a lot of my mother's. I'm really looking forward to trying the baked ziti and the chicken parmesan slices. So, why three stars and not the five that their pizza so richly deserves? Because while my experiences eating in have been stellar, takeout fell entirely flat. Not only was my slice cold (and I showed up just when they said to), it was lonely - I'd ordered and paid for two and got one. My fiancee's Caesar salad slice was equally disappointing, as we'd actually been given a Greek salad slice. So, if you order there and eat there, you'll have a great experience. Our little town of Greenlawn has numerous dry cleaners, a few bars,a handful of restaurants, and two pizza places. Broadway Pizza so happens to be my favorite of the two places. Situated on Broadway-Greenlawn Ave, it's literally a 2 minute walk from my house. How awesome is that, really? I was just there earlier this afternoon for a couple slices before I went to the city for the day. I like the pizza at Broadway for several reasons: the sauce is crisp and sweet, the cheese is the right amount of gooeyness, and the crust has the right crunch for me. It's not an overly doughy crust like some places make, it's more of a thinner variety, brimming with texture and taste. There are many different pizza styles to choose from, but I'm either a plain cheese person or a pepperoni slice type of guy. And speaking of Guy, he's one of the nicest people you could meet. Guy is the owner of Broadway Pizza and a very personable and pleasant man. He has a really polite and friendly staff of younger people working for him, which is a plus for any business. I haven't tried any of the other offerings they serve, and they do have catering available, but as much as I like the pizza, I am sure I would like whatever else they make. The prices are reasonable, the service is quick, and it's a nice place to chill out with some slices and read the paper. If you like sports, ESPN is usually on the flat screen. There are also some really cool New York themed pictures and decorations on the walls. It's great to have such a decent place to get a pizza so close to home, and even greater that the place is pretty awesome. read more

We have hosted friends and family from out of town and served Broadway pizza for dinner...without fail, every time, we've caught people sneaking back for seconds and thirds even after swearing they don't love pizza and will only eat one slice. We have used Broadway Catering (ask for Guy) for the past four years for our special events. Whether it's cooking for 90 people, or special orders, Guy always come through. He'll put together a menu that is geared towards your attendees. The food ranges from Peppersteak to Gluten free chicken. I never get a complaint!! Ordered delivery tonight. My order was $11.90 but with Delivery Fee of $3.00 it came to $15.90! #1: I was charged an extra item to 'qualify!' For delivery because I was $0.10 (10Cents) short to Qualify! Even with Delivery Fee of $3.00- Mind you I live 2Blocks Away! (Just over tracks- literally 1/4mile most likely less!) & yea why didn't I just pick it up! I couldn't because I was working from home & helping my kids with Homework. Than they say 25-30minutes- An Hour Later nothing! Call & they come 20 Minutes Later with Cold Food!! (My kids Dinner Now Cold) What's the point of Take out if your still making dinner after it comes! & kids on phone Rude! When I asked about $3 delivery charge- He says 'Well you can pick it up!' With the okay of the owner right there (heard him talking in background to kid). I get a $1maybe $1.25-but $3 for delivery? Especially with Everything happening Today! Been going there for years. The pizza is excellent. I really love their sauce. I don't know if they have trouble keeping a pizza maker, but it's very inconsistent. Some days the crust is too thick and doughy, sometimes it's very thin. Sometimes there's not enough cheese. Sometimes there's too much cheese, not enough sauce. But overall a good pizza. I called to order a pizza, using a coupon from a local circular- it was $2.50 for a pizza. Wow, great price right?! We assumed that it was a promotion of some sort. I notified them that I had the coupon over the phone- and placed the order. When I got there, turns out it was supposed to be $2.50 off the large pie, they had made a typo- however this was not mentioned when I ordered the pizza over the phone, indicating that I had the coupon. Anyway, the manager refused to honor the clearly advertised price, like he should have done when mistakes happen. He actually became quite rude about it, stating that it was "common sense" that it wouldn't be that much. In any event, my husband wanting to avoid further discussion, paid the full price for the pizza, but we were both appalled by the lack of customer service displayed here. Moving on to the actual pizza- average at best. I'm probably biased based on the encounter, but it was nothing special, I could have gotten better pizza closer had I not been duped by their false advertising. I was recommended to Broadway from my cousin who claims it's the "greatest pizza he's had" and to be quite frank, he's not that far off. The pizza is very good, and decently presented behind the counter. Out of the five slices (true story, five) I'd say my favorite was the Caesar salad slice. Although, the CBR (Chicken, Bacon, Ranch) slice was close, as was the deep dish slices. The Caesar with the well-done crust was the best salad slice I've had(Truth!). The buffalo was an average slice, which could've used more content to it(more cheese) still, though very appetizing. I would suggest speaking with the owner, Guy who is not only accommodating he is also a very customer service based individual who takes pride in making his customers satisfied. After commenting on the pizza he gave a smile, and thanked me for coming down! You cannot get service like that, least often. I highly suggest this establishment, And have brought its attention to my office so we now have a go-to pizza joint. I will be coming by more often, even though it is a drive. read more
