Baked potato I had already started eating.

We made a reservation for four at 5:30pm. When we arrived there were only a couple tables occupied. It was early in a Thursday night. The food was good. I did enjoy my prime rib. I liked how they gave you the light sauce and the horseradish on the side. It lets you add as little or as much as you like. I have to say I did enjoy my sister's dry aged steak a bit better. I think the peppercorn sauce really made the steak stand out. Our waitress was very kind and attentive. She took our picture as we celebrated our mom's birthday. Because we arrived early we had plenty of room and it was pretty chill. I would go back again and order the dry aged steak.

Juicy but no flavor. My creamed corn was swimming in au jus to add flavor.

Wish I could say it's just like HOPR but it's not. My hubby brought me here bec he did have a great experience back in the day but this was probably more than 12 years ago. The service is very good but sadly the meat lacked flavor. It was juicy but just didn't have that rich flavor you expect at these prices. The popovers we had were almost burnt and the salad looked kinda old and unappetizing. The walls looked like they have not been repainted and there is no cherry wood decor like the photos so maybe that's old?!? My son's kid portion was as thin as a slice of lunchmeat which I thought was a bit like highway robbery for $27. We were all underwhelmed and disappointed after a $220 bill after tip. Cry emoji.

NY Steak smothered in sauce with creamed corn and creamed spinach.

I have a sense this was a cool place back in its heyday, but that day has come and gone. The interior looks aged, the menu is weak, they don't have a cocktail list, they don't have a dessert menu. Came in with a party of 6. Some ordered espresso martinis. Of course, they were made with coffee, not espresso. Two people ordered cosmopolitans and wondered if there was any alcohol in them! One asked for an NA beer and all they had was O'Doul's!! The first course of salad was pretty gross. The lettuce looked old and it was drenched in some weird salad dressing. My honey had the salmon and said it was pretty good. I had the NY steak. The steak itself was pretty good, but I didn't know it was going to come smothered in some sauce. When I order a $63 steak, I tend to NOT want any sauce on it. The sauce was okay, but I would have preferred it came with sauce on the side. The creamed spinach is, I am sure, not very good when it is hot. It is downright nasty when it is served cold. And the creamed corn? Meh. I think creamed corn and creamed spinach used to be popular in the 70s. Time for this place to rethink their game. I will NOT be back here.

While people think of House of prime rib when they want prime rib in the bay. This place is not sub par of HOPR. Due to it being family run every time I've attended for any occasion the staff always remembers you and treats you like family. The meat quality is amazing and has honestly never disappointed. There were times when I found myself full and they sent me home with fresh sides to eat just because they know how much I enjoy them. They always make sure to make all their guest feel welcomed and this is why I always come back and support as well as to eat an amazing prime rib.

Hard to find a complete meal these days. This place is nostalgic of times of old. Got there at 5pm for opening, no wait and seated fast. Old style ambiance with booths and wood decor you would expect from a steakhouse. Meat was flavorful, salad was tasty, sides were decent. Popover was a nice extra touch. Prices increased from the menu outside by a few dollars

We decided to try Broadway Prime in Burlingame for the first time for a pre Valentine's dinner! I ordered the Broadway Cut, and it was absolutely perfect. The portion was very generous, and it was cooked exactly rare as I requested. The quality and flavor were outstanding. The side dishes were delicious and complemented the steak so well (I chose creamy spinach and corn). What really stood out was the service -- the staff consistently checked on us, made sure we had everything we needed, and even offered extra sides, au jus and vanilla ice cream for my little one for dessert. Everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for both the food and the exceptional service. We'll definitely be back!

Came here Thursday night for dinner. My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary. We were sat right away and greeted with water and bread. We got the peninsula cut prime rib with creamed spinach, garlic mash and a baked potato. Service was quick and food came out fast and hot. The price point and portions are great for what you pay. Would definitely come back and recommend!

I've been coming here for holiday parties for years, and I've always considered Broadway Prime a solid rival to House of Prime Rib in San Francisco. The experiences were similar in a lot of ways, aside from the tableside salad presentation. Service has consistently been fantastic. The staff is attentive, quick, and always checks in at the right times. Pricing has also always been reasonable, so no complaints there. But the food... that's where things have changed. The quality isn't what it used to be. On my most recent visit in late December, I ordered the select cut and immediately noticed a difference. The meat was tough, difficult to cut, and required way too much chewing. It just wasn't the tender, flavorful prime rib I remembered from previous years. Unfortunately, after this experience, I don't think I'll be returning. It's disappointing because this place used to be such a reliable favorite, but I know I can get much better prime rib elsewhere.

Took a good buddy here for a milestone b-day (I won't mention which 'stone). His choice and it was a winner. I hadn't been to BP in a very long time and wondered if it was still good. Yes, it was. My prime rib was fantastic. Tender, juicy and very, very flavorful. It made me wonder why I don't eat it more often. I ordered the Broadway Cut because when it comes to prime rib, more is always better. The creamed spinach and English popover were the ideal complements to a great cut of beef. My buddy had his with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes. He enjoyed his, too. He is no longer a big eater, but cleared his plate, which told me he loved it. We finished the meal with two Tiramisu's. That too, was excellent. I didn't think I had room, but I am greedy. All in all, a good celebratory evening for my buddy. Just two old guys acknowledging the passage of time in a fine steak house. Now for the pics.

Made reservations here to celebrate a birthday on a Saturday and they had plenty of spots available! Just note you do need to call in to do so. When I say that you will leave stuffed, trust me. They start you off with some of the warmest, fresh bread with butter (we also requested refills). Next up, a pretty big serving of a refreshing salad. The main dishes we ordered are the New York Steak (yummy beef flavor with tons of pepper) and the Prime Rib (very juicy and tender). Both of these are served with a warm popover and choice of sides-- are favorites are the garlic mashed potatoes and cream spinach! I still had half of my meal I packed for take away. The service was so fast and they were very attentive throughout our meal! They even celebrated the birthday with a scoop of ice cream and candle which was a nice touch. Overall it's a great steakhouse for any occasion and doesn't feel too fancy so you can eat comfortably here. Love this spot for big groups since they can accommodate.

It's been a while... as in 13 years... I had to reread my original review to remember how long it's been. For a reunion meal part 2, I tried to get a reservation at a waterfront steakhouse in SF but it was booked out for a private party on the 1st Friday evening in December. My friends carpooled with me here and I found street parking around the corner. We arrived a little early and accepted the host's offer to be seated at our table. As the rest of our party arrived, I started with a glass of iced tea (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=MRj083KuVF7oHwUG_olWng), passing on the sweeteners for a palate cleansing beverage. When our table was complete, we needed little time in ordering our meals. All dinners include Fresh salad with house-made dressing, English Baked Popovers, and two sides. We started with the fresh salad with house-made dressing (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=U1CBO-o0ZJbHT3b9Qy2zsA), an evenly dressed and I enjoy that recipe with the red beets (yes, made famous on Van Ness Ave); our waitress kindly offered us seconds on this and three of us took her up on it. For my dinner, I had the Broadway cut dry aged prime rib medium rare (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=QaxRR7O1Cgph6vUT7ip1-Q), with 1/2 creamed corn and 1/2 creamed spinach with baked potato; I asked for my baked potato to be loaded except for holding the butter on it. My prime rib was tender on the rarer side of medium rare which was fine by me. I finished the ribeye portion and brought the bone home along with most of my baked potato. The creamed corn and creamed spinach were delicious, pairing well me the other main items. My plate had plenty of au jus but our waitress thoughtfully gave us a tureen of au jus in case anyone needed more. Like that place in SF, three diners in our party asked for extra slices (English cut - thinner slices), a perk when you finish all of your meat order. Being full, I was surprised when one guest agreed to try their dessert items. The eight of us shared bites of the Tiramisu (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=GVX1l8H35Nn0kE3oQCmraw) and cheesecake (https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=saJuyv784apZzH--psHZ3Q&start=0&select=js5S2Pd_Sdvcbg_K8liF-g). Going back and forth between the two, I can't decide which one I enjoyed more as I was already full. Our waitress was efficient in removing plates and bringing us our meals. The owner/partner recognized several in our party and was jovial and a perfect holiday host for our meal as we caught up on old times. I'd heard a variety of mixed reviews from friends, hearing that other locations were better. I have not been to those so I cannot comment. Thank you, Hong, for catching up with us and great seeing you again. And kudos to your staff in making our meal a festive and family like dinner.

I had a great seat looking outside! Katrina was my server and she is fabulous! Prime rib came out a little too rare for my taste, I had ordered medium. It was redone and much better. Popovers were not warm! Please serve Yorkshire popovers warm!! Everything was good!

Came here for dinner on a weeknight and it was not busy. Ordered the broadway cut in medium rare. Came with 2 sides but I chose to go for creamy spinach. I kinda wanted more Yorkshire pudding. :) I love their premix salad and Yorkshire pudding. The meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked. It's tender and goes well with the au jus sauce on the plate. Service was attentive also. Love how they check up on you often to make sure you're okay. They even offered me more salad if I want any.

Ask the Community - Broadway Prime

Are they accept indoor dinning now?

    Yes

    Do they offer kids menu?

There is a Kid's Cut; a special cut for children and it includes a drink.

Will they sear your prime rib like House of Prime rib if asked?

The servers are very accommodating, and they serve a NY steak so I'm assuming they would.

Do they offer a kids menu?

YES! A child's cut for children ages 12 and under, plus a beverage is $15.

    Would you waive corkage fees?

I would. But I dont think they would.

What are the prices? They aren't shown on the menu?

Yes the prices are shown on the menu. See the pictures of the menu posted. Very reasonable.

Which cut or item allows you to have a second serving of beef, if you so want more? Is it a smaller second serving or same as initial serving?

You can order any cut of prime rib,as long as you finish your slice. The second piece is usually smaller too.

So, coming here, first off, ALL the people who work here are wonderful. Very kind, professional, helpful and they act like they want to be here. I was helped quite a bit by Yesenia, and she was amazing, took great care of me! So kudos to management for what seems to be that, in turn, they take good care of their staff. It was a fairly long line to order and, at first, I sorta wished they had table service instead -- but it ended up moving fairly quickly and was very easy to order. They give you a number and you choose your own table, either inside or outside. On a Saturday morning, although it was busy, there were plenty of tables. My coffee came right away and it is good coffee. And I was told its Crepevine's own branded coffee, organic blend. My Thai crepe came not too long after. It usually comes with both peanut sauce and pesto. But I don't like pesto (and what does that have to do with Thai anyway?) so I asked for it to be prepared with just the peanut sauce. Unfortunately, that got lost and what I was served came with no sauces at all in the crepe. They were happy to take it back and have it re-done and it came out and a short time later with the peanut sauce inside ... and was nice and hot -- and delicious! The side salad that comes with the crepe usually has balsamic vinaigrette but I noticed that one of the menu items is a Thai Salad so, in keeping with the theme, I asked if they could put the dressing for that salad on my side salad and they said no problem, and it was very good -- a lemongrass dressing. The home potatoes were decent although I like mine well done with crispy edges, which these weren't, so I'd probably ask for that next time. And, btw, the value for the money is really good -- they give you A LOT of food! I actually couldn't finish everything on the plate. That all said, I don't think I'll come here on a regular basis, don't live nearby, but I'll definitely come back again, maybe when I have a guest in town -- it was a good meal at a good price and with excellent service and atmosphere, and the few minor problems I had were solved very quickly and efficiently, so 5 stars well deserved.

The BBQ chicken was my personal favourite, while others liked the Calabrese + honey. I thought that one just tasted like a plain pizza with tomato sauce and honey. I really liked the funghi as well as the cheese was rich. The Margherita was normal. A lot of these pizzas had bitter-tasting leaves instead of something less sharp like spinach. Each pizza was around $20-25. Service was fine.

We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

3.5 STARS *UNCE UNCE…read moreUNCE* I haven't been to Burlingame for dinner in a looooong time so upon arriving to Mykonos, I was surprised to find...it was poppin'! Esp when I was able to make last minute rezzies (an hour prior) and they had wide availability. The indoor dining room was packed and about 90% of the ample outdoor seating was filled. The house music was bumpin' and with the purple lighting inside, the whole vibe reminded me of Fluid Lounge in the city (iykyk). Sister resto to Roma Antica, Bottega, 'Napizza, and The Rustic in the city and Capri Lasagneria in Burlingame, Mykonos has been on my list to go to since they opened in 2020. For Burlingame standards, I found the Greek + Med fare with a full bar, to be fairly priced. They do charge a 4% hospitality fee. F O O D * Complimentary Pita Yea, it's commercial but hey, it's free and it's served warm and toasty. * Saghanaki: Pan-fried Kefalotyri Cheese w/ lemon + oregano ($14) Flamed tableside, the saghanaki makes for a great TT/reel with cheese pulls but it was just meh. It was very salty and the cast iron pan wasn't hot so the cheese quickly cooled and hardened. * Octopus w/ Greek-inspired chickpea puree ($19) Sous-vide then finished on the grill, the octopus was tender but could have used more time on the grill for a hotter temp and deeper char. The bed of chickpea puree was dry and gritty. * Lamb Riblets w/ lemon + oregano ($17) A generous portion of meltingly tender lamb riblets (5-6 bones) but I wasn't a fan of the indistinguishable brown sauce it was finished with. * Braised Lamb Shank w/ orzo & myzithra cheese ($34) A hearty comfort dish perfect for sharing, the braised lamb shank was perfectly cooked...so rich, tender, and savory with a pleasant gamey flavor. The accompanying orzo with olives was overly salty. S E R V I C E Awesome hospitality and customer service - our server was so kind, gracious and attentive with the warm manager checking in with every table. Considering how packed they were, our entire order quickly arrived and we were done in 35 minutes. A M B I A N C E Looking for club vibes? Sit indoors. Want a quieter meal with people watching? Sit outside at either the parklet, sidewalk tables, or side patio. Overall, Mykonos knows how to do lamb right! I found the food to be more reliant on salt for my preference, as I enjoy more traditional seasoning with herbs, spices, garlic, lemon, etc. 3.5 stars rounded up for the great service.

I ordered the Fiery Ahi Tuna along with the clam chowder, and the food was absolutely outstanding. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I ordered the Fiery Ahi Tuna two nights in a row. The quality of the food, the atmosphere, and the overall experience were fantastic. But what truly made this visit stand out was the service from Gabriel. Gabriel was, hands down, one of the best servers I've ever had. He was professional, attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Great service can completely change a dining experience, and Gabriel is a perfect example of that. There are countless great restaurants and dining options throughout San Francisco and the Bay Area, but Gabriel's exceptional service was honestly a major reason we chose to come back to Kincaid's a second night in a row. That says a lot. Our second experience was every bit as good as the first. Gabriel remembered us, once again provided phenomenal service, and made us feel like valued guests rather than simply another table. That level of hospitality is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. The food was outstanding, the ambiance was amazing, and Gabriel's service was absolutely exceptional. I cannot say enough great things about him. If you visit Kincaid's, I highly recommend requesting Gabriel, you will be in excellent hands. I travel quite a bit for work and eat at many restaurants, and experiences like this are the ones you remember. Gabriel is an incredible representative of Kincaid's and a huge asset to the restaurant. I will absolutely be returning the next time I'm in the area. And Gabriel, as promised, I'll also be filling out that member application! Five stars all around, and a special thank-you to Gabriel for making two nights at Kincaid's truly memorable.
