I travel a lot between the Coachella Valley and Orange County. This is the first time I went to a broken yolk.. this one is in Orange and make sure to get on the waiting list as the wait is long. Ordered a basic Belgian waffle with butter only (came with powdered sugar) added the combo with scrambled eggs (came cold, not even warm), asked for extra crispy bacon thinking I would at least get somewhat crispy, but was not even close to being cooked. All around missed the mark on all 3 items I ordered. On a positive note my husbands meal was great. Lastly when we paid the bill with a $100 bill, the waiter went to the empty table next to us and was pulling out our change from a huge roll of cash from his jeans pocket and also from his personal wallet which I thought was a little strange as I have never seen that happen in a restaurant. read more

Came today with my husband and kids right after school. I ordered pancakes with chicken on the side and my husband got the chicken sandwich and my daughter the Nutella crepes. Our waiter was great. The issue I had was the chicken. I ate my one of my pancakes and brought the chicken home. My husband started complaining about his stomach saying his was hurting so we just thought the food was too heavy for him. At dinner time I decided to reheat the chicken for my son but upon cutting one of the fingers I noticed it was raw! Super disappointed and disgusted! I ended up throwing the chicken away and I told my husband and he believes his chicken was raw as well. Won't be coming back anymore read more

I was very excited to eat here the staff was friendly the food looked good. but when I got my food I had a very long piece of hair in my food that I put in my mouth. Needless to say I was upset. I spoke to the Manager Marco and he went on to tell me that it's been a problem and he would talk to the person who brought my food. No accomodations where offered by the manger just a dismissive sorry. Unise aved the day by not charging me for my food. I think the server should be the manager and the manager should be demoted he needs lessons on hospitality and customer service. I will not be coming back and will tell EVERYONE I know never to stop here and spread the word of the horrible service I got from management. But thank you to my server for making it up. read more

Appreciate the honesty from staff when asking if the oj/lemonade were fresh or from a bottle (they were bottled) Its a pretty lively cafe/diner like setting, so if the hustle and bustle isnt for you, wouldnt recommend. There is ALWAYS a wait so I definitely suggest joining the waitlist ahead of time so youre not crowding the patio waiting too long. I would not recommend this place if it had the 45min+ wait attached to it. Thankfully, my son's bday landed on a weekday and he wanted a non conventional breakfast of choc chip pancakes. We were seated right away and toggled between two servers who were assigned to the dining room. They were attentive and patient while we perused the gargantuan list of offerings. I was able to eat the sizable add-on of two eggs and two bacon or sausage for $4.95 if you order a waffle, pancake or crepe entree. The classic French toast is massive; we took 1/2 home. My daughter enjoyed her chicken and waffles despite the fingers being a tad too crispy. All the condiments are at the table and they are very efficient with bringing everything out, as I'm sure they have to be with the weekend crowds. I really enjoyed the Golden State Benedict. The egg was perfectly done and it went so well with the bacon and avocado. The hash skillet was also very delicious. This restaurant was very spacious. We got here at 10 AM on a Saturday and was seated right away. The restaurant was still packed with people but there were so many tables. The servers were also very helpful so I really appreciated that. I will definitely be back to try their other breakfast dishes. read more

Everything here is amazing! You will have a hard time choosing what to get. We always do! Open for breakfast & brunch with some lunch menu items, and closes at 2pm daily. Some dishes are super spicy, so pay attention to the chili icon. If you download the app, you get rewards points just for signing up, and a $10 off deal on your birthday! The Chorizo is super flavorful and is added as a perfect topping to the Ranchero Skillet. That one is seriously spicy, but only if you bite into the Serrano peppers. It's the best Latin breakfast dish I've ever had, but if you don't like too much spice, just ask to hold the peppers. The Baja Breakfast Tacos are really good too, but more for a light meal. read more

Plenty of seating here, and we were promptly seated for lunch. There's also a Yelp waitlist you can join. We ordered 3 items to share: Chilaquiles Bowl, Ranchero Skillet, and Stuffed French Toast. Chilaquiles Bowl: Chilaquiles are usually one of the things I gravitate towards if it's on the menu. We opted for our Chilaquiles here with carne asada. The chips, eggs, and overall flavor was fine. But the carne asada was a real disappointment. It was dry and on the harder side. Ranchero Skillet: Not really sure what was going on with this, but it was lacking in flavor and all I really tasted was potatoes. We had to eat this with ketchup and hot sauce to give it some taste. This was probably our least favorite of the bunch :( Stuffed French Toast: This French Toast has mascarpone cheese, bananas, caramel sauce, and powdered sugar. The bread was on the drier side and overall the dish didn't leave me wanting more. Really wanted to like the food here but it was all quite unmemorable. read more

Service was great and they sat us down pretty quick considering they were pretty busy the morning we visited there. Then it came out piecemeal, and even like here's a sandwich but we're still working on your fries( which came like 5-10 minutes later). No attention to drink refills.
