You go to Brooklyn's and you can rest assured your money is buying GREAT pizza. It's hit and miss when you venture away from the greasy pizza chains, but Brooklyn's is outstanding. The onions on their pizza I'd my favorite. The dough is hand tossed and often imperfectly prefect. I've even tried the salads and canollis. Ordered and had delivered a pizza and two salads. Both were very good and nice enough customer service on the phone. However, the menu online has several mistakes. Certain items they don't offer and the prices were wrong. They said they didn't upload it, but hopefully they will get both fixed soon. A little misleading. read more

This is the worst Brooklyn pizza that I had been. Worst customer service ever. I just wanted a calzone and request marinara sauce inside of it( I told them I would pay extra) what they told me was that they can't do that because it would make a mess. The most disgusting excuse for lasagna I've ever tasted! $28 is what my husband and I spent, including meatballs and a cannoli. We took 1 bite of the lasagna and threw it out. We discovered this great little family owned shop about a year ago. I am not a big fan of NewYork style pizza. That being said I am a huge fan of the nice selection of hot sandwiches that are offered. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone i know. P.S. Food is good, but the wait time for food delivery is absolutely ridiculous. We were told our food would be delivered in an hour and a half, we ordered at 6:30 on a Friday. Believe me, I understand having a busy Friday nights in a pizza place as I used to work in one... but we didn't receive our pizza until 9 pm and all of our food was cold. Extremely disappointed. I always order delivery, which can really take a long time, but this time I decided to pick it up. I got down the road and (pizza in my lap) notice it's not very hot....I open the pizza and it looks like it was made like an hour ago. I called and placed the order and arrived 20 minutes later so I shouldn't have had a cold, hour old looking pizza. I never had a problem with Brooklyn Pizza until this incident. Good local place that makes a decent Sicilian pie. He doesn't have the best location of course but you dont go there for ambience. Garlic knots are good and the marinara sauce is also pretty decent. All things considered its the most authentic pies you'll probably find in this area. read more

Best place to get a delicious meal! Been going there for 10+ years, never been disappointed! They make their own dough, sauce , everything, even shred their own real mozzarella and slice up their sandwich meats , most veggies , etc. Never tasted a better pizza in my life. Subs are to die for and the garlic knots with marinara are an absolute must. Worth every penny and more. Portions are always hefty & I always have leftovers which are just as good the next day. No other pizza joint ( chain or otherwise) can touch Brooklyn Pizzeria. I have to say I've read some reviews on here complaining about how thin the crust is, and I have to say people ; it's New York style idiots, it's SUPPOSED to be thin . I wonder why you even write a food review when you want to criticize a restaurant that specializes in New York thin crust, and say the crust is too thin... But I guess not everyone is firing on all cylinders . If you're ever in the area , most definitely take the time to try them out. As far as the pizza I recommend going with either cheese or cheese and pepperoni, simple and delicious, also HUGE . You must get the garlic knots with the house made marinara, the cannolis are awesome if you're in the mood for something sweet. My all time favorite sub is the hot Italian made "all the way" , it's heaven in your mouth. Jamaican beef patties, Stromboli, lasagna, meatball sub, philly steak and cheese, I could go on and on.
