Let me start off my review by stating that they have the BEST buffalo chicken pizza everrrrr! They deliver to many surrounding cities which is a plus. They close at a fairly good time and if you get your food delivered, just be patient because it's definitely worth the wait!! read more

Brooklyn's has taken over my love for Bruno's (just way too greasy these days)! Pizza is my favorite food because of the many different toppings you can add and enjoy, and obviously Brooklyn's gets that! New York style slices! Clean environment. At least 10 different types of pizza (from the basics, to seafood, to ziti on a pizza lol) my favorite is the Philly cheese steak slice. I just wish when they'd add more sauce so I won't have to pay 50¢ extra for a regular condiment size container of it. Even though it is really good. Also wish that when they'd heat it up they'd keep it in there long enough so that the crust is slightly crisp and the cheese and oooey gooey cheesey lol Would have given them five stars if the Zeppolis were made to order and they had authentic lemon icee available. The last two times I visited I got the special. Two slice and a can soda (c&c yuck wish they offered bottled water) or small fountain drink for 3.99, a slice itself is 1.75 speciality slice from .50 to $1 more I think. This place is so disappointing. The pizza is okay, but the manager is the worst!!! I was witness to the most disgusting display of bullying towards employees. Mind you, the cashier didn't seem to be a day over 18-most likely a young high schooler. He made it a point to commiserate with the customer while demeaning and berating the worker. He made the worker pay for the customer's order but that wasn't enough. He forced them to speak to the customer while hovering over them talking a whole bunch of none sense. I protested but he seemed to take pleasure in it all- that smirk on his face was infuriating. Mistakes are made but whether it was the employees fault or not, no customer should witness such a toxic display of power. That manager deeply disturbed me and made me feel uncomfortable. Makes me reconsider whether I want to support such a cruel and vile business- get yourselves together and get over your over-inflated egos. There's no excuse for management's behavior. read more

You know when you see a restaurant and assume it sucks because of where it's located? I felt this way about Brooklyn's Best and was definitely proven wrong. A friend recommended it to me so I went and it happened to be a half hour before closing. First, the woman seemed a little quick to take the order and I felt the vibe of "can you hurry up and order?" But she put the order in and came back a lot more friendlier. The menu seemed great and had a lot of variety that the local pizzerias didn't have. The first night we had Baked Ziti with Chicken and garlic knots. Even though the garlic knots looked like they've been made a day ago, they still weren't too bad lol. The baked ziti with chicken was AWESOME!! Just cheesy enough with tender chicken and the pasta had a perfect bite. Good enough to make me go back the day after!! Next I got the Chicken Ceaser Wrap with Fries and Fried Calamari. I know, I know, who the hell buys calamari from a Irvington pizzeria?! Well, although I know they weren't the catch of the day, for frozen, thiny sliced rings, they actually tasted pretty good! I stayed home that night expecting to get sick and nothing!! Thanks for that!! Lol. I also expected the Wrap to let me down. I've had a few from different places and experienced salty dressing or overly dressed. This was right on point. Warm, juicy, cubed cut chicken surrounded by romaine lettuce, drizzled with Caesar dressing...OMG I wish they were open now so I could get another!! Enough of reading, just order!! We ordered a $18 Large Pizza (8 pcs) to be delivered less than 2 miles.. 2 hours later, we finally got our COLD Pizza delivered to us after calling the place multiple times. 1st call (about an hour placing the order): Manager tells us the pizza is on the way. 2nd call (30 minutes later): Manager tells us that she is waiting for the delivery driver to tell her where she's at.. Delivery driver apparently is making multiple deliveries and waiting for her to return.. 3rd call (45 minutes later): Manager said the delivery driver just arrived at the store and she will be on her way to deliver the pizza.. By the way, my girlfriend called and spoke to the manager as well telling her lame excuses... 2 hours later, our pizza arrived super COLD (manager said it was made 20 minutes ago? But again, we ordered the pizza 2 hours ago?). We called again after we got out Pizza super cold (the manager said call her if it's cold so we did call). The manager said she will make us a new fresh large Pizza and will be delivered in 45 minutes.. 45 minutes later, I called to ask when exactly the pizza will be arriving? The manager told me that she is waiting for the delivery driver to rerun back to work at around 3:30 pm? It was a little past 4 pm and still waiting on the pizza.. So finally, we drove to the store, I asked the manager for a full refund and she said she can't refund our money because we threw the pizza in the trash.. So I just left and shook my head in disgraced without a refund or a new fresh large pizza. By the way, the manager DID NOT once apologized or said she is sorry... The manager had no care in the world about customer service or satisfaction! The manager is a representation of the store and in her case, this pizza joint has NO CLASS whatsoever! If I could give no stars I would and that is for the lack of customer service from this location. I've order from here before and was upset because I was brought a tuna melt sandwich when I ordered a cheese steak (good sandwich). I had to wait another 45 mins for the correct sandwich to get delivered , so I stayed away for a while. Tonight I attempt to order again and order what I generally order. The amount came to 12 dollars actually it was 2 dollars more than I usually spend. The rude guy who answered the phone had no professionalism. Basically grunted at me and then said where you are the min is 15.00 dollars I simply replied ok and hung up. So you changed delivery rules n a matter of months. Granted this can happen but you have a system which stores the customers information so that alone should show you that I am loyal. A simple the delivery is now min 15 dollars we can delivery it for you today but in the future you will have to follow policy would have sufficed. I am utterly disappointed in this establishment and I hope someone in charge reads this. read more

This place is nice . I love the food !the only bad thing about this place is the cashiers. Sometimes the drivers . There's this one lady that works there that has an attitude sometimes for no reason . I'm a everyday customer so I know the names . Marlene is a very nice lady never had a problem with her she's wonderful . There's a Spanish lady name Yolly she wonderful also . Kurlene is awful you can tell in the tone of her voice she has an attitude. There's a girl named Taco (weird name) she nice but you'll never know if she happy or not . Draya has anger issues always fussing about something. There's a boy that works there that doesn't know how to speak to customers I do not know his name but he handles pizzas sometimes.
