    Beef Debris Poboy

This place has such good food for a bar! Their beef po boy sandwich was delicious and very filling. They didn't skimp on the meat at all. I ordered it with the sweet potato fries and a side of the shrimp mac and cheese. I can eat a lot but I was stuffed! The mac and cheese was labeled as bbq but it was so light that I didn't really taste the bbq but it was very tasty and it came with 3 shrimp. The sweet potato fries were also crunchy and had just the right amount of salt. The meal was inexpensive, especially based on the quality of the food. Don't get me wrong. It's definitely bar food but it's probably the best bar food in the area. Service was also really good.

Catfish Plate smother in etouffee with a side of Mac and cheese

Food was delicious. I had the catfish plate smothered in etouffee with a side of Mac and cheese. The catfish was fried but not over fried, etouffee was well seasoned with a really good foundation that gives off the impression that it was somehow marinated in wonderfulness. Spice level was nice as well. Oh yea the Mac and cheese was creamy!

Unfortunately, this was not what I expected it to be. The food was mediocre. The drink was okay. The final straw was the bartender was putting her leg up on the sink behind the bar. The only time she came by was to grab my half eaten plate of food.

5pm Thursday Happy Hour Meetup with my friend. But HH ended at 5pm First time here, ordered a Cab and a couple appetizers. The bar servers were super friendly and attentive. The place was empty when we arrived but it started filling up after 5:00. I'm a hush puppy fanatic so I was looking forward to trying the jalapeno hush puppies. Unfortunately, I did not like them It was the texture and the greasy flavor that did it for me. The okra was good though. Ultimately this seems like a cool spot for happy hour after work but you should go before 5:00 if you want the happy hour specials. Next time, 4pm Meetup

I really wanted to like this place , the food came out fresh and was tasty , however, the service was terrible . It took a while for our order to be taken and the waiter didn't comeback and check in on us once. I brought it to his attention but it seemed like no big deal. The cornbread was really moist and yummy and the catfish was fried pretty good. Based on the service I don't see myself revisiting this place again.

We ordered food to be delivered. It came nice and hot. Our gumbo was very peppery. Our jambalaya did not have much sausage. The cornbread was fantastic. The shrimp po boy was also fantastic. It was okay overall, but we probably would try another place next time just because we felt like two of our main items were not to our liking.

I came in on a Monday around 2pm and it was pretty empty and I just wanted a small snack while I waited for my friend. I got a cup of gumbo and it was super flavorful and had a little kick. It was nice and hot and honestly some of the best gumbo I've had. The server was friendly and came over a couple times to check on me. It really feels like you're in New Orleans with the decor and I will definitely come back to try the other items on the menu!

If you want to feel like you're in New Orleans then this is the place for you! The building itself made me feel like I was on bourbon street again. The rooftop bar and staff were all fabulous and extremely welcoming! I can't recommend the bbq shrimp mac & cheese enough!! The food was all delicious! 10/10 will be coming back!

Every city needs a Nola Jane. While in the area, I heard good things about this place from locals, so I had to try. Spot-on Cajun cuisine. Crawfish Etouffee is some of the best I've had and perfectly spicy. So good! Jalapeño Hushpuppies were tasty, and the server gave us three different sauces to dip. I love sauces. Ambiance good, service good. Highly recommend!

A fitting stop for my wife and my honeymoon trip due to the fact our first major vacation outside of family visiting was to the great old NOLA. I always have an appreciation for places outside of their that do their take on Cajun food. We walked in and grabbed two bar seats and were greeted by the friendly bartender who brought us water and menu was through a QR code. No drinks for us during this night but I am sure they do some tasty cocktails and may be a reason to return. Besides bar they have some higher tops and some low tops available as well. If you have experienced the food scene of NOLA you know it has so many word class spots and such a rich history as well. Truly such a renowned cuisine I am not sure places outside of the area for the most part can live up to the same quality. This was a solid attempt, my wife got a fried chicken sandwich and I got a fried catfish poboy with some collard greens! My wife enjoyed the chicken but wished it was a little more crispy. The catfish was good as well but there is just something special about a poboy in actual NOLA! I will say though despite that if you are in the Denver area and have a craving for Cajun food this seems to be the top notch spot. A cheaper alternative than booking a flight to New Orleans (although if you have not visited before go sometime...but that's for a different time).

After trying to go to traditional brunch spots while visiting my daughter but not wanting to wait for hours, we stopped by here on a Sunday for lunch and sat on their patio. The barkeep, Katelyn, was outstanding. She wasn't our server but took great care of us anyway. The hurricanes are batch-made but pretty good. And, the maque-choux (fried corn) was deee-licious. The shrimp po-boy and fried okra was yummy, but the mac & cheese was really just pasta with sauce. My daughter loved her catfish and her friend enjoyed her shrimp and grits.

The food was good , it was better then I thought based on photos , great vibes and I would def go back . The reason for a 4 rating and not a 5 is my catfish po boy , not gonna lie it was good but I feel like my catfish could have been a bit meatier 8.3/10 , red beans and rice 8/10 and that corn bread 9.2/10 ,French fries when they are hot 8.7/10 do not let them get cold and try to eat them again later unless you got a fryer of some sort . The wife had Jambalaya I didn't taste it cause I was crazy full but she loved it 8.6/10 per her taste buds . Yes I 100 percent recommend going also with my po boy I know it's Cajun but a mild choice would have made it tastier and probably wouldn't matter as much about the meatiness not being there ,all in all tasty indeed . And it cost 70 dollars for us to eat , wife had collared greens I didn't taste that either and I don't remember what she said it was. Over all food and experience 8.8/10

A standout selection in a sea of foodie options. Make this stop a must next time you are in Denver, CO. Everything is bursting with flavor. Greens catfish, shrimp , rice Seasoning and spices very pleasing to the palette. I had the cornbread and it was rich and sweet just as expected and enjoyed. The only issue you will have is trying not to order everything that catches your eye

Corn bread was amazing. Jambalaya did the trick, nice blonde ale to wash it all down.

You order at the counter, grab a number, and then find a table. Seating was filling up quickly, but we managed to snag one. I went with the Focaccia & Mozzarella, and wow. The house-made focaccia might be some of the best I've ever had, soft, fresh, and with that perfect bounce you want from focaccia. It's filled with fresh mozzarella and spinach pesto, and I added chicken for extra protein. The sandwich is huge, easily big enough to split with someone. The sandwich itself is on the pricier side ($17 + $6 for chicken), but the quality is there. You can also add prosciutto for less, which I'd definitely consider next time. The house pickles on the side were gas. We also grabbed a half loaf of sourdough for around $6, which I thought was a great option. My fiancée and I sometimes struggle to finish a full loaf, so being able to buy half was perfect. I had some toasted with breakfast the next morning, and the sourdough was excellent too. They also have a great-looking pastry selection, and I'm already looking forward to coming back to work my way through the other sandwiches, both grilled and cold. If you love sandwiches, Leven Deli is worth the stop.

The coconut latte was also a surprise because usually restaurant coffees are meh, but it was VERY good. IF YOU ARE GOING TO TAKE ONE THING FROM THIS REVIEW LET IT BE THIS: GET THE TAHINI BROWNIE. I've never had anything like it- crunchy, soft, moist, DELICIOUS. And so worth every penny. Will absolutely be back this place is so cute and great for a casual breakfast or lunch

Lou's was a cute & cozy deli that made us the most amazing Italian style sandwiches. They also had home made pastas, speciality grocery items & catering. There was limited indoor seating with one table for six, some counter seating & an outdoor patio. We parked on the street. We ordered the Chicken Parm & the Fried Prosciutto BLT Sandwiches online & ate there. Our order was ready right on time & the staff were friendly & fast. The Chicken Parm was delicious - a nicely seasoned chicken cutlet with fresh mozzarella & a very flavorful marinara sauce. My favorite was the Fried Prosciutto BLT, it was fantastic. The prosciutto was crispy & was instead of bacon. In addition, there was shredded lettuce, tomato & a great tasting garlic aioli on a toasted Ciabatta Roll. Good customer service as (solo?) staff member juggled a few in-person diners and takeaway orders. Not crowded on a Monday evening, so no waiting... but I made it in time for the last call for the soup of the day. Feel both dehydrated and not overly hungry, the Sherpa vegetarian was a great rec: roasted eggplant, asiago, sweet roasted red peppers, tomato, romaine lettuce, and garlic mayo. The sandwich master behind the counter happily subbed the lighter whole wheat slices for the French baguette. I enjoyed the playlist and the table top maps allowed me to remember a 2019 trip to Rocky Mountain National Park.
