I'll admit I was initially skeptical of the glowing reviews for Frank's Auto (we are talking about an auto shop here, after all). But after having them perform a couple of extensive repairs on my Acura, I TOO have become a fan (and also now understand that one other reviewer and how he was 'sad' when he moved out of the area and couldn't use Frank's Auto anymore!) Keith is about the nicest guy you can run into. He is very responsive to your questions and clearly knows his stuff. When he can't answer your phone call (again, he himself is in the shop working), he calls back pretty quickly. He has finished the repairs in the time span originally noted. The repair costs are very reasonable and he does a great job explaining pre and post repair on the breakdown of the costs.

Ended up having to call the cops after an extremely rude and demeaning interaction with the workers towards not only me but my parents as well. Despite all his mechanics being busy, he personally rolled up his sleeves and got to work. We discovered a blown hose and a fan belt that had jumped off the pulleys. He replaced both, topped off the radiator, and even noticed and fixed a few other minor issues--including adjusting the idle and making a quick repair to the carburetor. He worked quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. In less than an hour, my Chevelle was running beautifully again--and he only charged me $200. Honest, trustworthy, and incredibly skilled, this gentleman is everything you hope to find in a mechanic but rarely do.
