But after having them perform a couple of extensive repairs on my Acura, I TOO have become a fan (and also now understand that one other reviewer and how he was 'sad' when he moved out of the area and couldn't use Frank's Auto anymore!) Keith is about the nicest guy you can run into. He is very responsive to your questions and clearly knows his stuff. When he can't answer your phone call (again, he himself is in the shop working), he calls back pretty quickly. He has finished the repairs in the time span originally noted. The repair costs are very reasonable and he does a great job explaining pre and post repair on the breakdown of the costs.

Ended up having to call the cops after an extremely rude and demeaning interaction with the workers towards not only me but my parents as well.
