I really like the burgers. They're from Angus steak so they taste great. My problem is that I can't really forward $17-$18 burgers when I can. It will be brown bag... but it's easy to drop $70 for lunch there by the time you have couple of burgers couple of drinks and a tip. It was a great burger but I felt robbed of a side salad. Instead of fries I went with a side salad and it was basically extra lettuce for my burger. Just greens and ranch, no tomato, carrots, cucumbers, olives, nothing else. I was not happy but hungry and didn't feel like wasting time on speaking to anyone about it. Again, my statements were not false, I have nothing to gain, and didn't ask for my money back. We all got sick, the burger was sour and your hostess was vaping in the kitchen. Obviously some health and sanitation standards are not being met, either due to lack of training or management. Serving bad meat to a child( who is at a higher risk of food borne illness, along with the elderly) is unacceptable, and your response to say I'm lying speaks volumes as to how you run your business. read more
