Best burger in Flagstaff! The beef patty was cooked perfectly and was incredibly juicy! We tried the Hawaiian and the Jammin mushroom and split both. Both were outstanding and full of flavor! Buns are delicious and soft! Fries were perfect! Can't wait to try more! read more

You can get the burger cooked to order and the flavor was okay and the bun soft. I was disappointed in the cleanliness though. The table was "sticky dirty" and the condiment bottles were dirty, I switched them out from another table but they were dirty too. The onion rings were dark brown on the outside but undercooked, soggy, and even watery on the inside. The shake had a good flavor but it was very runny, more like a drink than a shake. Take out : This was second visit and again forgot items that were paid for and I added a $5.00 tip this time. I asked the girl who packaged my order was everything in the bag? - twice ..She says YES. I got home no fries and no onion rings that we paid for- it's not rocket science here they continue to screw up orders not sure where the disconnect is.$54.00 ordered as well not a cheap price. Poorly managed or I don't care attitude. I am a big supporter / fan of small businesses but not this one. I will stay with In & Out Burger they have good food and processes are tight and price is reasonable. read more

The burgers here were great! They had a good variety. We had the Hawaiian burger and a classic cheeseburger. They were both great! The fries and tater tots were great too. Covered in a slightly spicy seasoning, they were perfect. The lady who took our order was attentive and asked us a couple of times, if we needed anything. The music and artwork were quirky, but fun. BBB are the best burgers in Flagstaff, hands down. Calm down Diablo Burger faithful. I agree they are great too, but the size of BBB's burgers, variety of burgers, and the combination of their sides and sauces just put them over the top. Plus you know, milk shakes. Fries come with every burger, but I recommend trying a few additional sides. The fried pickles were...interesting...The first was weird, the second was still weird, but not unpleasant, and the next 20 were just . For those with dietary restrictions, they have GF buns and a dedicated fry frier. Now it wouldn't be eating out in Flagstaff if I didn't mention prices. it's a new restaurant down underneath an apartment complex. because of it being under it, the service isn't great because we are basically in a parking garage. the food is very yummy, i got a gluten free bun with the classic cheese burger and fries on the side. the fries are classic and good as well. the group i was with all loved their food too. the only reason the restaurant gets 4/5 stars is because 1. the cellular service (1st world problems i know) and 2. you seat yourself then read the menu then have to get up and have to order and pay right away before you even get a water. the energy is interesting because it's slow and new but also, if anyone's voice is raised in the slightest, you will hear every word. it's very echoing in the building. read more

Some positives, mostly negatives. Went in with my family after arriving in town. Extensive menu of different burgers, dogs, sandwiches and rice bowls. You order at the bar and the staff brings your food to you. Went to order- they were out of chili, queso, were not making shakes, carbonation was out on the fountain drink machine, and they were out of a few of the alcoholic drinks that they had out on display. We ordered the Mac and cheese balls which came out cold- sent them back and the replacements were also cold. At this point, we decided it wasn't worth sending them back again. Pretzel sticks were marginally warmer but okay to eat. The menu recommends that you order your burger medium-rare which we did. Unfortunately all were served medium well. The positive is that even though they weren't cooked as ordered, they were extremely tasty. Fries and onions rings were also less than the ideal temp. Hopefully it was an off night for them, but after spending $115 dollars on a family of four, just wish more of our food was edible other than the burgers. read more

Horrible customer service. We waited for 1 hours and 14 minutes to get 3 hamburgers,that's it. The guy was disappear right after we give our order. Even before that we were waiting15 minutes and nobody came so we ended up go to him and give him the order, but right after that he disappeared for 30 minutes and we had to came back to him and ask to see where is our food and he said 5 minutes so that five minutes took another 45 minutes. I want to preface this by saying "I do not want to come off as cynical". Roughly $60 dollars for two bland tasting burgers and what is essentially a kids sized serving of fries is unreasonable. At the current price points of the menu; One would expect a meal worthy of the high prices. The down side is Small Fries, Small Cup, and bland burgers. On the Upside, temp requested patties, good ranch, and good customer service. Will not return any time soon. read more

Not sure how this establishment rated over 4 starts. If I could give it zero I would. Two other customers ordered before us. One was a take out and I noticed they got their food in about 15 minutes. We waited an additional 20 minutes after they got their order. 35 minutes for a hamburger is a little excessive. We ordered sweet potato fries that came out ice cold. No interaction from the two young ladies working out front on why it was taking so long. A very disappointing experience. The food was just so-so. Came here for first time and impressed with the choices for burgers. Husband and I got the Hawaiian and BBQ both were good as we cut in half and shared. Loved the taste and quality of the patty. They grill the bun which we loved. Fries weren't anything special so we just ate the burgers mostly. Service was excellent and atmosphere was pleasant. We ordered takeout so we did not experience that much service or ambiance. But the food was alright. I ordered a carnitas rice bowl with bacon guacamole and bacon. It was okay once I mixed it all up with the rice. My family ordered the kid burger and the Hawaiian burger. The kid burger was okay. The burgers were OK. I ordered mine medium rare but it arrived well done. My wife ordered hers medium and it also arrived well done. They got our order slightly wrong, my wife ordered her burger with mayo, I ordered mine without. Mine came with mayo, hers did not. The breading on the onion rings were good, but they were pretty greasy on the inside, the fries were slightly under cooked. We both had indigestion after the meal. Stumbled across this new restaurant on the 4th. It was open and we were hungry. The place was empty with 3 eager employees ready to serve. We then learned it just opened. The burgers were hot, juicy and tasty. We had a Hawaiian burger( I couldn't not get it due to the art inside) and a mushroom burger. We had fries and onion rings. Both were hot and crispy in all the right places and served with a delicious chipotle ranch dipping sauce. I hope they do well. Staff was super friendly and efficient. read more

Have been excited to try but I would advise you to skip this one. So many better options. Ordered to go. Went to pick up. There was one poor girl working the entire restaurant. Not enough staff. Please give her help. Took 30 min to cook our two sandwiches. While there we watched person after person leave without ordering. Apparently they also ran out of fries. We ended up with tater tots. Got back to our house and opened the sandwiches. Basic burger was inedible due to so much mayo (probably a half cup in total). Had to scrape it all off before I could eat. Chicken sandwich was so wet it soaked through the bun and we had to scrape off the onion jam because it was so bad. Management has to help these poor people. Skip this place and hit in and out. They also charge a fee for credit cards which is laughable. read more
