11/10!!! So damn good. Owner and staff were exceptionally friendly. We chatted awhile and got to know the story behind the name. Ingredients are so fresh. I love the that lettuce is dressed already. Go with someone else so you can share half of two choices because they're probably all delicious.

Okay, here's the deal. Chef Joe doesn't take a day off! As you can see below that we came to his amazing restaurant 3 times while we were staying in Flagstaff. He knocked it out of the park EVERY time! JoeJoeBob's is a MUST when you're in Flagstaff. We live in Chandler and my wife and I will take a beautiful drive to go for a hike and to stop by and enjoy his food. His place has a great vibe with Album covers on the walls while playing some good music in the background. When you walk in the door you're in the best hands, because Madi is there to greet you and to take your order. The two of them make JoeJoeBob's a warm and inviting place to grab the BEST food. Do yourself a favor and stop by whenever you're in Flag.

Leek confit on focaccia with whipped Boursin was unreal!

The food is delicious, the staff are so chill, super clean, and the vibe is immaculate. Has this become a favorite spot in Flagstaff? Absolutely! Are we already thinking of what to have the next time we are in town? Hell yeah we are! So far we have tried the Dude Ranch, garlic knots, signature meatball sub (with fries), and the hot hammy and cheese sub (with side salad). We recommend all of it! I only wish I had gotten pics of our food, but it was just too damn good to resist digging into.

It's a small place, but really cute with an earthy, modern, trendy vibe. We ordered the Sweet Heat flatbread, chicken tenders, Parmesan taters with ranch, and the Superfood Bowl salad. With tip, we spent around $52, which I thought was very reasonable. Everything was really good, but I especially loved the Superfood Bowl. It was packed with avocado, corn, tomatoes, and lots of fresh, healthy goodness. The Sweet Heat flatbread was delicious too--the pepperoni and flavors were just so good. The Parmesan taters were a hit as well. I would definitely recommend Urban Pine Eatery. Just don't be surprised if it's busy or there's a wait. It's a small spot, but worth it!

**July 2026: Sunday Night**…read more My friend and I wanted something healthy and nutritious, but still fast and easy to enjoy at home, so I found Wildflower and was immediately interested in their menu. The potato cream cheese soup was so comforting and delicious, and I loved how creamy and smooth it was. We ended up sharing a few items, and everything came out quickly once we ordered at the counter. We tried the Citrus Beet salad, which had pretty much all of my favorite ingredients: beets, arugula, candied walnuts, and more, along with a bowl of potato cream cheese soup and a tri tip sandwich. The sandwich was good, but the soup and salad were definitely my favorites. Everything felt fresh and satisfying, and it was exactly the kind of meal we were looking for. Wildflower is kind of like Stonefire Grill in Southern California in that it feels like a reliable casual local chain with a lot of good options, and I LOVED that there are several locations around Arizona. If Wildflower were to ever branch out to southern California I'd probably visit monthly and I'd happily return to try more of their refreshing items.

Somewhere along the line, we missed the boat. I ordered the Lumberyard mac & cheese and added pulled chicken and roasted poblanos. My goodness it was a lot of food. The mac & cheese was good, not southern good, but still good. The poblanos were a perfect addition but the chicken was drowned in a cloyingly sweet BBQ sauce. I definitely wouldn't order the chicken again. The hubs had the Santa Maria tri tip. The meat was tough. Quite a few pieces too tough to even chew. Luckily, my meal was huge so he had that to fill up on. I saw the 32 oz cocktails and the former party girl in me immediately kicked in. I think my husband saw the look in my eyes. Maybe the aura around me and put a kabosh on it immediately. I ended up with a 16 oz, still large but that inner 22 years old was disappointed. 32 oz and you should be stumbling down San Fransisco. 16 oz should have at least brought a big 'ol grin. But alas, I couldn't even taste the alcohol. That inner party girl didn't let out that big 'ol grin. (That's ok. The tolerance of 22 year old me has faded through the years). Enough digression, would we come back? Yes, I think it's worth a second shot. We would, however, try something different.

This is our 2nd time at Fat Olives. I love their wooden floors, wooden tables and chairs and the brick walls...simple yet stylish! We decided on two pizzas- the 12" Shrimp Fra Diavolo (pesto sauce, spicy shrimp, basil, and the wonderful Calabrian chiles and chili oil) and a 10" Pepperoni. The shrimp pizza was amazing and will have me stopping in here on future Flagstaff trips! The crust was perfectly cooked- a little char from the wood smoke oven and a little chewiness like a good crust should have. Despite the place getting crazy before we left, our waiter was very attentive and got us a box for our last 3 slices (all from the pep) and to-go drinks. Being hot and sunny, we placed the pizza box on our dash and had the last few slices hours later on the road. The only problem with Fat Olives is it being in Flagstaff and not in metro-Phoenix. Okay...2nd problem is I want to try every pizza they have. If the first problem gets fixed, the 2nd problem may go away! Final note- they do have several pizzas with nuts on them, so those with nut allergies should speak to their server to understand any risk.

They have a pretty extensive menu, with everything from breakfast items to lunch options, smoothies, and plenty in between. There's definitely something for everyone. I ordered from their 2 for $14 section, which included a smoothie and half a salad. I chose the Two 88 Shake, which does have a $1 surcharge, but honestly, I didn't mind one bit because this smoothie was SO GOOD! Since they're closed on Sundays, I actually ordered one to go for breakfast the next morning! That's how much I liked it. I'm not a coffee drinker, so I asked if they could swap the espresso for matcha, and they were totally cool with it. Love a place that's flexible and accommodating! For my salad, I went with the Harvest Salad and added an order of Beyond breakfast sausage for some extra protein. The "half" salad was actually a pretty generous portion, and combined with the full-size smoothie, the $14 combo was a really good amount of food. I was pleasantly surprised by how filling it was! My boyfriend ordered the Golden State Wrap, and he loved it too. He said it was delicious! The staff were all so nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. You order at the counter, and they bring your food out to you, simple and easy. Honestly, if I lived in Flagstaff, I'd probably come here every day. It's exactly the kind of casual spot I love, good food, plenty of choices, reasonable prices, friendly people, and portions that actually satisfy you. If you're ever in Flagstaff, MAKE A STOP HERE.
