The best thing I ever got from here is their cinnamon bagel from so long ago. I'm not a bagel person so don't usually go here or get bagels anywhere else. But one day the craving of a cinnamon bagel hit and I had to go get it. If you don't have the app or enrolled already, make sure you sign up because they offer a free bagel for your first visit! Cinnamon bagel with strawberry cream cheese: I forgot to ask for my bagel to get toasted but definitely recommend a warm bagel vs room temperature. For me, the cinnamon bagel now does not hit the same spot as it did years ago when I last had one. It's just sweet and good but not the original good. I was a bit sadden because my craving was not fully satisfied. But overall still a good bagel. Egg, bacon, cheese: I actually liked this bagel more, it was hot and delicious to be honest. A good filling breakfast. On the side note: the day I went a customer in front bought 1/2 a dozen of bagel, left the store and the bag ripped maybe and bagels fell out. They came back to the store and manager was able to replace the full orders even though customer said some didn't fall out of the bag and tried to salvage what was left. Customer service is great! Definitely will be back for more bagels. It is located conveniently inside a plaza with shopping stores so get lunch and breakfast because they don't open for dinner :) read more

I like to say first of all the bagels sandwiches sounded good. My wife received her order correctly, but I did not receive mine correctly. We ended up getting the same sandwich and I had one exactly like hers instead of the different one that I wanted. I also added on a cookie and never got that at all so overall the order was incorrect. I did contact DoorDash, but they can't offer a refund or credit which was really disappointing. I would probably go back here and get something to eat, but I would have to walk in and make sure they got the order correct before I walked out. I can't trust ordering online anymore and leave it in the hands of someone else because of these kinds of mistakes. I hope they can do something to rectify this and correct it properly before someone else has the same thing happened to them what happened to me. read more

Positive- the bagel was good. Negative - the amount of cream cheese was almost laughable it was so little. Nothing like the display picture. The place needs a major redo. They have a lot of different bagel sandwiches, both breakfast and lunch style bagels. You are able to modify the different sandwiches by the types of bagels, as well as any add-one to the sandwich. I ordered in the app and was able to pick up at the store. My bagel sandwiches were ready at the pick up time that I selected and I did not have to wait at all. There was ample seating inside the restaurant and the ambiance seemed relatively quiet. There is lots of parking at the front. read more

I had time to kill before an appt. and I remember spotting this. I don't get to many fast food breakfasts. We both got sesame, mine with garden cream cheese, Basil had plain. Iced tea and raspberry lemonade in the bottles. I went to grab some napkins and at that side of the counter my name was called. The softest, freshest bagels. I loved the garden cheese. It was super stuffed, not skimpy like other places. I had to go to an employee to find the trash can. Turns out it's a hole in the middle of the condiments area in the middle of the room. A nice single bathroom with plenty of handicapped bars. The employees seem to enjoy working there and are happy to serve you. If I go to a BB again, this will be the one. I ordered an egg sandwich ahead in the app and showed up around 12:30 on Wednesday and was really impressed with the staff there! My sandwich wasn't quite ready when I got there which I was expecting because I had just ordered a few minutes prior, but the staff was very friendly and kept me updated on my order the whole time and even offered me a cup of coffee while I waited. Really large space for a bagel shop, and on a Saturday morning, the lines were pretty long with limited staff. I did see what was holding it up was they use real eggs (!) to make their breakfast sandwiches. I tried the cheesy hash bagel, and because I can't find this in CA, olive pimento cream cheese. Simply the best bagels, this side of New York!! And the folks there are very, very nice!

We frequently visit this location when we are off to Hopkins to pick up some A to Z ice cream (literally life changing) on the weekends and we've never had a bad experience here! There's usually a line but it always moves quick, the workers are always so upbeat and positive that it kind of rubs off on you as you head out. I often find myself in a better mood when we leave here. We've seen them short staffed and even on those days the workers are still upbeat, luckily over the past few months we've noticed a consistent set of staff which is so nice to see! The bagels are always delightful - there's something about a salt bagel with the honey sriracha cream cheese. Give it a try, it's life changing much like the ice cream. The service is top notch, the food is great, I'm not sure what more I can say. We live fairly close so we're here a lot and it's always a highlight of our day. read more

Came in for my bagel fix and tried the garlic one with eggs and tomatoes. They are generous with the garlic on those bagels - get ready for that garlic breath. Tasted alright tho, I'd say a 3.5/5. Been trying to get into Brueggers for the last few weeks. It's kinda hard with them closing at 2pm now. But made it work today. Came in for 2 cheese bagels to bring one. This is my usual spot for my weekly bagel fix. Great service and very accommodating workers. They greet me right away when I walk through the doors and they promptly asked for my order. There was only one worker who was working in the front, so unfortunately, for the lady behind me, she had to wait awhile before she had assistance. The noise from the kitchen is quite loud from all the clanging and banging, so I often find myself having to speak louder than normal over their ordering station just so the worker can hear me. I ordered a turkey chipotle club and blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese spread to go. I also bought some old bagels in a bag to go as well. They have great deals here for old bagels that are still wholesome & edible. You buy one bag and get one for free, so why not? That is a definite steal! I like how the workers always point out their current promotions here and let me in on their deals. I wish there was more workers in the front so the speed of the service goes faster, especially on the days when i'm in a rush and want to get in and out quick. I LOVE the turkey chipotle club here. It has the adequate amount of meat & veggies in my bagel and it does not short me or skimp on anything. It is the right temperature; not too hot or cold. The bacon could be more crisper though. My blueberry bagel was perfect. They give you a lot of cream cheese in your bagel, it's so worth the money for just buying one. I will continue to stop at this Bruegger's Bagel. They employees here are very hospitable and friendly. I do recommend that they hire more people to work in the front so the service can be rapidly swift. read more

I came in here on the way North for the 4th of July Weekend. We ordered the breakfast bagels with eggs and cheese, I had bacon with mine. Both were tasty and very good. They also had bags of 1/2 dozen assorted bagels, 2 bags for $3 if you also buy a cream cheese. We got the maple syrup cream cheese. Total out the door was $13 and change. Good value. Great bagels, which are just right outside and inside. I bought a dozen and they only lasted 3 days in the house we were visiting. Plenty of choices on the menu, in a Minnesota way. He had casual conversation with us and made delicious breakfast sandwiches, he also cut our daughters bagel in fours so she could eat it easier.
