Brunch & Bloom Artisan Cafe is a new eatery in Brentwood. The ambiance gives a fresh feeling, with beautifully arranged flower decor on the wall. There's free WiFi too. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's order and seat yourself system. The quality of ingredients are organic in most selections. Their coffees are special blends too (see pic). Golden Harvest Hash - 5/5 Home made corned beef with shredded potatoes, peppers & onions. The corned beef were cut in cubes (see pic). The mixture of onions and potatoes made the corned beef very tasty andEggs prepared over easy perfectly. Very delicious! Brunch & Bloom Classic - 5/4.5 This Bloom classic breakfast is your normal eggs and breakfast meat breakfast. The major difference is the breakfast meats are a little more "healthy" than the saturated fats breakfast meats. I got the organic chicken sausage with two easy over eggs. It would be much better if they have included 3 pieces instead of only 2 chicken sausages. They are mini sausages to begin with. The avocado slices were great for a very healthy breakfast! Our experience at the Brunch & Bloom Artisan Cafe was enjoyable. We will revisit again to try other breakfast or lunch selections and update my review. read more

This place is fairly new. It was our first time eating here. Of course we came here because we always like to try something new. Additionally, we like to support locals. To my knowledge this is the only Brunch & Bloom that I know of. Let's get to the good stuff: the food was delicious. We ordered sandwiches, pancakes, tacos, and waffles. My personal favorite was their tacos. It was plated beautifully and had a lot of texture which I love. I also love the sauce. It was spicy but I would not have minded a little kick to the taco. The ambiance was cute. It wasn't fancy. They have indoor and outdoor dining. Which was a plus. Because the place is not huge. I didn't like their front desk service or the way they handle the seating. At time of my visit it was first come first serve and "grab what table is open." It's almost like a race trying to compete for the table. Why not take names down and then assign the table. I hope they change that. The food took forever. And I think they forgot about my pancake. What saved them was that the food tasted great and manager actually came out to talk to us to apologize and I appreciate ms that. This cute brunch spot opened only about 6 weeks ago! It is clean, bright and filled with fun decorations. We came as a party of 6 and ordered: Creamy Tomato Soup Lemon Blueberry Waffle Bloom Breakfast Sammie California Breakfast Waffle Garden Shakshuka Biscoff Latte Overall, I would give the food a 4/5. I tasted most of the dishes. Highlights were the Blueberry Mochi Waffle, Tomato Soup, and the Biscoff Latte. Everything else was solid. There were a couple of questionable issues with the food (the over easy egg on the waffle came with maple syrup drizzled on top), the watermelon radish was pretty but lacked flavor. Service is friendly and excellent. The owner came by to check on us and everyone was helpful when we needed an extra place setting or had questions about allergies! I love that they use clean, healthy ingredients and I predict this will be a very popular brunch/breakfast spot in the area! read more

**** new business alert **** I was so excited to see this business thriving. I'm talking standing room only, inside and out. I left and came back later, because nothing says "good food" like a crowd of people. I ordered their "brunch and bloom classic" it came with two eggs, a single toast, a couple of avocado slices and two mini sausages that were basically sized for appetizers. I also ordered a bowl of fruit it was a medley that appeared to be whatever the kitchen staff found lying around, diced apple bits, torn orange slices, and chopped melon. (see pics) Here's the thing for $30 bucks **without** a drink, I was expecting ARTISAN not a plate that screamed "basic." It was fine, sure, but "fine" doesn't justify the price tag. Try it! Welcome to Brentwood! Glad we have another choice for breakfast & brunch! The place is clean and music was just right, not too loud. Although there was a baby that was screaming every so often, the acoustics made it louder The service is friendly and fast! We ordered our food at the counter and it was brought to our table. Let me tell you, the presentation of the dishes were outstanding! Very well presented for a breakfast dish. They put so much thought into their presentation of dishes. My husband really enjoyed the avocado on his toast with the butter & honey. I've been on a scooter for the past month. Although all restaurants provide a handicap stall, getting inside the bathroom has been a challenge. Most restaurant doors are heavy to open with a scooter. Let me tell you, this was the first one where I did not struggle!!! A TRUE HANDICAP bathroom!!!! I know it's not a big deal for most people, until you become handicapped like me. Thank you Brunch & Bloom for making that little thing so easy for me! The restroom is nice and clean!!!! Below are the dishes we ordered: I got the Golden Harvest Hash. House made corned beef with crispy potatoes, two organic eggs and artisan toast. The corned beef was delicious, just the right amount of portion with the two eggs and potatoes. I enjoyed house made corned beef. My husband ordered: the Classic Brunch & Bloom. Two sunny side up organic eggs, avocado, chicken sausage, artisan eggs and mascarpone and butter with honey. He loved the combination of the toast with the avocado and mascarpone with butter honey. The eggs were made just perfect. I'm glad we have another great option for breakfast here in Brentwood. First time visit and I thoroughly enjoyed my brunch that early afternoon. I ordered a Bloom Breakfast Sammie, Creamy Tomato Soup, Bloom Berry Waffle, Raspberry Lemonade, and Biscoff Coffee. Food: Bloom Breakfast Sammie 4/5 It's a simple sandwich, everything was good but I wished there was a little more filling. The bread was a little tough but the sammie was perfect with the tomato soup. Creamy Tomato Soup 4.5/5 Very complimenting with the sandwich. Although it was a soup, the texture, thickness, and taste was more like a marinara sauce. I still thoroughly enjoyed it with the mini croutons which was a nice touch. Bloom Berry Waffle 5/5 This is to die for and a non negotiable sweet breakfast treat if you're visiting. Everything about it was the right balance for a sweet meal. Raspberry Lemonade 4/5 Very tart but it was super helpful in breaking down the heaviness from the sandwich and soup. Biscoff Coffee 5/5 Non-negotiable coffee fix. It was very good. This cafe was close to the three nunns farm which we went to pick peaches prior. The food was tasty, the service was good, and ample parking. My only complaint is that the portions were kind of small. We started off with the mint lemonade and raspberry lemonade. I ordered the shakshuka. Would recommend asking for no cilantro if you are not a fan, that dish had a lot of cilantro. We also ordered the hash, the meat was delicious and very tender. What a cute new gem to Brentwood! This spot is next door to Menchie's and Roundtable. Across the street from Ross in that parking area. Near The Streets of Brentwood. Easy parking and cute outdoor sign, can't miss it. The menu was bright and fun. A ton of options for lite or hearty meals for breakfast and lunch. There was indoor and outdoor seating. Tables seem limited and while I didn't see a wait I could easily see how that can happen quickly. Food came out fast but not all together. You order at the register and they bring out the food as it's made. This is not sit down dining with a dedicated server. However the staff was lovely, gave me some recommendations when ordering. I had the banana bread later, the taste was too subtle for my liking and I wished I ordered the Biscoff iced latte. That looked divine! They also had oatmilk for my non-dairy fans. The tropical chia breakfast item was gorgeous. And luckily not too sweet. It was tasty and I would have it again. Very filling. Both had excellent flavor depth without being cloyingly sweet. ​Mimosa Flight: A great concept, though a bit of a mixed bag this time. I never knew this place existed until my homegirl picked here for brunch. It's very clean and cute inside because of their pink floral decor. The cherry blossom tree is a nice touch, so pretty. You order your own food, pay with the cashier and find a table to sit with your number. When the food is ready, they'll bring it out to you and take your number. The staff were very friendly and I believe the owner was there as well. He came up to us and asked how everything was. There was a younger gentleman who would come and take our plates, he was smiling and gave us great service. I could tell he was a hard worker! Seriously, I ordered tomato soup and I haven't had it in years, it was really delicious! I like the bread it came with, I kinda wanted more, lol. I also had the avocado toast without pickled onions and it was incredible. The egg was cooked perfectly and a lot of avocado! Not stingy like most places I've been. The coffee was good, but we had to ask for a remake because the first latte we got was watery and had a weird aftertaste. The waitress was super nice and remade it free of charge. Cute, casual, spot for brunch! It was pretty busy when we went. You order, pay for your food, then take your number to a table. We had a bit of the wait. As we were waiting more and more people were coming and everyone was looking for a table. We were all scanning with eagle eyes lol. I had a refreshing mint lemonade and soup and Sammie. My 96 year old friend I was with had lox and she said it was delicious! All in all it was nice. Parking can be a bit tricky and the building is kinda tucked away. Went here on the first day of school and it was PACKED! But the staff was very friendly and helpful and someone who I assumed is the owner was thanking everyone and apologizing for delays. Honestly even with the crowd the food came out at a pretty decent pace and it was well worth the wait. You can tell they weren't expecting a rush but they handled it well and didn't sacrifice quality or service. Brentwood really needed a good brunch spot like this and they delivered! Well, I came here for the first time for my 37th birthday with a group of girlfriends! I felt so special even just walking through the door! Blooms everywhere what girl does not want to be surrounded by beauty! We all started off by ordering a latte, and we all tried each other's and none of them disappointed! However, this immediate response is because of the incredible breakfast I just got! We went to try this new place in Brentwood for a random brunch. There's mixed reviews from this app and from friends but i wanted to give it a try. And i am pleased that i did! We had the the Shakshuka and Istanbul Morning and some cappuccino. It's my first time to try these and it was delicious! The mix of flavors is sooo good! We met the owners and they were very hospitable. The food came quickly, but then we were there at 9:00 AM and there were only about 5 tables occupied. It got busy after 10am. The ambiance is very pretty, it's the "instagrammable" decor with flowers and umbrella. Nicely put together. Don't be deceived by the outdoor facade, there's not much to see. Visited for brunch during the restaurant's first week open and came away feeling like this place has a lot of potential. The space is beautiful, and although it's an order-at-the-counter concept, the food presentation feels much more elevated than a typical casual cafe. I ordered the ube mochi waffle with a side of organic scrambled eggs. The highlight for me was definitely the mascarpone on the waffle--it was delicious and paired nicely with the berries. My biggest piece of feedback is that the waffle arrived already heavily covered in syrup. I've never had a brunch restaurant pre-pour syrup before, and unfortunately it made the dish much sweeter than I would have preferred. Since sweetness is such a personal preference, I'd recommend serving the syrup on the side and letting guests decide how much they'd like. The scrambled eggs were cooked well but could have used some seasoning. A little salt and pepper would have gone a long way, or even having it available alongside the meal. I also checked out the patio but ended up moving inside. The indoor space is much more inviting, while the outdoor seating currently overlooks the parking lot. Overall, the food was good, the restaurant is attractive, and I can see myself coming back. Opening a new restaurant is no small feat, and this feels like a place that could become a neighborhood favorite with a few small refinements. read more

And oh man it didn't disappoint, I got the shakshuka, the waffle and my husband got the Istanbul. With of course a caramel latte and iced biscoff latte. Next visit, I will try my best to NOT order the Golden Harvest Hash (yeah, good luck with that!). HORRIBLE service: TLDR: Waited an hour and half and food never came, was not acknowledged, asked for a refund, and he said okay, no apology and still was charged for my $4 coffee. I honestly can't remember the last time I had such a frustrating restaurant experience. I came in with friends and we were handed menus and told we could have a seat. We sat there for about 30 minutes before someone finally came over, asked if we were ready, and then walked away. We eventually had to ask whether we were supposed to order at the front, and were told yes--so we got up and waited in a long line to place our order. After ordering, we waited another hour for our food. Two of the three meals came out, but mine never did. I was told multiple times that it was "coming up," then that it would be "right up," and eventually that it was "third up." At that point, it was pretty clear my order had either been lost or never submitted. After waiting even longer and repeatedly having to flag people down ourselves, I finally went to the manager and asked for a refund. There was zero acknowledgment or apology. He barely looked at me, walked over to the register, processed the refund, handed me the receipt, and said nothing. I genuinely felt like I was inconveniencing him by asking for my money back for food I never received. And somehow, after nearly two hours, no meal, and absolutely no apology, they still charged me for my $4 drip coffee. Mistakes happen. Orders get lost. I completely understand that. What made this experience so terrible was the complete lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service at every step. Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this restaurant and will absolutely not be returning. read more

Personally, I expected a more welcoming and polished experience. It also feels awkward to dine in while a line of customers forms right next to your table. Since you have to order at the counter before being seated, there's a chance you'll end up carrying your food around looking for a table. The flow of the restaurant feels confusing and unnecessarily complicated. If you need something after you've been served, it's not clear whether you should flag down an employee or get back in line. The service and overall atmosphere don't quite match the pricing or the expectations created by the menu. There was a lot of noise, several customers seemed confused about the ordering process, and the space could benefit from a more relaxing ambiance, even something as simple as background music. If this were my restaurant, I would have a host greet and seat guests, reorganize the self-service area so it doesn't interfere with diners, replace some of the seating, add a few more tables where possible, and make the outdoor patio more inviting with some type of cover or shade. I honestly don't think these improvements would require more staff--just a better-designed process. That said, I'm giving this place 4 stars because I know firsthand how difficult it is to run a restaurant, especially in today's market. I truly hope the owners take this as constructive feedback. An absolute hidden gem in Brentwood. Shared a classic breakfast along with breakfast tacos! One word...phenomenal ! The staff there is awesome and had no issues with the service. It was a little busy, but the staff was attentive and did their best. Sat outside due to the noise level inside, little seating left, but that's expected (the weather was nice). Seeing the past not so good reviews, I gotta say this....new places have some growing pains to go thru while getting established. They use Acme bread and counter culture coffee (which already sets them apart quality wise) There was a high emphasis on aesthetically pleasing presentation and decor. We met the owners and they came around to say hi. Service was attentive. It was also nice of them to come up to us and orient us on how the ordering ans seating works. The tomoato soup was very delicious and I loved the bread to filling ratio on the sandwiches. The noise level can be a little loud and the outdoor seating could be improved with a little gate and greenery so its not just on the sidewalk next to the parking lot. Well, I was ready to try something different in the area and I seen this place and I said let's go and when we got there it's quite different. I was looking for breakfast not so much traditional but at least the omelette but they don't do omelettes there. everything is artesian ISH which I guess I'm not as familiar as I thought I was.... anyway, the ambience was nice but I wasn't ready for that just yet, but I'll come back again and give it a try to hostess was very nice explaining the menu and giving me time to think it over.
