Our server never checked in to see about refills or if the food was even good. My mom absolutely hated her banana bread French toast. It was very dense and lacked banana flavor unless you had a piece of banana with it. It is also very thin unlike other places. But mostly, just lacked flavor and was way too heavy and dense. I got the eggs Benedict with sausage links on the side instead of the Canadian bacon. The hollandaise sauce was yummy. The English muffin was again very dense and I didn't care for that. Wonderful brunch spot! All their dishes came out beautifully plated and quite eye appealing. The dishes are more than well portioned as we had plenty to take home at the end. Ambiance wise it was a brightly decorated dining area with attraction of the room being the orange juicing machine behind the counter that had the kids at the next table mesmerized. He made sure we had everything we need and always attentive. The place itself is big and clean. The decor is really nice and calming. Not super loud. My mom had come here before and had a good experience and liked the food, so we decided to come here today for Father's day. We completely understand that weekends are super busy and especially today with it being a holiday, but I can only speak on my first and only experience here. Our sever, who appeared to be the manager, was super rude off the bat which was completely off putting and disappointing. He was rushed and dismissive with us and I was completely thrown off and confused by his attitude. As it was Fathers Day and didn't want his bad service to ruin our time, I directly asked him if he was OK, and let him know he was coming off rude. He cut me off to say to give him a moment and a different server then came to take care of us, which we appreciated. It was honestly an unwelcoming first interaction when we had just been seated. Luckily, our second server was kind and easygoing which definitely turned around the experience for us. The food was pretty good and all the other staff we interacted with were nice. I believe the manager needs to do better and treat all customers equally well. His attitude with us was unprofessional and unpleasant but glad he made the choice to have someone else serve us (4 people), because we honestly would have walked out as we would not have wanted his uncalled for attitude to dampen our day. read more

The brisket was tender but it lacked flavor. It's as if they were depending on the homemade salsa to give it flavor without seasoning the meat. I had to add salt, pepper, and hot sauce that was on the table to give it enough flavor for me to consume it. If I'm ever in the area again perhaps I will try something different. The service as Brunch City was excellent! Although the food was subpar at best. I got a Nashville Heat Benedict that's flavor reminded me more of a chicken enchilada plate. While the familiarity of the flavor was somewhat comforting it was not at all what I expected when I made the order. As for the "heat" portion of the meal I'd say it's extremely mild, but I've also completed the Hot Ones challenge. Along with my meal I ordered two mimosa that were very delicious. This place seems like more of a bar that happens to have food than the other way around.
