I had a feeling Dennis would be a good choice for the job just from the few reviews, so I called, and even though I'm slightly outside his service area, he was going to come out. Moments after setting a time for the next day, lo and behold, my fridge came back to life! Still, this has happened a few times, which I explained to Dennis, and he took the time to ask several questions and explain what he thought was going on, as well as how to troubleshoot next time so I can call him with better information. I've learned a lot about my unit with all the problems we've had, and I keep accurate records, so I could tell right away that Dennis knows my unit, and that he really knows these machines.
