Service is always great, ice cream is always good. For everyone complaining about tips, go to the store and get your own ice cream then. You realize these "teens" make the ice cream and then prepare it for you. They also don't get paid minimum wage because they get tips and the tips are supposed to even out and bring them up to minimum wage, just like most delivery drivers and even some waitresses. Do you complain about tipping your waitress when you go to a restaurant? Or when you go to Starbucks? I get it can be annoying sometimes but it's the fact that you're going out to get ice cream from an establishment that makes their product and not just a grocery store who mass buys their products. You think these kids really wanna ask you for a tip cus they don't! they HAVE to mention it JUST LIKE STARBUCKS DOES! But I bet yall don't complain about that! If you have a problem tipping then don't go out, stop being lazy and go to the store or make it yourself. read more

The ice cream is a little bland but good, and the sherbets are tangy and delicious. The service is friendly. The only reason I can't give them five stars is that the lids don't fit the containers on the pint size (the only ones I've purchased so far). In the summer heat there is an ever so slight amount of melting before I can get the container home and into the freezer. Every time, the ice cream or sherbet leaks out causing a sticky mess. Today is august 28th 8:45PM the girl who was taking orders with a tablet at the drive through outside, is horrible, rude, and doesn't care. But what's keeping me up at night was the impeccable service. scoopmaster sydney was just the cherry on top of the whole experience. i am convinced she is the sweetest most caring employee to ever exist in the customer service industry. she gave me an amazing recommendation and i can't stop raving about graham central station to all my friends and family. i believe all ice cream shops need a sydney. seriously. promote this girl from scoopmaster to scoopgod. she makes me want to leave 10 stars, but unfortunately, that is not an option. read more

We're visiting from out of town and I love ice cream so we quickly looked up a place and were led to this place. I'm sorry to say, I was disappointed with the ice cream. I ordered chocolate peanut butter buckeye. It's a chocolate base with peanut butter and chocolate chunks. I've never not finished my ice cream. Sadly, I couldn't finish my ice cream and tossed it in the trash. The chocolate base lacked flavor and just had weird taste. My 9 year old ordered cookies and cream and couldn't finish his Esther. Checked out Bruster's this afternoon as we didn't feel like driving all the way to Coldstone in the heat. Didn't know it had no indoor dining room so that was a surprise when we arrived. However, the covered outdoor patio is on the east side of the building, so there wasn't any sun to be seen. The ice cream was great, the service good (nice and friendly!), and the hubby loved his banana split. They give samples of their ice cream too, which is a win when you have no idea what to get. We're looking forward to going back--just in the evening after the sun goes down!!! read more
