Offer lots and lots of flavors of ice cream, some serbert, a little ice and a little fro yo in your choice of a bowl, regular cone, waffle cone, sundae, ect at inexpensive prices. For 2 small cups, it was under $7.00. Waffle cones are made on site, snd the sweet aroma fills the air. Service was fast and friendly with the opportunity to try any and every flavor. The only thing is, you cant see the flavors. Which is something I need to see to intice me. After you order, the employees go back and retrieve your flavors from one of many rows of floor type freezers. Then give it back to you. Taste wise, its ice cream. Its good but nothing extroadanary. Didnt get the wow factor. But, still its a pretty cool building. Kids working there were nice, however they haven't studied ice cream 101 yet and haven't memorized every ingredient or flavor in their blends. Thats what the cheat cards are for. There is no where to sit, just a few planters and a few bences across the way. Its not a place for a social gathering or meet and greet. Its a grab and go, lick on your way. To me, its just okay. I am always down for ice cream, and my husband read online that these guys were coming over from the east coast. We stopped by on their second day as we took the day off work and even visited a bbq joint that is always insanely busy. We came to Brusters on our way home. Oh and thanks guys for not giving us a lecture about having ice cream too early even though you are open! (Unlike a particular place who gave us the "isn't it too early for ice cream?" speech at 12:30pm.) I love the huge variety of options they have here! Tons of flavors, oreo cookie sandwiches, shakes, waffle cones, sugar cones, and many more things I am not thinking of. Just go look, it will take you a while to try everything! You are not able to go in and look at the flavors which is a downer, but they do let you sample anything you would like. I sampled the white chocolate raspberry truffle thinking it would be too sweet, but it was delicious. I already had my heart set on banana chocolate chip and triple chocolate oreo as my flavors though, so I went with a scoop of each for that. I will have that other flavor next round. My husband had mint chip and banana chocolate chip. There isn't any seating, so be prepared for that. There are a few benches nearby. We ate in the car. They also have a punch card. For every nine punches from ice cream treats, you will get a small waffle cone, sugar cone, or cake cone for free. During our visit, they could not get the credit card machine to work for anything. Luckily I had cash on me which is a rarity in itself. They were going to let us have our ice creams for free as I could not pay with the card. I told them I had cash and used it. For our patience and the trouble, they gave us another punch card with five punches to add to ours with two. Then my husband found another one left on the ground with two punches. Score! Free cone coming my way. I am a fan of this place and hope to be back often to try many more options. If it were closer I would be around even more. read more

Very good ice cream. I am serious about my deserts and this place has some good stuff. Solid variety of flavors, great location and a fair price. Pretty good size parking lot so that should never be an issue. Friendly staff. Walk up style window to make it a little more convenient. I was craving sweets on my way back home when I remembered Brusters. We pulled up and there was a huge menu in front of us. I tried the mint chip and cookie dough. We stuck to the basics and ordered a small of mint chip & a small of cotton candy/oreo. My mint chip was similar to Rite Aids, but it had a lot more chunks of chocolate chips. The cotton candy really tastes like the real stuff and the oreo was good too. Next time I'll order the 3 scoops for $4.99. Pete was right because it's the best deal. I'll also order a more unique flavor that I can't get at Rite Aid. read more

My family and I love this place. Was super excited when this place opened up near my parents house. Amazing addition to cypress! I have always received amazing service from the staff! They always work so hard! I minus one star due to most customers NOT wearing a mask and not social distancing. Makes me feel uneasy and upset. I have had a family member get COVID-19 from someone not wearing a mask. My family works hard in the medical field and it upsets me knowing they are working their butts off with covid patients and seeing these customers being careless. I know it's not the workers fault but there should be a policy regarding no mask no service. I fear for the amazing workers this establishment has. Garrett!!!! Yumyumyumyumyuuuuuum! Went here a few days ago with a friend after kbbq because we were craving something sweet. She suggested this place and I was a bit hesitant but oh my gosh! The ice cream was amazing, along with the waffle bowl. The waffle bowl tasted reminiscent of Disneyland's waffle cones. Dare I say better? I got two scoops-- the cotton candy explosion and the Graham Canyon. Both were delicious. I still prefer Baskin Robbin's cotton candy but this was still good. I saw reviews talking about customers not wearing masks but everyone that was there, employees and customers, were wearing them. This is your walk up ice cream parlor with no seating yet (saw a sign it will be coming soon) except for two benches at the corner of the shop. THERE IS SO MUCH VARIETY HERE! I was overwhelmed but the girl working was patient with me. They have ice cream in a cup/sugar cone/waffle cone, Oreo ice cream sandwiches, shakes, ice cream sampler (4 scoops of ice cream for ~$5), slushees, ice cream cakes and pies I believe. I'm sure there was more but those were the items that caught my eye. I ordered a small waffle cone, which comes with 2 scoops of ice cream. I got coffee and graham canyon. Graham canyon is graham cracker flavored ice cream with bits and pieces of caramel and I believe chocolate covered toffee? It was so good and not too overbearing. Regular price for the small waffle cone is $4.35 but if you come on waffle cone Wednesday's, it's $3.49/99 (I forgot) and on Tuesdays, their small scoops are $2.25! Be careful of any Facebook posted deals - for example: Current deal of bring your own banana on a thursday, get 50% off a banana split. I took a banana in on thursday 2 weeks ago and was told they couldn't use my banana for liability issues (if I got sick from the final product with my own banana), but they could give me $1 off my banana split. I'm not the type to argue stuff like this so just went with it, but that is what keeps this location from getting a 5 star rating from me. I would not have known about something magical about this place had my wife not told me to go and order her a 'flight' of ice cream. That's right- a flight!!! What flavors would you like says I? She replied "Oh, just Jamaican Me Crazy (think of Almond Joy) and Rum Raisin (damn good!!!). 2 of each!!!" Plenty of parking. Only complaint is the lack of seating. It is strictly window service. It has occurred multiple times where the posted closing time does not align with the time the ice cream shop is actually closed. Though I had high hopes and was excited, I was let down pretty fast after I took the first bite. Ordered the Turtle which was a scoop of melted vanilla ice cream on top of some caramel sauce and whip cream. All for $8.50. I've been to Brusters a few times (other locations) but don't recall their ice cream being all melted like this. Wonder if they had an issue w their freezer. Absolutely the best ice cream in town. The staff is super energetic and helpful. The ice cream flavors and variations are almost infinite.

I have no discipline. And I have Bruster's to blame for some of it. If only they would not offer such wonderful ice cream. And then there are their two other West Coast stores. There are three stores in So Cal. And I have found them all. And I have had ice cream swooning episodes at all three. This, folks, is some of the best commercial ice cream in the entire nation. At least I think so. Double that compliment when it comes to their hot fudge. You will have a hard time finding a richer, fudgier sauce than this. I've had many, many, many. The Key Lime Pie flavor is my personal favorite. Besides having a tangy lime base, it has buttery graham cracker crust bits in it. But Mr. B let me taste his banana split, with the basic 3 flavors: chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry. For usually being rather ho-hum flavors, theirs are spectacular. And the sauces are just as wonderful. Don't forget all the freshly roasted nuts they put on it, too. They are not stingy. Their unofficial mantra should be...fresh ingredients, made fresh daily. It's all about the excellent butterfat content, and the good flavor bases. I cannot find fault with their equally adorable, friendly people behind the sliding glass window, either. If I had one wish, it would be for indoor seating. After all, we Californians eat ice cream 24/7/365, weather be damned. I am so smitten, I even signed up for their Sweet Rewards monthly e-mailer. Got here a few minutes before closing and asked if they were (the 2 female workers on the team evening of nov 12,2022) still open and taking orders. The one girl at the window replied rudely "technically we have too". Mind there are 3 of us family's together. They told us no shakes or banana splits, only ice cream.
