I stopped by Bruxie in downtown Brea just to get dessert after dinner, so I didn't try their food at this location. I was walking by and the strawberry waffle immediately caught my eye. Honestly, I originally wanted a smoothie, but the cashier informed me they didn't have any, which surprised me. I'm not sure if it's just a late-night thing or if they stop serving them, but that aside, the strawberry waffle was fantastic. It was fresh and just as good as the one I had at another place, super delicious,! though definitely a calorie bomb. If you're watching your intake or on a diet, maybe skip it, since it's pretty rich in sugar and carbs. But I was really satisfied with the quality. everything was fresh, and the staff were great. The vibe inside Bruxie is really nice. they have a great store layout, and even though when I arrived there was no line, most tables were filled, and everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves. Overall, a really nice experience.

My go to is the Original and a dessert. The waffles are always fresh and crispy. Everything I've had on the menu has been solid so far. The workers here are always friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. I especially like this downtown Brea location because they have outdoor seating, and it's such a nice spot to sit, eat, and people-watch since it's right on the corner. Also, I appreciate that they have a sink to wash your hands because eating the sandwich can definitely get messy.

Tried Bruxie for the first time and went with the krckin "Nashville " Hot and honestly, so good. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, and the sauce added the perfect amount of flavor without being too heavy. Love this location, the staff was super friendly, and the space feels modern and stylish. Such a great vibe overall. Definitely coming back for more. Bruxie 215 W Birch St, Brea, CA 92821

I ordered the Super Cluck Sandwich, Spiced Tots, and Strawberry Lemonade The Super Cluck Sandwich was AMAZING! I would Highly recommend it, all of the ingredients compliment each other very well. There was just the right amount of maple syrup where it's really just complimenting and not overtaking the flavor. The Waffle was warm, crunchy, and thin, the egg was cooked to perfection, the bacon was not too crunchy and not too soft, and the chicken was breaded nicely and tasted great. I would definitely recommend to order this. The spiced tots are pretty good, they are not overly seasoned, they came out hot and crunchy. Everything you'd expect from some good tots, I would recommend to order these. The Strawberry lemonade was good but overly sweet for me, it leaves a sticky after taste from the amount of sugar, this would be a refreshing drink with less sugar. Definitely make sure to grab some hand wipes (they are provided here at the restaurant) because the sandwich is pretty messy. That's not a deal breaker for me. The ambiance is nice and very casual with good music. The staff is friendly. I'll for sure be back.

Been here multiple times but the last time I went here was 10yrs ago. The menu change a lot they only have chicken waffles. I remember before they used to have pastrami waffle, breakfast waffles with egg and etc. the original chicken waffle is really good. The waffles fries is really good very crispy and you can tell it's freshly cooked. Service was okay. The person was taking our order is not friendly and just stand there. Parking is easy .

This Bruxie is located in downtown Brea which is a beautiful location with a free parking structure next to it! There's a lot of surrounding activities like movie theaters, desserts and coffee shops. I had the Original which was actually a really good fried chicken and waffle sando - what really surprised me was the sauce which was a syrup + little spicy kick to it. Wasn't too spicy for me, but something to think about if you can't handle spice. Service was good too - it's an order at the front type restaurant but the waitress stepped outside to ask if there's anything we needed. I just advise to clean the tables after people are done, there's some crumbs left over on the tables outside.

This is Brandon Bremmon. I've had many chocolate shakes in my time. But none like the one at Bruxie. Oh my gosh. This is how a shake. And abra took my order with awesome and polite manners and gave me free ranch. I mean. That's awesome. The chicken is good and cooked perfect medium and if anyone is a fan of tater tots. I mean why wouldn't ya be. Give the spiced tots a try. They are GOOD. And I like how you can watch a football game too

It had been a while since last time I was here. I used to love their Holy chicken which is now named super cluck. I was a bit disappointed because it's not as I remembered it. I remember it tasting better and I couldn't pin point what the difference was. The spiced tots were very spicy and had way too much of the Cajun spice as you can see what was left behind. The tots portion was very generous but too spicy for me. We noticed at the end that you can purchase dipping sauces. I wish they would've told us but maybe next time. The staff were nice as usual and were trying to keep the areas clean. They have restrooms onsite and the sink area outside that's very accessible. It is a fast casual ambiance where you order at the register, you get a number and they bring your order to you. The drinks are self service and unlimited refills. There is a parking structure that's super close to the location behind the movie theatre. I'm giving it a 4 star because I do think it's pricey for what you get and the portion does seem to have shrank a little for the holy chicken.

Food always hits at this spot, can't go wrong with chicken and waffles and surprisingly love the salad here.

food taste fine, i normally get to go orders but recently the tenders have been smaller, i get less fries and they raised prices, $18.15 for this. younger sisters hand for scale. Workers are always nice tho.

Food was amazing I got the original and was so impressed! First time visiting and if ever in the area would come back and definitely recommend. Also tried the tater tots which were good. Restaurant is clean and I like the sink setup. Service was quick and I also tried their strawberry lemonade which was very fresh and tasty :)

I didn't realize until I came to write this review that Bushfire Kitchen is a small chain of…read morerestaurants. I came with a friend to this Brea location for lunch on a weekday afternoon. It's fast casual dining where you order at the counter, you're given a number, and your food is brought to your table. The folks working here were very pleasant and provided great customer service. I ordered the Millionaire's BLT Sandwich along with a blueberry cream empanada and a housemade lemonade. The empanada was handed to me on a plate immediately after paying and I was given a cup to pour my own lemonade from the nearby dispenser. The interior has quite a few seats and more outside on a covered patio. We decided to sit on the patio and the food was brought to our table several minutes later. While we waited, I tried my blueberry cream empanada, made with some sort of blueberry filling mixed with cream cheese. It was a bit unusual but I liked it. My friend shared a bite of the veggie empanada (spinach, roasted corn, bell peppers, potato, cilantro, onions and pepper-jack cheese; served with a housemade chimichurri sauce). I thought this was okay, made tastier with the uniquely thick chimmichurri sauce. My Millionaire's BLT was pretty good, although the bacon was a bit too spicy for me and my low-tolerance for heat. This sandwich was served in ciabatta bread with sweet and spicy millionaire's bacon, lettuce, tomato and housemade mayo. Although I'd never had it before, I knew Millionaire bacon would be spicy but didn't think it would make my eyes water incessantly throughout the meal. The lemonade was very good. They also have a variety of Stubborn soda options. This was a decent choice for lunch but I'd definitely order a different, less spicy menu item next time.
