We arrived this morning around 8:20 no customers and no staff at the front after a few minutes a young lady poked her head out of the back and then turned around and walked back inside. After a minute or so she then came back out greeted us the phone then rang. She picked up the phone and just walked away after about three minutes or so we just walked away as well. The food was good, it was a struggle to eat the waffle sandwich, it gets messy and soggy. The burger was also good, a little small. Make sure to order a combo if you want fries. The service was not the best, the cashier that took our order wasn't very efficient, we didn't receive as much as a welcome. The cashier spoke very little, didn't mention if we wanted to make our orders a combo or where the napkins and utensils were, barely repeated the order aswell. I didn't even know Bruxie sold coffee but today I noticed the small right bottom corner offering cold brew with housemade cold foam so I thought I'd give it a try. The menu says that it's brewed for 24 hours and I would say it's not that bad for a place that specializes in waffles and chicken. I opted for the vanilla flavor and they added the perfect amount. The foam is different from typical coffee shops in that instead of being thick and creamy, it's more airy and foamy. It's not my preferred texture but it still gave the cold brew the sweetness it needed. I was happy that it wasn't acidic because that's my least favorite type of cold brew. read more

You can order the sandwich by itself or as a combo which will come with their waffle fries (fire if you never tried it) and a drink. If you're craving for something creamy and thiiick definitely try out one of their frozen custard shakes. We ordered "The Original" sandwich by itself with fried pickles. And sheesh Bruxie never fails to hit the spot.
