Now I checked the restroom checklist and H. Braga or Fraga did a poor job at whatever they are supposed to do. He or she signed it at 6:00 pm and 6:30 pm, I was in there at 6:45 pm. I know within 15-20 minutes the trash would not have gotten that full! This person didn't do anything to that restroom. The manager on duty needs to do a better job in keeping that restroom clean, and not as dirty as the Loves or Flying J Truck Stop restroom. I will attach a screen capture of the checklist.

Why not make sure your restaurant is running smoothly and food is being delivered and prepared properly and stop trying to impress the regulars who most likely will show up either way. Any restaurant that is this unorganized and unmotivated is due to crappy management. Discounts and free desserts will never fix the problem because it will always be a crutch for trashy customer service. How about stop drinking with the guests and whoop that staff into semi decent shape buy some high chairs and make sure your expo does a once over quality check on the food and time it takes to get to the table EVEN if that means stepping in and doing it yourself.
