This is a delivery drivers dream repair shop. I came hear based on the excellent reviews and they are 5 star for a reason. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I came in for rear brake replacements and was informed that it was a bearing that was causing my break pads to wear out faster than usual. I was expecting a killer bill, and paid only half of what I thought it was going to be. I did not have an appointment, but he squeezed me in anyway. He even offered to drive me home and had no obligation to do so at all. I got my car out 2 hours before the estimated time of completion. this place is great and will be my go to from now on. True to the many previous reviews, honest, knowledgeable, friendly and competitively priced. I took my car in for the AC and mentioned some other issues I had previously been told I needed to have taken care of. The AC issue was due to a tiny radiator leak which was a relief since I was anticipating a very pricey repair. Buddha's was honest and let me know that there were not any other "issues" to be repaired. That was a huge relief since one of the repairs was quoted by another location at $2,000.00. This shows how honest Buddha's is. Truly a family owned place which I personally love. My husband's truck acted up the day we dropped my car off and after such quality and honest work, when I showed up to pick up my car, I asked if I could leave the truck and let him know the issues. When you see an auto repair shop with only one 3 star, one 4 star and a TON of 5 star reviews, your expectations are set pretty high. Buddha's Garage really delivered. I called in around 1 pm the day before a 3-day weekend, not expecting to get in till the after the holiday. They managed to fit me in THAT DAY!!! I got a brake job and LOF and my car was ready to go 2 hours after I left it. Super speedy, friendly service. Prices were reasonable. I am very impressed. Honest! Wish I had found these guys earlier in life. My car was overheating and for sure thought it was going to be a thermostat or head gasket. Incredibly honest guys. Went in for a diagnosis on my check engine light. Within 20 minutes they informed me that the issue was probably due to a recall and suggested i visit a dealership since they take care of it for free. Didn't charge me a dime for their time. On Yelp it says 8-6, but they tell you they close at 5:30. Took my car in for a transmission flush. 2 days later, the car breaks down. I took it to a real mechanic where they showed that the transmission oil was dirty, so they did not change the oil or they flushed it and put the dirty oil back in. $160 down the drain, will not use them again. read more

Seeing all of the good reviews, I decided to have Buddhas Garage do my oil change. I called earlier today in order to see when they were available for an appointment because I work until 4 during the week. The guy I spoke to was really nice and said I could come in any time this week. I asked specifically if I could come in today and he said that was absolutely fine. The drive ended up taking around 40 minutes because traffic was terrible so I ended up getting there around 4:50. When I went in there were 2 guys at the counter, one of which was on the phone. I spoke to the available gentleman and let him know what I wanted to which he responded "Okay, just wait for this guy (pointing to the guy on the phone) he should be free in a moment." The guy on the phone shook his head no, and then I was told to come back tomorrow. No thanks. I don't intend to drive all the way there again just to be sent away. So as for their actual services, I have no idea. I DO know that my time was wasted and I could have been making an appointment with another place instead of accomplishing nothing. read more

Simply phenomenal service. I didn't get off work until 5:30pm and the shop closes at 6. They were willing to stay after hours to make sure I could pick up and kept me updated while working on it. Amazingly helpful and didn't try to offer anything that wasn't needed. Parts and labor was easily $100 less than the other shops that looked at it. This shop deserves all the love ever. They helped me with only one repair but it was the greatest experience I've ever had with a shop EVER. I just spent a really long time the other day writing a long negative review about Accent Auto and I found Buddha's and now I will never go to any other shop EVER again. They are honest. They genuinely care. Andrea writes you back immediately. She will respond to you on Facebook (their FB page) even when they aren't open. They are extremely responsive. You can rely on them. They are fairly priced. They are just GOOD people and you can tell this in all of the work they do and in the customer service their shop provides. That and they were really busy but they got my repair taken care of REALLY quickly and they wanted me to keep in touch after-the-fact to let them know things were still okay given I had other issues with my car I wasn't ready to fix but might need fixed in the future. After putting off repairs to my expedition off for some time and my inspection sticker getting ready to expire I knew it was time to look for a reliable mechanic. I hopped on yelp to see what I can find and after a little bit of digging I found Buddhas garage. I saw all the five star reviews and knew that they were to ones to finally fix my dreaded check engine light once and for all. I took it in on a Tuesday morning and parking was horrible. I'm guessing with that 5 star rating you get really busy. I walked inside told the tech what all needed to be done and I was on my way. I was getting the CEL diagnostic and also I noticed a oil leak so also to find out where the leak was coming from. It was close to 4pm when I finally decided to call and check in. Now here's one thing that I didn't like. I was told the tech was finishing up and i would be called back in a few minutes. Now when I get told a few minutes I'm thinking like 15 to 20 minutes. I didn't get a call till almost 5pm. I was told what needed to be done and I have him the green light. Knowing that one part is coming from ford it wasn't gonna get done till the next day tops. Day 2 comes around and I don't hear anything at all. I call them at around noonish and I get told it should be done by the end of the day. I'm like cool beans. I'll wait for your call. Minutes before closing and I finally get the call we ran into some trouble won't be done till 10:30 the next morning for sure. Day 3. 10:30 am comes around and nothing so I call them up and they ran into some trouble with the oil leak problem. Now I'm a real understanding guy. I know a old truck like mine is bound to give mechanics trouble. She's 17yrs old and a ford but don't promise a time of its not gonna be ready. I was told by Dave that by the end of the day it would be done. Good thing about it was that I wasn't being charged for the extra labor which is awesome cuz that was almost a full day of free labor. Bad thing is that it's hard to get around when your only car was in the shop. 5pm rolls around and finally my truck was fixed. Sent my wife to pick it up and all should be right with the world right. Wrong after a few days my CEL comes up with the same trouble code. In daves defense I have had 3 other mechanics try to fix the issue but they could not. My main issue was the lack of communication. Like I said I know things happen but I'm the kind of person that likes to know when things happen as soon as it does. I wanted to love Buddhas garage but they really did drop the ball with me read more

This is, hands down, the best auto garage I have ever taken my car to. They are extremely friendly, flexible, and are always looking out for my best interest. I took my wife's car, a 2004 Audi A4, to them to have the alternator replaced because another garage (not naming names) told us that it needed to be replaced, among other things, that would have cost us near $2,000. When I took my car to Buddha's they called me within 30 minutes of dropping it off to tell me that, in fact, my alternator was working well, and in good conscience they could not replace it. The only thing that needed to be replaced were my front brakes and a front engine mount, which they fixed within a couple of hours, and cost me a fraction of the price. Needless to say, Buddha's is one of the best in the business. Highly recommend for any customer looking to have their car fixed. I will be coming here for all my car issues in the future. read more

I was there for over two hours to diagnose the major issue, which was a coolant leak. Total I was looking at 550$ and I was perfectly fine with that. I also had an issue with my power steering, which was an unhitched wire that the current mechanic told me would be part of the labor included in the coolant leak because it was such an easy fix. Another mechanic comes in and relieves him of the register and charges me 110$ for the power steering which I would have been perfectly fine with if they had informed me, which they failed to do. I informed him of what the last mechanic said but he stated reasons why it cost that much being he had to use a machine to find the wire... So I'm getting my leak fixed at 5 star auto instead. read more

Had a great experience from the get-go. I scheduled an appointment and then when I showed up a week early (my bad!) Andrea was nice enough to take me in. I showed up at 8 am and my car was ready that day around 3:30 pm. Fixed my brakes and the "play" in steering wheel. No gimmiks! What can I really say about this place that will ever do it justice? Well, in the small amount of space I have here, not much. The staff are wonderful and are very clear about what needs to be done, and no harassing up-sales that are completely unwarranted for what work you need to have done. they are hones and up front with you, and their prices are extremely friendly. I brought both my RAV4, and my wifes Sonata in for some major repairs that were desperately needed. Just for my RAV4, the dealers, and some other garages quoted me prices of 1,800 price without tax. Buddha's cost, 950.00, I wont even go into how much the dealer quoted me to replace the front end on my wifes sonata, but we only paid 1,250.00 with Buddha's. Now, our cars are running and operating better than ever. No issues to date. they offer a good warranty where most do not. I can not say how very pleased we are to have found such a wonderful operation. These guys put their hearts into what they do every day, and it shows. These guys do such a great job. Had my vehicle finished when they said they would and for the price they said they would do it for. I have had to call them since then on an airbag issue and they were honest and told me I would have to take it to the dealer. Unfortunately that cost me an arm and a leg but I got it fixed. Wow. Just, Wow. I have never seen a business so committed to their customers and their work as Buddha's garage. We brought my Subaru Forester to Dave, knowing it needed a head gasket replacement - it was leaking oil at a rapid rate. They did the repairs, and when I drove away from the garage, the check engine light came back on. I called Dave from the car and brought it back immediately, and Dave took it back to check it out - -and gave me his OWN MINIVAN to borrow while he diagnosed the issue. He ended up having to replace several things that are not generally impacted by a head gasket issue, which meant we went through this car swapping a couple more times before all the random little issues were identified. Not only did he not charge me for the additional work (which he absolutely could have), he hand delivered my car to me more than once. He also moved my kids' carseats each time, filled the cars with gas (at his own expense) each time, and was an absolute delight to work with. He gave me his personal cell phone number and kept in touch with me via text many times during the day. He and his team test drove my car over 100 miles to make absolutely certain that the check engine light didn't return. Through it all, he was totally honest, friendly, kind and extremely indulgent of my hectic working Mom schedule. Did I mentioned that he hand-delivered the car? Straight to my door? Dave has a customer for life, and I highly encourage anyone shopping for a new garage to go straight here. What a guy. read more

I have been putting off car repairs as I had been frequenting national chain stores, and getting a laundry list of problems for my car with each visit. I did not trust the mechanics and did a Yelp search and found Buddha's Garage. Based on the wonderful reviews, I brought in my car. Dave and his staff were honest and timely in repairing my car. They called to give updates and the quoted final price was right on. Oh by the way, don't forget the cash discount! Its a rarity to find a honest and reasonably priced mechanic and shop. My check engine light started flashing and my car started puttering and shaking. Ohhh crap! I had my car towed back home while I contemplated what to do. A friend of mine said he had been looking online at reviews, and found Buddha's to be at the top of his list. I took a look, and thankfully it was close to my place. Huzzah! I spoke with Will on the phone and he told me to bring it in. I did, and was told that it was fixable (yay!) and they'd probably have it back to me by the end of the day on Friday (I dropped it off on a Thursday). Imagine my surprise when I get a call Friday morning saying it's done. Holy crap! I got a coworker to take me to the shop to pick it up, and my car was running better than ever. And, the price was a little bit less than what I was quoted. Sweet! Unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Dave, as he was out sick, but Will was really nice and put my mind at ease, and on top of that the price was reasonable.
