We came to this Enterprise on a Saturday morning after making a reservation online. The lady at the…read morecounter told my partner that because she had booked the car using my corporate code, I had to be the one to pay for and drive the car. That had never happened before; nevertheless, my partner was forced to wait in the sitting area for 20 minutes while I made my way down to the location (we had planned on saving time with her picking up the car while I ran errands). When I arrived at the rental car agency, another customer service individual told us the same thing. I asked if this was a new policy -- that the corporate card necessitates the employee paying for and driving the car -- and the customer service rep was very squirrely, refusing to answer the question and say either yes (it was a new policy) or no (the policy had just previously gone un-enforced). Finally, when they proceeded through the reservation, it became apparent that the particular corporate code that my partner had applied DID NOT require me to pay for and drive the car. So she had waited 20 minutes for no reason whatsoever, with little in the way of apology from any of the people working there. We were finally led to a car, which was freshly cleaned although with only 1 bar of gas. One of the three reps we dealt with was really kind and quick, tried to get us into a car and on the road, but I was unimpressed with the service we received from the other two people there. The car itself was nice, pretty clean, handled well, and the location of the rental car agency is convenient but...just a word of caution, in case you're renting with a corporate code!

Absolute worst rental experience we've ever had was with this particular Sixt. Specifically the manager Tori was the rudest most unprofessional person I've ever worded with. She left dozens of ppl stranded with no rentals after giving away all the reversed rentals. Causing dozens of people to be stranded at the Sixt airport at 1am. Her entire staff was disrespectful to every single customer. She made my children cry and left elderly handicapped people and small children stranded in an airport and told them she didn't care. Spoke down to them and belittled them. I hope she is never allowed to treat people this way again and something is done about her and her employees callus attitude. after reading more reviews it seems this is an on going issue and Sixt has allowed this disgusting behavior from their employees.
