Terrible experience this past Sunday. Went to take advantage of the Veterans Day offer for a free order of wings. The employees didn't seem to want to seat my wife and I. When they did the table they gave us was dirty and the floor around the booth was filthy. The floor looked like it had not been cleaned all day. We decided to leave and go next door to a Tex-Mex place that was 1000 percent better...friendly staff, clean tables, and good food. I will never go back to Buffalo Wild Wings again. read more

One star because 9 out of 10 times, someone will get our takeout order wrong. It's unbelievable. We order here literally every Friday because we actually like the flavor options but they will always mess something up. Mostly they "forget" to put old bay on old bay wings or will forget to put sauce on the tenders. And do not order from the online option as we have learned that they will not begin cooking your order until you show up to pick it up. Management has done nothing with the complaints. I wish there were other options for places to get wings with such a combination of flavors but sadly there is not, because I'm a fool to keep dumping money in such a poorly run establishment. read more

I will start this review with the information that my husband is obsessed with Buffalo Wild Wings and we eat there frequently, although this was the first time at this location. Literal worse experience we've had at a BWW, starting with the drinks. My husband had to send his back because it tasted like straight carbonated water. He chose a different drink, that one was the same. I got tea, it tasted like they had saved the leftovers from yesterday-it was awful. It took about 20 minutes to get our appetizer, which was the chili queso, which normally we love. It was so watered down and runny, there was no chili in it, it just tasted like watered down cheese for $7. Finally our wings got there and one flavor had obviously been sitting there a while as it was cold by the time it made it to our table. After the food, we waited forever for our bill, then waited forever again for her to come get the money to give us change. When she brought the change back, she apparently decided we only needed the bills because she did not give us the coins we were owed. Awful experience and we will be looking for a different and hopefully better location. read more

I used to practically live at Buffalo Wild Wings because of the Wednesday $.99 kid meals. But then we didn't go back in a while because of sports and when we came back someone else was manager. The new manager was nothing like the old one the service was terrible for six people it took 45 minutes just to get drinks and then another hour for our food. We stopped going there for a while and recently went back the service was soooo slow and when the food got out it was cold, burned, and way to sweet. I have been in Annapolis on and off for the last three month ( more on than off ) -- and -- the BWW in the Town Center is a pretty good bet -- the food is consistently good -- but -- the service is not -- I do not recall all of the servers names -- but -- Heidi is exceptional -- and -- so are most others ( if I can recall / get their names I will post that later ) -- my only complaint -- and -- it's not really a complaint -- but -- a criticism -- is -- that most times -- other than Heidi and a couple of others -- the first contact to order is really slow -- it's like there is no recognition / organization there if someone new at a bar top -- then -- if a ticket transfers -- the next person to pick up is just as slow if you were new ................. tonight -- the young lady waiting on me was very attentive ( didn't get her name -- and -- she was so very patient as I was also working ) -- but -- when she got cut -- and -- I cashed out ( which she gave me the choice ) -- no one ever came back by to check on me -- so -- I went somewhere else for dinner -- I told the hostess -- and -- she offered to get the manager -- but -- told her that was ok -- she was very nice -- and -- just to let him / her know -- in other BWW -- the managers are much more engaged ( see my review on Houston ) -- I have never even seen a manager here -- this I a consistent -- but -- not exceptional by any means -- BWW -- I'll make sure to post the other good servers at a later date -- read more

Me and my husband love Buffalo Wild Wings. The service is awesome and the food is very good. If you go there ask for Louise or Malana (sp) both of these watress' are off the hook. The atmosphere is really cool. Great selection of beers on tap. The area that this place is really lacking in is the food. The food is so average, but their menu has so much potential. Have a couple beers and you'll probably be able to tolerate something other than the wings, which are fine. If you want fast service, sit at the bar and go on a night where Chris is working, he's the best bartender there and will make sure you're enjoying everything. Took 5+ minutes for the waitress to even take our drink order, 15+ minutes for the drinks to arrive at the table. Appetizers came out with the meals. I returned again to Buffalo and instead of ordering wings I made a mistake in ordering a hamburger. What a poor choice. Tough meat over cooked. The bartender told me that this is the way they are cooked. I can see now because the quality of the meat was so inferior that cooking in medium or rare is out of the question. More like 2.5. The wing quality is the area that needs the most improvement in my opinion - let's just say that these birds didn't work out...at all. Small, not fresh-tasting, and, this most recent time, not crispy (like someone rushed them out of the fryer or something). The sauces are decent; my personal favorite is the mango habanero, a good pairing of sweet and heat. I used to go for the Blazin wings until my stomach lining was like 'dude, you're too old for this'. Traditional wings are the way to go, and they're 60 cents apiece, bundled in sets of 6, on Tuesdays, with blue cheese and ranch costing extra. I also like the buffalo chips with desert heat seasoning; they have a nice kick - a small size is a good portion for 2 people, unless you or your dining partner is a real carbie. The atmosphere is generally chill with the occasional sports-related yell but in the booths in the dining area my wife and I have never had an issue hearing each other and I'm practically deaf. For a Buffalo Wild Wings it suffices, and we will continue to come here over the Bowie location, which is ghetto as fahk. read more

Walked in, sat down and even though the place was basically empty no one came over to greet us. We got up to leave and was thanked by the manager Kevin for coming in. We explained that we were leaving due to no service. He was very pleasant and apologized asking us to stay. We did and he waited on us personally. Kevin did his best to make this up to us and was very attentive. The food was good and Kevin was great, he is trying his best. We were ready to leave and asked for the check. He comped our meal. We thanked him and gave him some suggestions to keep future clientele. He was appreciative. We hope he can turn things around. read more

I went here yesterday to watch the basketball game with my boyfriend, sister and her boyfriend. I got medium wings and spicy garlic wings. When they came out, they looked like they had been sitting and weren't too warm. My bf's looked fresh and were hot. I'm not one to complain but didn't say anything. The next day I threw up 6 times! My very first visit to a BWW, despite hearing their commercials for years on the radio. I'm always skeptical when walking into a "chain" restaurant or bar & grill. I knew what to expect and, for the most part, there were no big surprises. They certainly have a great selection of beer -that was a nice surprise. My wife and son were with me (we were celebrating my son's football game victory with some other teammates). Since I'm still avoiding meat, I was a little worried about menu options at a place called "Buffalo Wild Wings"... my mind was set at ease when I read their expansive menu with lots of things other than wings to choose from. My wife had the honey BBQ wings and she said they were very good. My son had a burger and, again, said it was good. I had the fish tacos. Not the best I've ever had, but no complaints either -they were tasty and they hit the spot. The two tacos were served with tortilla chips and salsa. The salsa came in one of those little 2 oz. cups and I ran out of that before the chips were finished. I asked our waiter if it was possible if I could get a little more salsa since I had some chips left to dip. All he replied was "Sure!" and in a couple of minutes I had more salsa to polish off the rest of my chips. When the bill came, it was a little pricey considering what we ordered, but everyone enjoyed their meal. That's when I spotted it at the very bottom of the menu... I was charged an extra .60 for that second cup of salsa. I'm don't consider myself a tight-wad, but that really made me angry. Had the waiter explained to me up front that there would be an additional charge for the additional salsa, I would've been A-OK with it. But he didn't. He just said "Sure!" and brought me more -never bothering to explain that there was an extra charge for it. Granted, I think the guy was new -either that or he's in the wrong line of work. He was clearly flustered and overwhelmed the entire time. And because of how nervous and new he looked, I never called him on the extra charge for the salsa. But, for me, that's the problem with chains -they almost always miss the mark when it comes to exceptional service and bang for your buck. If you go, order the wings... the salsa and chips can't get expensive. ;-) read more

Today I was disappointed. I came in excited about their 60 cent boneless wings. They made spinach and artichoke flatbread instead of dip so we had to wait additional time for our appetizer to come out. The dip itself was cold and the chips were overlooked. I ordered 5 spicy garlic and my partner ordered 5 honey barbecue mine were cold. Our total time there was a little over an hour and they weren't busy at all. My wife and I have been coming to this location for quite a while. The service and the food started declining once Melissa stopped working nights so we decided to mix it up a little and go to other restaurants on Friday night. We decided to try this location again a few weeks ago and it was even worse. We tried again tonight and yet again the food was mediocre at best and the service was horrible. Yes, we came with a big group, kids baseball team. We were seated after only 10 min. Ordered by player #, waited 1.5 hours, yes, HOURS, for our food. Then only portions of our group were served. Some finished meals while others had yet to be served. Orders were then incorrectly billed to checks. For a restaurant of this size that serves this much food per day...unacceptable. Excellent service. My son and I ordered our usual large traditional wings with buffalo dry rub. Not bad. Only complaint : the dry rub was excessive and seemed like an after thought as most of it fell off. Maybe the kitchen waited too long and the wings dried a little. On Saturday, July 31st, My Wife and I ventured into Buffalo Wild Wings. Upon walking in the door, an employee was bouncing a ball on the floor. Upon viewing the dining room numerous tables had not been bussed and the floor was a mess, not just around one table, but all over the dining room. Employees were standing around conversing. I wanted to leave but my wife declared she was to Hungry to leave. We remained and the Service was just fine, our server very pleasant. The food was average and while dining, the staff began to clean the dirty tables. We won't go back, only because there are so many better choices in the area. I suggest whoever owns this particular franchise, re-consider the Manager. The Manager should never have allowed the lack of cleanliness nor the staff to just stand around and converse, bounce a ball while there was much to do.. read more

I went to eat there for my Birthday and boy did they ever ruin that! We had the worst service ever! We had to wait 45 minutes for our food while others came in, got served, finished eating, and left and we were still sitting there. It wouldn't be so bad but, this was in the middle of the afternoon when you shouldn't have to wait but 15 min to eat. Our server decided that he didn't feel like coming to our table to check on us at all but decided to go check on others to see how they were doing instead. If I could give ZERO stars I would. As soon as we walked in, no one bothered to greet us. The waiter right at the front proceeded to walk by multiple times without even smiling, saying hi, or getting a host for us. Finally, someone who appeared to be the manager walked up to us. At first he didn't say anything or even look at us. We asked him if it was self seating and he said no, and told us that they were "clearing off some tables for us." After a couple minutes, he walked up again and seated his friend behind us before us... We should have known better and just walked out after that, but we wanted to sit down and enjoy the football games. After we were seated, our waitress was very nice. However, none of the drinks we were asking for could be provided. We asked for about 4 drinks each time she would tell us "they just ran out." As a manager you should know to have what you need in stock on a busy day like football Sunday. When we received our food, the "soft" pretzels were extremely overcooked and were hard as a rock. Also, our wings were flavored well... But came out completely cold as if they had been sitting for a while. Overall this place was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Our waitress was the only thing keeping us from walking out mid meal. This is the worst experience I've had in Annapolis, MD and the worst experience at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I came down here cause I expected great service from such a great, high class area, but clearly this place doesn't belong here or the management doesn't belong here.
