I took my family to the Annapolis location and from the moment we opened the front door I knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. The entryway smelled like a dirty bar mop and the floor was sticky. We haven't even entered the restaurant yet. On the way to the table we passed what seemed to be the entire front of the house staff sitting around talking. Not a big deal because we were one of only two or three tables in the place. Except when we walked past the kitchen there was trash on the floor next to the trash can. When they sat us, I pulled out my chair to find that it had been shredded along with multiple others. Silverware was dropped off by the server onto the bare table with nothing underneath. Judging by the floors I'm sure that the tables weren't wiped with the cleanest rag. The whole restaurant smelled like a bar mat. I'll give them credit though. The food was good but overall the place was gross. read more

Cold beer. Lots of TVs. There is literally nothing else to recommend this place. Oh yeah--they try, actually try pretty hard, but they do NOT succeed. Come here to watch your favorite team, but come with your belly full--and with low expectations. Issue number one: Why is it so hard to keep the bathroom clean!? I went last night for the UFC fight. The place was nearly deserted. I used the ladies room and the place was trashed. There was toilet paper all over the floor inside and outside the stalls, one toilet was unflushed with "debri", another toilet had urine all over the seat along with some black powder looking stuff, and the paper towel roll was sitting directly on the sink surface, soaking up the water and whatever else from the counter, instead of being put in the dispenser, etc etc. The problem gets worse when after my first visit to the restroom, I let the manager on duty, "Mike", know politely that it needed attention. He said he would get it taken care of. Then, maybe 40 minutes later, I revisit the ladies room to find that it is in the exact same condition as when I originally brought it to the managers attention. I approached him again, this time a little upset, and he and the girl behind the to-go counter assured me that she had just cleaned it 20 minutes prior. So, are you lying to my face? Or are you calling me a liar? Not to mention, the service was slow, they charged my husband for a beer that he never received, they gave me the wrong dressing with my meal, the waitress smelled of cigarettes, and on and on and on. After all this, I think I may just find a new place to watch the UFC fight. read more

As promised, I went back for the onion rings which they said were cut and battered fresh there. I don't see any way that this is possible. They have the typical frozen smooth batter consistency. When you make them fresh, they are lumpy and bumpy and crunchy. If you want better rings, it's worth the walk over to Cheeburger Cheeburger around the corner. I tried the ribs which were nothing to write home about--Red Hot and Blue is still the way to go although I do not find them perfect either, so I am still on my rib quest... But most disturbing of all was my attempt to buy a bottle of the Honey BBQ sauce that I found so delicious. The first ingredient listed is high fructose corn syrup which I find evil. (the other 2 evil ingredients in American food are hydrogenated oil and MSG which I also avoid like the toxic sludge that they are) So, I guess I am going to have to write off BWW...sigh... Staff is always more interested in hanging with each other instead of doing their job. Hanging out at the front counter hanging with friends and goofing off. The last two time I ordered carry out they weren't busy but the 22 minutes until it would be ready turned into 40+. Can't take a place seriously if it doesn't take itself seriously. read more

The food was good, but they did not give me multiple things I ordered. I ordered the house sampler, which says it comes with onion rings, mozzarella sticks, nachos, wings, and dipping sauces. I didn't get the ranch or marinara sauce that comes with this and they put jalapenos on the nachos even though I said not to. All of this was correct on the receipt so I'm not sure why they got it wrong. I also ordered wings and they forgot the carrots and celery that come with them. Again, that showed on the receipt. So all in all, 4 things were incorrect on my order and did I mention the order was supposed to be ready at 7:30 and we got it at 7:50pm Not impressed! read more

Got there last Sunday at 6:20 and there was a sign on the door saying they could only do food in the fryer... no sandwiches, burgers or anything like that. This seemed odd but we were in the mood for some B-Dubs wings and a cold beer anyway so we went in and sat at the bar. The bar tender was very rude and yelled to us the same message as was on the door and we said that would be fine because we just wanted wings and beer while watching the football game. Then she said they were closing at 7:00 and that last-call was in 5 minutes! She said there was a sign on the door and her tone made it clear she didn't want us to stay. We checked the door on the way out and the only sign on the door about hours said 11:00 am to 11:00 pm. We had a similar experience of rudeness at this store once before and I'm now sure this place stays pretty empty for good reason. Even though we really like this chain a lot and we will continue to enjoy their restaurants, we won't be back to this particular store. read more

Well, have been 2 times for lunch. Wings are dinky but tastee. Have had the Habanero, Dry rub buffalo, and the Thai spice, All pretty good just small. Nice bar area. No happy hour. 45 cent wings on Thurs. or Tues, can't remember, but the catch is they don't come with any dipping sauce or celery. Service is good, maybe pay a little too much attention. read more

The Vik (my boyfriend) had been itching to go to this place for a while and finally I gave in. Not because of anything I read or heard, but merely for the face that I'm not a wing eater. So please don't base your decision on my review of the wings since I didn't eat any and it's a wing place. Is that a review fail? I digress. I will say that the service was beyond excellent. I'm not sure if it was because it was a little slow or if our server was new but we were asked several times if the food was okay by her and a manager type guy. She was quick with our food and drinks and when my boyfriend had tea left in his cup as we finished, she went and got him a fresh batch in a to-go cup. Above and beyond! As for the food, I ordered the Asian Zing Chicken Salad. It included warm chicken, lettuce, cabbage, and mandarin oranges garnished tortilla chips and their Zing sauce which I thought was a little spicy. I enjoyed it and left satisfied, although I might have added shredded carrots and croutons to the dish for some additional crunchiness. The Viking ordered two sets of wings, which he devoured and buffalo chips. He ordered the third to spiciest sauce and said he probably could have ordered the hottest on the menu. The atmosphere was a typical sport bar/restaurant setting. Hundreds of TVS. It was clean and not too loud. Although I'm wondering why there weren't more Ravens items on the walls. My husband and I hit up BW3s to play Buzztime trivia, since the place we used to play closed down. The wings are good, but I don't recommend the dry rub style which is just some powder on the wings. This happened 3x already, i call and confirm that my order is ready to be picked up but i still have to wait a solid 20mins when i get there before they hand me my order. Really disappointed with all aspects of this BWW. Just moved to the area and visited this location twice, about a month apart. First time, everything was normal and my family enjoyed the trip. Second time, there were red flags from the start. Walked in, four people standing at the front, and no one seemed to be the hostess as they offered zero service to us. Seat ourselves at the only cleaned table available in the dining room as it was only 25% full of people but numerous tables were still full of dirty napkins and old food. Put our drink order in and the two beers that were brought 10 minutes later were the wrong ones. Not a big deal, stuff happens, so I walked over to the bar and got the correct drinks. 25 minutes go by and the fried pickles just arrive. Eat the pickles, wait another 10 minutes, and no food in site. Can't find our waitress as all the staff seems to have congregated somewhere else, so I walk over to the kitchen. To my amazement, there are 25 orders of wings and food just sitting on top of the warming area. As a worker now spots me that I obviously needed help, I asked when we could expect our food and if I could speak to the manager. The manager, who looked to be having a long day, said he would "check" on my order. Immediately he walks out of the kitchen with our wings. Sets them on the table and we both stare at them wondering if we should even eat them because they looked terrible. The 30 minutes of the heat lamp probably isn't recommended by BWW corporate to achieve top quality. I went back to the manager and told him the bad news. He said he would "hook us up" but I told him we lost our appetite. He comped the 2 beers and fried pickles which was very nice but we won't be going back anytime soon. read more

I've been coming here since it first opened and have watched it decline and decline. Tonight will mark my last visit. There was absolutely no customer service. Food took over 45 minutes ( it was not crowded). The place is filthy. The wait staff looked strung out and kept disappearing. I'll visit a different location. My first time at a buffalo wild wings I had a great service and food. I like the fact it's a sports bar themed resturant. Food was good, and had fun playing trivia. Everything else was FILTHY, our waiter had the personality of a dirty napkin on one of the many dirty tables. We placed an appetizer, & then our meals. So we have been to Buffalo Wild Wings at Arundel Mills several times. It's one of our go to restaurants. I walked into the Annapolis location and the experience was not good (I won't bore you with the details) then Dave the manager came to ask how things were going. Only reason I am giving a two os because I liked my wings...service was so under par its unbelievable. My husband ordered something that had onions and aaked for no onions. Still had onions when we got it...server asked id everything was ok I said everything except the onions. He said hmmm they still put them on there then walked away. When finished with our meal the manager came up to us and made excuses instead of apologizing. .saying that since its a new menu item the cooks get nervous. ...little did the manager know we had both worked in the restaurant business before. ....then when we were leaving the manager follows us out the door. Annapolis location is failing. Not sure if its the terrible service that results in only 6 patrons total (2 at the bar) or if the lack of customers results in bad servers, but either way last trip to this location. Table was empty but filthy, trivia tablets had "gunk" all over, the food came out sparse and the sliced tomatoes on my sandwich were more white than red and the bored staff were on their phones more than at their stations. It is what it is; this location is not getting business, and the customers are the ones getting the short end of the stick. read more

I've been to this location several times since it opened a few years ago, and each time I go in it seems to get progressively worse as far as service goes. I remember going on it's opening day and they had staff everywhere; it could've been 2 servers per table. But as time has gone on, that's nowhere near the case. I can say that the wings are decent; good variety of flavors available from mild to extra spicy. Even a few dry rub flavors. Service is a different story... I've gone there for a few Friday evening happy hours and the place is fairly empty. The bar area may be at half-capacity, but the regular restaurant seating area has been much less than that. I've also gone for some weekday lunches and again, the bar area may be at half-capacity or slightly less, but the regular seating is empty. I'm sure the place is hopping on game day or other major sporting events, but I've never been during those times so I can't personally speak to that. The past couple times I've been in there, once on Christmas Eve during lunch and once on a regular Saturday afternoon for lunch, the bar/lounge area was where I sat and that area was maybe half-capacity with the regular seating pretty bare. And yet even with those low numbers of patrons, service was slow. The bartender, who ended up having to cover the tables in the bar area (why no server?) was slow to come around, but only because they were the only one working that whole area in addition to their regular bartending duties. Once our orders were placed, it still took 30-40 minutes for the food to come out. And all we ordered were wings. I'm just not crazy about the (lack of) service here. This might be a good place to go on game day, but I'd reconsider for any other time. read more

It took THREE trips to this restaurant in order to get my complete order. After picking up the order the first time and calling and speaking to the manager, he offered to remake it so it would be hot. Get back to my hotel with the second order, and still do not have my complete order. I even checked my receipt to confirm what I ordered and sure enough all that I believed I ordered was on the receipt but not in the bag. Started off bad the first time when it wasn't ready until 15 minutes after I was told it would be done, then sat in the hot box since the guy who brought it out and put it in there never said a word to anyone or even wrote it down it was in there. All this time I'm sitting in my car since they said they would bring it out to me and watched it all happen. It would amaze me at this point if anyone actually reads the orders. I would understand the first time and if it was really busy, but having to go to a place three times to get what you ordered is completely ludicrous. We came to watch Stanley cup Hockey and requested one of the 3 large screens in the bar area be tuned to the Hockey Game. The manager says that people around here hate Pittsburgh so he would not change it. We got one small 32 inch screen. I could have stayed home and got a bigger screen. Instead he had the Celtics and Cleveland. Who the hell likes Cleveland. If I come into a sports bar and customers ask to see a particular game on something bigger that the managers ass. There are 4 people at the bar another 25-30 at the tables. Nuts to this place. This was the first time to BWW and will be the last. I've really tried to give this place a chance over the years. It used to be a great place to watch games. We visited today to watch a Washington wizards playoff game, and we asked the server if she could change one of the large TVs to the game, since the projector is being held together with duct tape, and the projector screen was showing the game in terrible quality. We waited approximately 20-30 minutes for that to happen. It was not busy at all. Also, my boyfriend went to the restroom to find out that there was barely any toilet paper, absolutely no soap or paper towels. It took approximately 30 minutes to get a beer and a margarita. They do a solid job at this location. A group of us were in town for a wedding. The first night we spent most of the evening there and they did a great job handling all the orders, different checks, etc. BW3's always has the TVs and the good food. Second night we swung by late night (1am) and hung out til close. We were the only people there, so I'm sure they were ready to get out of there, but they got us our drinks and food quickly and let us hang till close. read more

Disappointing experience. We are new to the area and were excited to find this BWW. We generally love their food, beer and service. This location needs a lot of TLC. Service started out ok, female bartender was pleasant and clearly working hard....male bartender had a terrible attitude and just seemed like it was a chore to do anything! Wings came out luke warm, but I was starving and didn't want to wait another 25 mins for 10 wings. I ordered a SW black bean burger......came out slightly charred and no avocado. I asked male bartender and he seemed annoyed, female bartender stepped in and since she was busy asked the manager to grab me some. 5 mins went by, no avocado, female bartender went and got me some. By that time my sandwich was cold, which I mentioned to her. She said they could "nuke it", um no thanks! Beer was good and cold though! Great IPA's on tap!
