Food is good- nothing to get all excited about. The inside of the restaurant is pretty cool; there are a TON of flat screens that are always on and cover just about every single wall in the building. Went on a Wednesday afternoon where it was not busy at all and happened to have really good service. The food is good, but nothing to go back to. I got the buffalo mac and cheese which was alright. The wings were boneless and the skin of the fried nugget wasn't even cooked to the meat--- it just came off the side which was disappointing. The mac n cheese seemed as if it was microwaved because of the overall flavor. My father got a burger and absolutely loved it. The one thing that I can recommend with positive experience is their FRIED PICKLES. They are like nothing I have ever tasted before in the best way possible. They are incredible. I've been a long time lover of Buffalo Wild Wings. I've been to them across several states for years now. I will NEVER come back to BWW in Annapolis. Service was terrible. Food was slow. WE WERE THE ONLY TABLE IN THE ENTIRE DINING AREA. I ordered a simple drink. Whiskey on the rocks. About 30 minutes after I finished this drink I still hadn't seen my server so I walked up to the bar to order another. Only to see the two bartenders behind the bar walk the other direction. After a couple minutes standing at the tenderless bar I returned to my seat. Our server eventually returned and I asked for the check. Turns out they all did me a favor. My whiskey on the rocks which could only be explained as a thimble of whiskey splashed onto an entire glass of ice was 9.25! 9.25 for a shot of whiskey. Do not recommend. Will not return. Took my fiancé and brother out here to get some food because we didn't like feel cooking tonight. My number one pet peeve is employees not greeting the customers when they come in and it's not even busy. We sat ourselves and it took a minute before anyone noticed that we were here. We're the only one dining in there. There is roughly about 6 obnoxious employees running around back and fourth in the the business with their phone in their hands, dancing, screaming, talking really loud, acting really immature and doing inappropriate things and snap chatting a dead bird that they found outside that they keep on bringing into the business. Employee did NOT wash their hands after touching the bird. I am beyond disgusted. Where is the manager that was on duty. They had the music up as if its was the club, you couldn't even hear the person next to you talking. Bartender took forever to get our drinks. I believe she is intoxicated as well, she was really clumsy. She dropped a drink, hopefully it wasn't ours. We finally got to order our food. We had ordered two large traditional wings with sauces on the side. They ended up messing up on one of the orders and had to remake it. The first batch of chicken ended up being really dry and all stuck together, second order they messed up by not putting sauce on the side so we had to wait even longer and server was complaining to a co worker on why we didn't want it. Carrots and celery didn't come until about 15 minutes after the first order came in. Server dropped food in my fiancé purse which pissed me off even more. Never did come by to ask if we needed refills. My fiancée had to literally walk up to the bar with two cups in her hands and ask for a refill on water. Overall experience. Ok this has been disappointing. I go here every month with my local working mom's group and we have had as many as 25 people show up and on the smaller days 10. To say the least we do spend money when we come and we enjoy the Kids nights (99 cent kids meals). But the service has always been iffy. The food is hit or miss and sometimes it comes out fast and sometimes unexplainably slow (very inconsistent). I have had an order of raw fish wraps come out as well as them forgetting to get the ranch dressing I ask for repeately. I eventually give up asking. We have also recieved incorrect orders on three occassions since Fall of 2011. It's a bit odd. But whatever. So far every kids night we have never had a problem showing up and requesting to put a few tables together. But this past evening we were met with a less than happy manager who tried to smile and tell us that we can't reserve tables. We have always reserved tables (just a few - not too many). And I understand that this can backfire, but hey isn't eating out about the customer service and being accomdating so a bunch of overworked moms can get a bite to eat with their toddlers screaming in teh background. Jeeze, all I have to say is I am less and less happy about thier service and about thier kids nights anyways. They always sound so fun and when we go, it's NOT. They had a story time/My Gym person out there once, and that was such a blessing, and it was wonderful - but apparently it was a one time thing. It had been close to 5 years since I last came here. Visited recently and couldn't believe how much it has changed, not for the better unfortunately. It was lunch time on a weekend and the place was a ghost town. There were two other families that were about to leave. Service started out decent enough with drinks being delivered quickly. Sadly, that was probably the highlight of our experience. Napkins- Good luck getting some. Our utensils were wrapped in one, but there were none anywhere else. When my son spilled some of his drink, I asked for a few more. I was handed 2, which wasn't even enough to wipe up the spilled drink. For a wing place, they should be EVERYWHERE! Note: They do have moist towelettes near the entrance. A lot of good they do there after you've scrambled to wipe or wash your hands. Suggestion: Serve them with the food along with napkins. Food- Quality was standard BWW fare. It took an extremely long time to receive our food. With a near empty restaurant, it was probably around 35 to 40 minutes before our food arrived. Only two people ordered and it was mostly wings. What took so long, I have no idea. Service- definitely lackluster. At first it started out great. As time passed, it seemed like our waitress lost interest in checking on us. In total we were here close to 2 hours, not by choice. We were planning on grabbing a quick bite and continuing on with our day. I was shocked at the time when we finally had our check and walked out. I've come here a few times over the past couple years and unfortunately there's always something missing from my order. Tonight our takeout order consisted of 2 wing meals, one with celery and both with ranch. We also asked and payed for 2 additional ranch cups. When we got home and unpacked the order, we realized that we didn't get the celery for the 1 meal, and we didn't receive the 2 additional ranches that we paid extra for. I can agree that we probably should have checked our bag before leaving to ensure all of our items were accounted for, but it had slipped our minds. A small mixup is not the end of the world, but when it becomes a consistent problem, it gets rather frustrating. With the takeout orders, comes a sticker on the bag with the receipt and markings for the employee to check and ensure that all items of the order are in the bag. This sticker wasn't even marked, but my missing items were clearly listed on the receipt. I'm not going to drive back to the restaurant tonight for a couple ranches and celery sticks, but I hope that in the future there's a stronger urge to ensure all of the items ordered make it into the customers bag. read more

This BWW has always been on the cusp of being terrible but my last visit put them well into that category. I stopped in to catch some football this past Sunday. We arrived just before the one o'clock kick off time and I placed an order for some traditional chicken wings. It took 45 minutes to get my wings and they were cold. I almost never send food back but did so this time. I proceeded to wait another 45 minutes to get a new warm order of chicken wings...90 minutes to get an order of chicken wings. The only reason I even waited for new wings was because I was watching the game. I didn't think I'd have to wait til the third quarter to get food I ordered at kick off lol The most disheartening part of this whole thing was that at no point did a manager even attempt to come out and apologize or make right this ridiculous experience. Ok, i've been to this chain before and i know what you get---basic, very loud sports bar with halfway decent wings and a wide selection of beers (if you think Miller Lite, Sam Adams, and Yuengling means variety). But why don't they call the place "Buffalo Drumsticks?" Any way the wings/legs were decent, but we were still hungry, so we ordered Popcorn Shrimp with Spicy Garlic sauce. I should have gone to the supermarket and bought Mrs. Pauls from the freezer case, because they would have been better by far. But as we were choking them down, we realized that they didn't taste like spicy garlic. So we asked the bartender "he dude, where is the spicy garlic?" To which he replied, "oh yeah it looks like they forgot it". No "i'm sorry", no "let me get replace that for you and get it right this time", nothing!!!! WTF??? so we asked for a check and i was sure as he brought it, he would say "i took the shrimp off your bill", but that was not to be. Amazing! Oh yeah one more thing, i have never seen a decent restaurant (and i'm not sure BWW meets this criteria) serve private label ketchup. I mean i know deep down that it is probably all the same, but it is a big "no no" in biz to not serve Heinz. It's like putting private label gas in your Lexus. It's just something you don't do, and im not a stockholder of the Heinz company. So BWW Ketchup doesn't do it for me. Whats the use of making an online order if you have to wait an additional 35 mins when you get there. Soon as you walk in...no one at the pickup counter, thats a 7-10 min wait to be acknowledged from someone from the back. Service is terrible if I could give -5 stars I would. I came here with my mom yesterday & when we sat down by the bar because the dining room was closed, a server/food runner girl came up with menus and silverware. the bartender was our server. I was super hungry but my mom wasn't ready to order, so after the bartender asked if i wanted to order ahead of her, i told her "no it's okay! i'm going to wait so our food can come out together". We place our order, I get my chicken wrap 15 minutes before my mom gets her food. A table that came after us got both orders of wings and burgers come to the table all at once. I stopped the food runner girl to ask her where my moms food is, because i specifically asked to wait so it would come out together, and we're still waiting 15 minutes. She has no idea we have other food and goes back and checks on it. She brings out one of the two things, which wasn't even my moms food, so we have to wait another 5 minutes. I ask for the manager and she tells us that it's policy for the food to come out one at a time the second it's ready. then why did every other table get all their food at once? and i specifically asked for ours to come out together?? at this point the manager said "we're following covid policy, if you would have ASKED for it to all come out at once". i already asked for that, and when she snapped saying "asked" i had her leave the table because i was tired of the disrespect. The rest of the time we were there our server checked on us one time while making multiple trips to her other tables. both of our drinks stayed empty over half the time we were here. She came over after my mom stacked her trays to give the check. We put cash on the table, my mom went to the bathroom, we probably waited 10 minutes before leaving and the server never came back to the table, but when we got up to leave, she literally RAN after us to the door and said "i can't let you leave without paying, you can't walk out in your check" if she would have checked up on us more than once, she would have realized we paid, i have never been more disrespected in a restaurant ever. So along with the fact they were so adamant about following covid policy, their website states they are using disposable menus, plastic silverware, single use condiment packets, and are cleaning heavily trafficked areas of the restaurant every 30 minutes. We got regular menus, silverware, a ketchup bottle at the table, and the bathrooms all had zero toilet paper, the only stall that had one roll left had period blood all over it, so clearly they aren't following any other covid policies and really don't care about their employees or customers. read more

Since I live in Annapolis, I always see their sign advertising half price burgers on Wednesdays. I had never been there before, so decided to give it a try. Once I was seated, it took more than ten minutes for me to attract the attention of my waiter. He apologized that they didn't have assigned tables, but that didn't explain why that whenever I tried to wave down a waitress, they just smiled and waved back. I placed my order and requested my burger to be cooked medium. The food came out promptly, then my waiter disappeared. I took two bites and realized that the burger was cooked extra well done. So dry in fact, it was inedible! Add disappoint of not having any silverware or napkins made it a long wait with greasy fingers to get the waiters attention (at least another ten minutes of waving, no exaggeration). He brought me napkins and I requested a different burger, this time with mushrooms. I figured the sautéed mushrooms would add moisture to the burger. A manager came over to tell me they were out of mushrooms. I found that difficult to believe since it wasn't even 5:30 pm. and they were in the same shopping center as a Giant Food store. When I described my dissatisfaction to the manager he started laughing at me while apologizing as if I were telling him a joke. I told him I had enough!
