I'll start by saying that Buffalo Wild Wings had fantastic service. The waitress was very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is brightly lit but very plain. The dining area is littered with a ton of screens playing various sports. If you're a sports fan, they've got you covered. The weakest point of experience is definitely the wings themselves. The traditional wing sauce could be bested easily by a slew of off the shelf wing sauces, and their spicy Asian flavor was decent but unremarkable. The chicken was your run of the mill, big brand restaurant style. Over all, I've had better at Applebee's. Yes. Applebee's... What was remarkable was the cost, and definitely not in a good way. For half of our $60 ticket, I still wouldn't be coming back. The markup on this stuff must be tremendous. Overpriced and underwhelming. read more

I went there with my friends for my 21st birthday, let's just say it's was the worst dinner I've ever had. we sat there for the 30 mins without drinks,finally someone came by and told us that she wasn't our waitress but she gonna help us out since she being so nice.we found out she WAS OUR SERVER. She took our drinks order and took off before we could even order our apietizers. after ANOTHER 30 mins she finally came back and took our first order. finally after the FIRST hour we finally got some food. When we were ready for our main entrée, it took her another 20mins for her to get to us and then fought with us on our order. from there on we sat there for ANOTHER HOUR AND NEVER GOT OUR FOOD. we got up to leave when I ran into the host and told her we never got our food and I like to speak to the manager, I told the manager I was highly upset or how long we SAT there it was reaching two hours without any food nor refills on drinks. The manager gave us our food for free and to go, and said the next meal would be free too . I was happy with that since a new restaurant,BUT as soon as we got home to eat, the food was horrible! a $14 burger was the size of $1 McDonalds Burger. All of our wings were wrong, and there was no sauce except for ranch. We never order the ranch. The wings were so salty we could not even eat without drinking a gallon of water between each wing. Service: Went on a Wednesday after the dinner rush; party of 3, about a 5 minute wait to be seated. Once we were seated it took about 30 minutes for our server to take our order. The place was not busy, there were 4 other families in our section. I would give the service 2.5 stars Food: this is where the 1 star rating comes in to play. The food was horrible. I ordered one of their burgers and we shared some wings. The burger was dry and tasteless, the bacon was pathetic, and the toppings were a joke. Definitely not worth the $11. I've been to this place when it's not busy, so I can't address problems with slow service, etc. However, this is typically the kind of place you go to watch a game (i.e., it's not a place to go if you are in a hurry--it's more like a bar in that sense, and they probably do expect you do have a few drinks while you wait). AND if there's a big game on (Seahawks), I can imagine it will be crazy. I didn't expect to like this place, but it's actually very good for what it is. Wings are decent, if not exactly gourmet. Service has been very friendly and helpful the few times we've gone. It's a fun place with a group, including kids. First time me and a group of friends went to BWW. We had high hopes but they were obliterated within 30sec of being seated. Within the 1 hour of being in the restaurant, we had our initial server visit us easily over 15 times. Slightly excessive. In addition to the "Captain" who came back way too many as well for not even bringing food or of being of any use. They continually tried engaging us in awkward conversation leaving little time to actually eat the not so impressive cuisine. As well, they continually pressured us into buying different food after we had blatantly said no on numerous occasions. We finally decided to check out the new Buffalo Wild Wings in Bellingham, Wa located in the Bellis Fair Mall on the 3rd weekend of their opening for a friend's birthday. HORRIBLE!! From the wait time to us leaving after 3 hrs and not even getting our dessert. Their extremely overpriced boneless wings were disgusting, and when I say disgusting I mean I would rather have eaten McDonald's chicken nuggets! We tried 4 different sauces none of which were even good enough to mask the more than apparent straight from the freezer all batter no chicken hardness we were attempting to eat. They did a shout out for our friends birthday but then we sat and waited for his dessert to come for 40 minutes within those 40 minutes our waiter Brandon approached us 3 times saying he didn't know what was taking so long, on the 3rd time he actually was eating while he told us....what!? REALLY!?! At that point we just said you know just forget it and we left. I was in Bellingham recently and decided to stop at Buffalo Wild Wings because you can't go wrong with some Asian zing wings! My servers name was Jake. He was AMAZING and hands down the best server I've ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings anywhere. He was so friendly and fun the whole time we were there. He was on top of making sure my soda was refilled and making sure we had everything we needed even though I was getting my whole meal for free from cashing in my points which he knew previously to even taking our order. He didn't care, he was still giving us great service on top of having a bunch of other tables during the busy time we came in. He is a kick ass server and is definitely one that shouldn't be taken for granted, it's hard to find good service now a days! If you are going to Buffalo in Bellingham I suggest you sit in Jake's section, you will get great service and good food. Bruh, I love hot wings. Bdubs has some dope ass hot wings. I always get the blazin. Always. I think I may be genetically superior to the laymen, cause I don't get that fiery butt, post wings. I moww down on at least 30 of those dank ass flame throwin wingy snacks. At the same time as I inhaled those mahfackers, I also learned that whiskey and beer intensify the burning sensation that rapes your taste buds. So I just chug gin and tonic. After my euphoric daze has worn off and the staff drags me from the bar and throws me in the parking lot, I just wander around the mall til I'm hangry for more blazin wings. It's not the ideal place for me to bring a date because the blazin sauce makes my balls sweat like a whore in church. Not to mention the over stimulation from the 1000 tvs playing every sport ever. My boyfriend and I went here for dinner last night. I had never been to a BWW before. The atmosphere is definitely loud, energetic, and there was tv's everywhere, so if that kind of place stresses you out, this is not a restaurant for you. When we got there, there was a wait list of 25-30 minutes. There was plenty of room to sit and wait in the restaurant and we were given a little blinker that would go off when our table was ready. They seemed to be turning over tables quickly and we were seated within 20-25 minutes. I'm not a huge fan of loud sports bars, but I was really impressed with the service and the food. Our waitress was super sweet, kept checking in with us throughout our visit. Our appetizer (jalapeño poppers) came out within 10 minutes and were hot and delicious, with cheese and bacon inside, and weren't too spicy. I had a small order of wings, half in the Asian zing sauce and half Parmesan garlic. The Asian sauce was very good, like a sweet chili flavor but with a kick of spice. The wings were hot and came out about 10 minutes after the app. This restaurant hasn't even been open a week and the employees already seemed on their game, and all seemed happy. I totally recommend this place if you're in the mood for some good wings (they have tons of different sauces from mild to spicy) and don't mind (or enjoy) a very loud sensory-overload type atmosphere. read more

Earlier this month my son had his 16th birthday party at BWW . Called in early afternoon to let them know we needed table for 30. My party of 30 waited for 1 hour for our table. We sat outside in cold for most of the time then finally let us in to wait inside. The ordering got mixed up and didn't get refills on drinks. Because of all this mix up we wasn't offered nothing for the wait or for birthday party. They could have gave us complimentary sodas atleast if they not gonna get us refills. Went in early today for boneless wings and a drink. Wings were good as usual but the ceasar I ordered was weak. Just straight clamato juice. Not sure there was even vodka in it. Certainly wasn't any other ingredients of a true ceasar. There were only 3 other tables occupied in the whole bar and service was horribly slow. How can this be with 15 servers standing around. But if you are here put a smile on treat people nice. If you are having a bad day go home. My family and I went when they had their soft opening the Saturday before they actually opened. We had to wait for our table for only a few minutes which was nice. My husband and I have never been to a BWW before. It is very loud but that's what you get when you are in a sports bar. We loved it. TV's everywhere so no matter where you sit you are able to see. They provide tablets for your children! Very clean and nice. Most importantly the food is wonderful and it is great they have captains walking around to let you sample the sauces. I had been to Buffalo Wild Wings previous to this visit and I had an amazing experience. Our server was so lovely but had way too many table and seemed overwhelmed but managed to be super charismatic. There were girls working there that were standing around doing nothing, and other employees just leaving. The manager didn't seem to be doing much. The deep fried pickles were good but a little chilled, they really skimped on the sauce which sucked. I had the Buffalo chicken wings and there were bits that had no sauce which was annoying. When we were supposed to get refills on our drinks it took forever. I really liked our server but it would have been a better experience if he could have paid us more attention. Then we got our bill and he took 5 mins to come get it with the card and then 15 to come back with the card so we could sign. Had never eaten at a Buffalo Wild Wings before so my mom and I decided to try it for lunch, there was no wait time and as soon as we were seated the waitress was there to ask if we had ever visited a BWW before, since we hadn't, she explained how the menu worked. The two bartenders that we have been served by are just great people and always remember what we like to order. I didn't appreciate how the Manager (Bald guy with beard) tried to talk over me as i tried to get them to correct my billing, he was stubborn and was defensive & quick to defend his employees over an error they did. We visited it for the girst time last week I ordered 4 salt n vinegar,4 buffalo, and 4 Parmesan garlic cheese and on order of the beer battered onion rings. I was sadly disappointed. The salt n vinegar had no hint of vinegar flavor at all,the buffalo were bland,the Parmesan garlic cheese had a little more flavor but we're mostly more messy than flavorful,and the onion rings were soggy. BWW Has 65 cent bone in wings on Tuesdays and on Thursdays the boneless are 65 cents! happy hour is Monday - Friday 2pm-7 and then 10-2am where you can get $3 beers and appetizers and $4 premium liquor. The average meal is 8-10$ and if you can't swing that you shouldn't be eating out. There are 16 different sauces and 4 dry rubs that you may even sample before you order for your wings. They go above and beyond to perform a memorable game feel experience for you. If you plan to go there on a big game day or walk in on a busy night; consider the fact it's a well known sports bar and you may have to wait which they definitely forewarn you about since people camp out at tables to watch games, do you expect them to kick guests out for you to get a table?! I have been informed every employee is required to ask certain questions and engage in semi scripted conversations with guests, don't be such a snob towards someone doing their job. I've seen countless people badger these poor employees to get free meals or whatever they possibly can when it was completely out of line. Chain restaurant! Pre done, fake food. We came in to a bunch of young girls all standing at front greeting laughing and acting very ditsy it took three of them looking over each others shoulder at the seat map to decide what to do. I'm hoping that's not part of the job requirement and that management just quickly hired and will figure it out soon. It's super pack in here and there's a bunch of staff that wander around seeming confused and then there are some who are actually working. I hate being up sold at a restaurant with specials/ add ons that quickly add up on your bill without you realizing it due to them using quick tricky words to have you say yes. They do have games on the tvs but it's so loud and crammed it wasn't fun and we got sat at a tiny bistro table so not very comfortable with people and staff trying to go by and around a lot. The wings are small and not much meat on them and add up quick since they charge extra for sauce, celery and ect. I wouldn't go back again! read more
