Have always passed by this place and finally decided to give it a try. We were surprised by the incredibly fun and party like atmosphere with a huge selection of seating and incredible sports bar. Our waitress was very friendly helpful and nice to talk to and helped us figure out what to order and would definitely want her as our waitress if we went again. We got the traditional wings in size small of honey barbecue as well as an Asian Thai like wing I forget the name but it was something along those lines. We also decided to try deep fried pickles. The pickles were great, a little salty but a great choice to share with a table, between two people got a little to much of salt but splitting this 3 ways would be perfect. We liked our wings but found them a little big and prefer smaller wings but more of them instead of bigger wings but fewer. We decided that next time we would get the boneless wings instead. My wife and I love BWW, but the experience at this location made us not want to come back. The waitress was very unkind and wouldn't even smile. She failed to bring out all of the food we ordered until we asked for it again and the fries were stale; not to mention my wife's salad had cut up stickers all over her produce. When my wife notified the waitress, the waitress commented ,"..well what am I supposed to do about it? Can't you just pull out all of the produce and put it in your napkin?" We finally got it replaced after another 20 minutes and then she only smiled when issuing us our check. EDIT: after my initial review my wife and I were in contact with management and they did a wonderful job dealing with the situation! Excellent service from Nathan at the bar! I was happy to have a couple of great choices of local brewpub's. Wings didn't quite meet my expectations of a specialty restaurants, but I'm very picky about my wings. The celery that came with it was surprisingly crisp and fresh. I'm a wing fanatic. I'll own it. This place is supposed to be Wing Nirvana. Granted they have a huge selection of wings and they are all delicious but unfortunately the service was a bit sluggish and it was a tad noisy. That being said, I still recommend this place for their wingtastic wing menu. I'm not an asbestos stomached wing aficionado like my husband. I prefer a milder version and they offer more flavors for us tender mouths, I got a traditional wing sampler platter with 4 flavors, two hot for hubby and two not so hot for me. They came with our choice of dipping sauces. I have to say my favorite was the garlicky Teriyaki, hubby liked the Blazing Hot wings (I couldn't even get near them lol). Our other choices were Parmesan Garlic and Asian Zing, both excellent choices. We had a couple drinks to put out the fire. Strawberry lemonade for me and Long Island Iced Tea for hubby. The bar was a bit slow, so I shared my lemonade with my poor husband as his mouth was flaming. Ha! That'll teach him! I actually used to really enjoy eating here. I loved their $5 bloody marys during happy hour and the traditional wings are really delicious. I also love their selection of dry rubs and sauces. So why 1 star? The traditional wings and the boneless wings are, in my opinion, like trying to compare apples and oranges. The boneless wings are always cold and unbearably salty. Just not good. I wouldn't order these adult chicken nuggets in the first place but they insist on giving them to me every time I order traditional. I was first introduced to bww in Louisiana and I loved it. I was excited for month for this place to open and was very excited to get my wings for Sunday football. I called to make a large order of wings the girl on the phone said they have a small size which was 10 pieces and a medium order which was 15. I was shocked that they didn't have larger orders of wings, especially on game day, but I was excited to try the wings! So I made 4 orders of the medium 15 piece chicken wings each with a different flavor wing. They told me it would be a half an hour to pick it up. We showed up in 40 mins but the waitstaff didn't have the order packed up yet. No biggie so I decided to pay while I wait..... Holy cow!! $75 without the tip that's insanity! The place was packed so I took a menu to see if there had been a mistake. The 75 for 4 mediums nope not a mistake! They are just that expensive! However, the girl over the phone have me 2 options for wings small and medium. This was a mistake! There is a large size on the menu for just a couple dollars more! Awesome I can see a waitress making a mistake and forgetting a size... But after hearing how large my order was and not to saying "maybe you should order 3 large orders it would be cheaper" or "I forgot we have a large wing option as well" is baffling to me. I have spoken with a few people about this place and I know a few people that won't return at all due to the horrible customer service and hefty tabs. On Saturday a group of friends, and I went to buffalo wild wings for the UFC event We arrived about 5 pm so that we could get a good table. We asked to be seated in the bar area, Which is open seating. We couldn't find a table big enough to accommodate our group (7 people) So I asked if we could put 2 tables together. Our waiter kindly explained to us, that due to it being the busiest part of the night. The dinner rush, we could not... We were understanding about it. After all they were very busy, So I opted to put our name on the list to be seated in the restaurant rather than the bar. After a 45 minute wait our table was ready, just in time for the main fight card yay! After we were seated I asked our waitress if she could change the channel on the tv closest to us to the UFC fight. She said no problem, let me make sure it hasn't been requested by another customer, and if not I'd be happy to put the fight on for you. She promptly returned to inform us that she was unable to change our tv.... I questioned as to the reason they could not change the channel. The response she gave was "Unfortunately the tv's have all been set for the night" I was curious t know exactly what that meant. I asked you mean you can't change the channel because the person who chooses what is on each tv chose to have women's indoor volleyball? Not because this tv has been requested by another guest, or something like that? She answered simply by saying"I'm sorry" And I believe she was, Clearly not as sorry as us.... but it's not her fault that the supervisor is an idiot. Buffalo wild wings boasts to have 55 tv's in their restaurant . 55, yeah that's 55 different tv's but when asked to change the channel they are unable to accommodate you. WOW! Something as simple as changing the channel on a tv is too much to ask for paying customers. The logic baffles me! Needless to say I will probably not be going back any time soon. read more

My brother-in-law is American, and after spending the week with my family he needed a break from Chinese food, which is how we ended up at Buffalo Wild Wings. I've never been to one before but I imagine they're pretty much the same at every location. The amount of televisions is quite impressive. If I was a sports fan, I could see Buffalo Wild Wings being a great spot to catch a game. Some members of the party enjoyed the wings and others not so much. I think the Thai curry sauce was the biggest miss. I got the tablegating sampler because I wanted to try a bit of everything. It came with wings, pretzels and queso, pita chips w/ spinach artichoke dip, and roasted garlic mushrooms. The sampler sounded better than it tasted. The mushrooms were the best of the bunch. The pretzels seemed like they'd just been pulled out of the freezer and barely warmed up, and the pita chips were stale. The wings were okay but a bit flavorless. I probably should have stuck with my initial thought of honey BBQ instead of going with parmesan garlic. The sampler was a very generous portion so if it was prepared well then I'd recommend it as great for sharing with a group. From my perspective, Buffalo Wild Wings gets 2 stars for the food, but 3 stars overall for service and atmosphere. read more

Came here with my girlfriend who likes their appetizers selection. We came on Sunday gameday so people were staking out big tables and getting in position for their game of choice which was fun to see because of all the non-seahawks fans. I was impressed at how big a space they have: very tall ceilings and enormous TV screens along with a lot of regular size TV screens and the place isn't as loud as I thought it would be. I didn't dig the food at all, but the atmosphere was fun and I'll gladly return for an appetizer and cerveza if someone else wants to meet there---otherwise I'll probably stick to locally-owned ,non-franchised local pubs and bars when I want to watch a big game. read more

This was an awful experience here!! My boyfriend has a dairy allergy and ordered the bbq chicken sandwich NO CHEESE!! 1/3 of the way through his burger I realize THERE IS CHEESE ON IT!! I ask her for a new burger and if the meal can be comped, a small price to pay for the fact that my boyfriend will be suffering the consequences of THEIR mistake over the next couple days. I wouldnt say you wont get good food here because sometimes we do, but we dont consider this a place to go for good food. We go here because were guaranteed every game will be played during game time. And we see the most fellow packer fans here too. I do sneak over here for a beer at the bar when I'm doing things in the area on a day off but if im hungry i go elsewhere. I loved the Bdubs in Marysville so I was sad that I wouldn't be able to go there on a regular basis anymore because I'm living in Bellingham now. Thankfully my worries were put to rest because this Bdubs is just as good if not better. Service was perfect, food was amazing as usual and its a blast in there. There were completely slammed when I was there and didn't have any issues. Turns out two of the managers from the Marysville location (Heather and Chris, both awesome) transferred to this location so it makes sense its being ran so well. Love this place, check it out. Buffalo wings are just breading which I don't prefer but they are ok for half priced Thursday. The reason I got on here was because our waited was AWESOME! Asian Zing was decent, parmesan garlic was too salty, so was the wrap that I ordered, so salty I could not eat it. For $11, the wrap was puny, pathetically so. Happy hour is typical fried bar food. The drinks are weak, everything is measured, so it takes extra long to get anything no matter how small your request. Surprisingly, the little bitty container of marinara tat came with mozzarella sticks was really good and hot. The service was great, tho the captain could stop by less. Some good servers, tho some could learn to bus a little better, no need for empties or trash to linger on table esp with the amount of personnel they have roaming around. Their wings are consistently good quality and their Tuesday/Thursday wing specials make them and affordable meal. I really appreciate the wide variety of flavors that you can get the wings in. I have eaten at the store 5 times since it opened and the quality of the service has improved notably since it first opened. The manager was able to fix our receipt due to some miscommunication and my unawareness that a small size in the boneless (13 pieces) is not the same as a small in the traditional. (10 pieces) I think next time they should really specify on their menu what each size quantity is or have the waiter actually make sure the customer is aware of what amount they're ordering. I am a regular at Buff Wild Wings. I have had impeccable service with exception of one server. That being said, I have never been during a game. Fun atmosphere, love the trivia! Just finished eating there with my husband. We ordered a basket of wings, potato wedges, and a side salad. The food took over 45 minutes to arrive, and it was cold. Our server (Brandon) never stopped at our table to check in on us or ask us how the food was. Half the wings had no sauce coated on them. We had to ask for a side of sauce (which they charged us for). When we asked for a small to go box and a lid for the ranch dressing, our server forgot until the second time he passed by our table when we heard him ask someone else to get us a box (we had to ask the other person for the lids because that part was not related by our server)... The bill for cold, under-sauced, underwhelming food and one beer each was over $50! Wtf?! Overall a complete disappointment from both a food and service standpoint. Stay away. read more
