No water, no napkins until you were done. First wing done. Tears started streaming down my face. Onto the second one and my tounge starts sticking out. 3 minutes in and I only ate 2 wings. Deep breath. I bite into the 3rd wing and call it quits. Yes, i'm a quitter. Even if I was able to withstand the fiery heat of the sauce that was smothered in chili oil, I was eating way to slow to finish 12 wings in 6 minutes. My friend who did it with me finished it in 4 min and 20 seconds. He made it look soooooo easy! Other than the challenge, I did try other flavors. Mango habanero is delish. We even bought some of the sauces for the house. The wings here are pretty small but not bad. The service is pretty shit at this location. They take forever doing everything and sometimes completely ignore your request. The restaurant is huge and there is never a wait. I like that there are plenty of TVs and its nice for groups. Management contacted me to apologize for my poor experience. Took some time but eventually a general manager invited us back to have a redo on them. Came in and let Chris (the manager on duty) know about the arrangement and he took care of us. Food came promptly and service was good. Chris checked up on us several times to see if everyone in the party was okay. Sounds like they changed around the management and it's off to a good start. If service continues to be like our last visit, we will continue to come back. Only issue now is that the parking in the rear is unavailable for a year as they build a parking structure for the area but that is out of their control. read more

I love the fact that they opened up a brea location! i used to go to the buena park location, but it can be a bit of a drive for chicken wings. I usually like to come in on Tuesdays for the $0.50 regular wings, Wednesdays for Boneless or Regular wings or $0.60 or thursday for the $0.50 boneless wings awesome deals! I always have to get atleast 10 wings because they're sooo good! My favorite sauces are: 1) Spicy Honey BBQ (Sweetness with the kick!) 2) Parmesan Garlic (Not spicy at all, but cheesy w/ garlic taste) 3) Mango Habernero ( Turn up the heat on this bad boy!) They do offer valet but I would park across the street in the structure of not parking available in the back. Had a party of 10 and they wanted to seat us upstairs. We didn't want to sit outside so they accommodated us downstairs, indoor. Our server was super cool. Got us our drink and food orders perfectly. Do i need to really write about the food? My 20 pcs combo typically goes: 5 - Mango Habanero: watch out, this is tough. 5 - Asian Zest: it's like teriyaki chicken, mucho sweet. 10 - Honey BBQ or something. They are just sooooooooooo good (^^) I would highly recommend that newbies do not get anything spicier than the mango habas & lemon pepper. The lemon and peppers enhance anything spicy so it gives an extra kick. Just an FYI... It took me a couple years to figure that out. This BWW has a crap ton of tv. too many too count. The upstairs patio is awesome too. I love that section the most. It's smoker friendly. Price: It's $$$$$$$$$$$$$ 20 pcs of wings is $20. Our waitress seemed too good for us or just upset with herself. Better yet, it seemed that the waitress had better things to do than to be at work. When we came in the place was almost empty and the initial server that seated us was ver friendly and attentive, but when our regular server came back from his break we only saw him once after our food arrived. The food was overcooked and wasn't fully seasoned. We asked for a few things and it took forever to get them. We never got refills and we only ordered waters. We ordered a lot of food: one of each appetizer and five of us each got a separate order of wings; so it's not like he wasn't going to get a decent tip. I've been coming here for six years. The brea one. I went there may 26 Friday. The place was very dirty floors,and the place where u wait to be seated. There was hardly anyone there. We sat in the bar area. The bartender just ignored us. She helped the men in bar. I was going to leave. I went up front and talked to a girl. She told bartender she came and waited on us. I've been to this location on three occasions now and each one was less desirable than the previous. Let's just say "3 strikes, you're out!" Obviously the first bad experience, which was super slow service and practically being ignored, wasn't enough for me. I needed more abuse and went back for proverbial seconds, one where I was served a heaping helping of cold food and indifferent service. Nooo, I just HAD to go back for a little more abuse. This time it was in the form of EXTREMELY loud music for ten solid minutes. I am not exaggerating. The waiter who took our order was super friendly and mostly attentive. But just before we ordered, in the middle of our conversation, the music randomly increased in volume. As I glanced around the dining room it was obvious other guests were irritated as well. Not only was our conversation halted by it, but our waiter arrived to take our order and we had to shout at him while he leaned over to take the order. We asked him to have the music turned down. It was finally turned down a little bit after about ten minutes. But it was still too loud for conversation. I don't think I've ever eaten dinner in a dance club before. At least I can check that off my to-do list! We tolerated the loudness for the duration of our dining, but we were very anxious to eat and leave. Our food took 40 minutes and arrived lukewarm. Holy smokes!!! All around horrible. My husband And I arrived around1pm to watch the Bronco game. Waited to be seated for about 20 minutes. However, they stuck us in a room where the BRONCO GAME WASN'T PLAYING I then asked the hostess if he could relocated us to an area where we could watch the game. He then responded with, " I have other customers I need to take care of..... Whoa! Ok. I'm only here to watch the game. And after asking for it to be plain, it came fully loaded (sigh) After asking 2 servers for our blue cheese, and buffalo sauce, we finally received it 10 minutes and 23 seconds late ( yes, I timed it) by that time our food was cold, but we were so hungry and didn't want to miss the game we ate some of it. But I'll always return, because there aren't many places that make buffalo wings as good as they do, and we should just admit that already. Food: I always go with traditional wings and request all flats. Mango habanero is the best! This is what keeps me coming back. The fried pickles and chili con queso are pretty addictive, too. This is my first time back since they remodeled the top floor and it's not much different they took out the big comfy seats in the back area for bigger groups and have a lot more 4 door seating sections. We choose to sit upstairs to check out the new spot and there was probably 3 other party's here and the service is STILL SLOW. This hasn't change and they really need to improve. We ordered our food about 25 minutes ago and still haven't gotten anything, but fries with only 3 other party's here including my group. Service 2/5 Food sometimes can be a hit or miss, but today is on point the chicken is super tender and juicy with the perfect amount of sauce. I order the Asain zing which is my go to flavor it's my absolute favorite and Bourbon Honey mustard it's a newer flavor and it was really tasty more on the mild savory mustardy flavor. Definitely would recommend trying. Overall, if you come Tuesday-Thursday you'll have a pretty nice cheap lunch/dinner. These days they have specials for $.75 wings traditional on Tuesday, boneless on Thursday and on Wednesday you can get either boneless or traditional, so those are the days intent to come usually Tuesday or Wednesday. And it's awesome to walk in downstairs, head straight to the guarded elevator and flash my ID cuz it's only 21 and over upstairs!! Oh yaaaa, no whiny kids and babies allowed! Upstairs is cool, open, covered patio with a bar, music pumpin, flames flaring and drinks all around! They have a cool center fireplace area too, definitely the place to be at night in Brea! We tried to see what we would have for dinner tonight, and after checked around the other restaurants in Brea downtown. We finally decided to have dinner at this buffalo wings place. This place was too noisy when we walked in, just the noises were from the Televisions that they have around the inside of the restaurant. We started with a new signature sampler that they have: chicken, fries, onion rings and ultimate nacho. We also ordered one of the medium boneless chicken with it. The server was so nice to give us all kind of the sauces from thousands island, habanero, barbecue and other hot sauces. We should have gone for the original chicken wings better than boneless one because it tasted like chicken nuggets. It was a little too dry. Regarding the sauces, one would stand out the most ( my taste ) was Asian Zing one.
