Due to my gall bladder problem I can't eat spicy. I told them to please change it so what they did they just added BBQ sauce on top of the hot ones. Totally not acceptable. Horrible service, waited 30mins for my waiter to acknowledge my party of 2, when I finally got waited, he came to give us water and apologize and said he would comeback to take our order. 10 or so minutes later he comes back to take our order. This place is disgusting. I ordered a cup of water and I noticed there was debris in my water, I asked the waiter to replace the water and I check the water again just in case and still had debris. I'm only writing this review because of the complete lack of management. I come here often. I love the wings so I overlook the generally subpar service. To be fair, I've had good servers and bartenders, they're just utterly overworked all of the time. I have literally never seen a manager lift a hand to help. They stand around doing nothing and it shows. Bathrooms are dirty, tables go unbussed, drinks don't get run. It is an obvious lack of leadership in every regard. My wife and I are both restaurant professionals, both having managed at various levels. The management at this location is a joke. If corporate actually thinks this is how a restaurant is run, it's amazing they have more than one store. read more

Three friends and I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night. I wasn't necessarily expecting anything spectacular but did hope for good wings and fun with friends. This review is particularly for the waitress we got whose name is Karli. Right from the start, Karli was warm hearted and friendly and had zero attitude that you often come across with many servers in Los Angeles. We were not big spenders, but she still treated us very nicely and continued to give us really good service. Also, Karli did a great job of giving us refills considering my friend and I drink a lot of iced tea. I was genuinely impressed the entire night with her excellent service and friendliness. I've been traveling to Burbank for their location there since I dislike going to the Hollywood BWW. Pasadena is alright, parking just always seems to be an issue. But anywho, the staff at the BWW in Burbank, for the most part, is amazing. My most recent experience, was rather negative. Our server Justin must've been having a rough day. We ordered drinks and didn't receive them until 15 minutes after. You couldn't blame the bartender because our beers were sitting on the counter. I kind of felt the need to stand up and grab them on my own. Time passed and our food came. We asked for Blue Cheese on the side for our wings (sounds gross but is extremely mouth watering) and again.. Time and time passed. Again.. We waited long for him to come back to check up on us. My beer had been done for a while and my mouth was on fire. (Mango habanero and Asian Zing will forever be my lovers) When he did come, we ordered our drinks.. Same thing. 'Otra ves' (once again, I'm practicing Spanish) our beers took forever to get to our table. Sadly enough, I didn't enjoy it warm so wasn't able to finish it. On the bright side.. I was visiting this area and after our movie we went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Everyone seemed really nice. The service was fast. Our waitress was Brienne. (Check number 100107 on 6/22/19). She brought our food out quick; was great with refills even though she looked really busy. Like I didn't see her stop moving. The food was good. I think other times I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings (like the one in Torrance and Long Beach, those ones are run down. I've been to the Northridge location several times and have had great service & great food with no issues. The Burbank location is a joke! Headed out to the Burbank location last night for food and sat at bar ( only seating available) only to be kicked out by bartender bc one our friends who is here as a tourist didn't have a USA ID and as he put it they didn't accept "Mexican ID's" how absolutely embarrassing and humiliating! He had his Mexican passport with him (he is over 21) but bartender didn't ask for it and instead very loudly and publicly yelled to get up and leave. I had a hard time deciding between 2 or 3 stars.. being a Burbank local I have been coming here since they first opened. I feel like the quality and effort they put has definitely gone down. It is still a really fun place to go to watch a game and get some drinks but I no longer go there for the wings specifically. I have not had a horrible experience up until recently which made me want to write a review. This past weekend my husband went and picked up traditional wings and brought them home. As we were eating he said "be careful some wings still have little feathers on them" I thought he was kidding till i opened mine and noticed almost all my wings had not been properly cleaned and there was little feathers still in tact. Always eat here. Usually decent service, tonight was crowded so services sucked. Rating is actually for a different reason. It's about 10PM on a Tuesday and beside my table is a parent with a child maybe about 5-6 years old? I can't tell anyone how to raise your kid but what are you doing? As for the restaurant, last I check once you put your head down you get kicked out at a bar. The child wasn't drinking but the servers can really ignore a kid sleeping on 2 elevated chairs? Keep in mind she was being served alcohol as well. So of course I'm assuming she's driving this little boy home. The worst part is, by this time the non bar area has plenty of room.
