For a chain restaurant, Buffalo Wild wings are pretty decent. The food isn't anything extra special, but it's okay. The prices are kind of expensive for chicken wings, but if you go on Thursdays, it's BOGO boneless wings, which is a pretty good deal. The service is always mediocre at best, but they have a decent selection of beers on tap. They also have an outdoor area which is nice in the summer. They also have tons of TV's, which makes it a great place to watch sporting events. read more

I have been coming to BWW for a number of years now. At first, they were a solid restaurant with reasonable priced wings. Over time, their price point for wings have gone through the roof. Yes, I do understand that the price for fresh wings have also risen. Paying more then a $1 for half of a chicken wing( wing separated from wing ding ) is just hash. If they still offer their Tuesday specials, this is the only way it is reasonable. Besides getting wings to go, if you dine in, the staff is more then friendly and service quick. read more

Should have remembered not to order from here. First, poor customer service. The two girls at the cash registers were busy but did anyone ask me if I needed help???? NOPE!!! A girl came and gave a order to a guy from the back and walked away.... didn't ask if anyone else needed to pickup. I have been to many buffalo wild wings across the nation and this location by far is the least organized and poorly run location. You have wait to be seated at tye bar and we came on a Saturday night and noticed roughly 8 tables that were unoccupied and uncleaned. It took over 35 minutes for the staff to clean a table for us and nobody was on the wairing list in front of us. Our sever came about 25 minutes later and then we saw her 1 hour later.... I will never return to this location again. The "game changer" beer is phenomenal and unfortunately we were so disappointed in the staff and management that we went across the street to enjoy a drink and some food at Tilted Kilt. After reading prior reviews I have noticed a trend in the long wait times and poorly run management of this particular location. I would not recommend this location to anyone! read more

Also ordered the chip trio and they give a handful of chips for three containers of dipping stuff (salsa, queso, and guac) not too mention the containers weren't even full. Such a rip off. As several of the previous reviewers had said, It's poor management. I placed an order online that was supposed to be available at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. I showed up at 3pm and waited for a solid 20 minutes just to get to the counter, much less picking up my food. It amazes me how there were several servers who had walked past me, and several more had just come out of the kitchen, and no one knows how to work the register so people can actually pick up their food, especially when I've already prepaid since I ordered online??? Mind = blown. When I did finally get up to the counter, I said to the team member handling the takeout counter, I'm surprised they (management) didn't put someone else up front to help you out. I can tell I had hit a nerve because her face turned sour and just stopped talking completely. She had regained composure when she handed me the receipt to sign and to show me the order was correct. Other than that, our conversation didn't get to go beyond why does your management suck? Even though the food is sitting in the warming oven, it still doesn't compare to food that can be picked up on time. I can understand carryover heat between the time I pick up my order and the time I get home because they can't control that, but the fact I had ordered a burger and it was sitting in a warming oven for an additional 20 minutes (before the time it takes to get home) meant that even though I ordered my burger medium rare, it basically became well done. I will never know whether they followed through with my request or not, all because of incompetent management. I think this manager needs to run the whole take out counter all by himself for a weekend just to see how much it sucks for the person that was holding down the fort by herself today. After requesting to order take out, the woman on the other end politely informed me that the wait time would be 2.5-3 hours. She kindly apologized and I made the decision to go the next day. When I arrived, the parking lot was packed and I was a little nervous that the place would be packed and it was. The hostess was slow to seat me but sat me in a booth as I requested. I go to this BWW almost every Friday. The service is solid. Aaron, Rachael, and Janelle (not sure on the spellings there...) are great bartenders. The kitchen is frustratingly inconsistent. I know that BWW moved to doing wings by weight, but it's obvious that the kitchen here isn't weighing their wings. They just give you 10 wings for a small order...regardless of size/weight. Sometimes they're pretty large wings. Sometimes (like last night) they're dinky. BWW is overpriced as it is, so it's quite annoying when you fall on the short end of the deal. I don't mind ordering more if I know that I need more, but sometimes I'm stuffed after 10 wings and sometimes I feel like I need at least another 5 wings dependent on the size. I've had my order take upwards of 40 minutes on a Friday. Usually I don't mind because I'm rarely in a rush. The worst is when you know that your wings have been dying in the window because after 40 minutes, they come out cold. It's happened more than once. They're quick to comp the order, so I appreciate that, but it just gets frustrating. Am I going to stop coming? No. They've got me over a barrel in that aspect. It's been 4 years since my last review and BWW as a whole has lost a bit of luster in my eyes, so I felt like I had to drop the rating accordingly. read more

My fiancé ordered 10 boneless mild and fries. He only received 5. I called to complain and speak to a manager. The manager came on the phone after 15 minutes of waiting to speak to someone and took down my information and said he'd be sending a "gift card" out. We never heard back or got anything and never even got an offer for us to have our food remade and come back to get it. At 45 minutes she told us the kitchen lost our food, but she found it; the food was cold so they were remaking it. OK, it's a chain and I feel guilty for even reviewing it. That being said... I went in with a friend and got an order of a dozen boneless in classic buffalo with fries. She ordered the mango habanero boneless which was a bit sweet for my taste personally (they were pretty warm though!). The "wings" came and they were good, if not a bit too on the vinegar tasting side. I ate about half and saved the rest for leftovers later. The fries were pretty basic, nothing noteworthy. Service was OK, but not outstanding. There was a State game wrapping up and it was extremely loud, but that's understandable. Major turn offs for me were the fact that you had to pay for blue cheese or ranch dressing, and even for celery! Are you kidding me??? The cost of the wings & drinks don't cover that? Two days later I went to another chain nearby "in the neighborhood" if you get my drift, and I got an order of boneless wings and a side of fries for substantially less, and guess what? FREE dressing & celery. Imagine that! From now on, I'll take advantage of the wings elsewhere I do believe. read more

I have been a huge fan of Buffalo Wild Wings for years. Since there are no locations nearby, I actively seek them out when on the road. (On this particular adventure I was making a secret-squirrel trip down Ford Road through Canton trying to escape the Michigan-Ohio State crowd. And then I saw the sign...) Sadly, my love for their food is a double-edged sword. (Triple-edged if you look at my gut.) Almost every BW3 dining experience suffers from some major flaw. The wings will be overcooked. Or undersauced. Mozzarella sticks will still be hard in the middle, or just downright empty tubes because all the cheese melted out. Not at this location! Absolutely every aspect of the meal, from being greeted at the door through service and quality of the food was on point. Our server was Hillary and she had obviously mastered the art of being both welcoming and businesslike in the packed environment of 630 PM on a football Saturday. She provided attentive service, faster than fast delivery, and a smile throughout. If I was the CEO of Buffalo Wild Wings I would put Hillary on the corporate training staff at a high 5 figure salary pronto. The food was impeccable. Perfect apps, perfect wings. That's all I ask for. Do what you advertise and do it right. THIS Buffalo Wild Wings does it RIGHT. I left Hillary with a 50% tip. Her and the entire staff that evening earned it. read more

Ok...so my daughter and her boyfriend told me /us that they just get some of the boneless BBQ wings "to go" with some Ranch dressing to dip and they take it back to her apartment and enjoy it as a small meal/snack while watching the tube. I had tried the one in Novi, MI a few years ago and wasn't impressed, but they have been around a lot longer now and I figured it was time to give them another chance. Besides, they have the boneless wings now and not just those kid with nothing on the bone except a tiny bite or two. We walked in and went to the "take out" counter to order. The place was pretty empty and there were two, if not more, young people at "take out" just standing around and talking with each other. They totally ignored us for ...oh.....ummm.....let's say about 10-15 minutes total!! Yes, it's true, can you believe that ? We tried to get their attention but they were too busy talking about what they were "gonna do" over the weekend. We almost left, but we really were in the mood to try this place and we wanted some of the boneless wings. So....finally someone decided to take our order and it was something around almost $4.00 for what they call a "large fries"!!!??? I questioned the young man before we left, to make sure that's what we got and he took a double look and told me that it was in fact the large "to go" fries! So....we took everything and went home. I just have to say that I was not impressed with the staff, the atmosphere or the food. I would say, the food least of all. It was something you might taste if you got some wings out of your freezer section from the grocery store! They were not very warm or not hot at all, as far as temperature goes. We had to even stick them in our microwave for a few seconds, before we could eat them. This place will not get our money or attention again. Sorry, I know or knew not to expect too much. I knew it was just a "to go" wings sort of place but please...they could do better, much better! Hot food would be a nice place to start. I've been to this location a few times over the two years I've lived in the area and every time it's a disappointment. So finally I can write a good review since I just went this evening. It took 25 minutes to get seated after we were told 15. We looked at the menu while we waited and ordered immediately. My initial impression? The menu and table were covered in a sticky layer - thank God for the provided wet naps. It still took 35 minutes to get our food.. They aren't that busy making food in the kitchen to where it should take that long - most of the food is fried which equals little prep time. There was empty tables around and we still got the "we're very busy" line. By the time the food did come I thought it would be piping hot and delicious. Nope.
