The food is as expected every time. Good atmosphere for a sports fan or drinks with your buddies. I like the chipotle dry rub traditional wings the best. They have just the right amount of spice. The potato wedges and buffalo chips are also good. Sometimes, they offer a Pizza Roll appetizer which is a must order. The beer selection is about what you would expect from a chain restaurant. Was so happy when B Dubs opened in Canton within 2 miles of my home. Love the boneless wings. Unfortunately this location is total crap! The last 3 visits my party was served COLD food. Not hot, not warm but COLD. Management here the last few years must really be bad as probably 8-9 out of last 10 visits have been bad for one or more reasons. I can see why ratings here are so low. Been here several times, the only special thing about this place is that they have a new outdoor patio with bar...actually the bar is no functioning now but will be soon. Other than that it's a typical buffalo wild wings the place was clean the new outdoor bar area was nice. It's a little dark in this place. I had a burger, their burgers are lack luster but it's a wing place. I did notice that the beer taps list was not as extensive as the Buffalo Wild wings in Westland or Dearborn. If I'm in the area I may go back but I'll get wings to go. The service was good especally with me being one of 2 customers on the patio with a non functioning bar. Then we got the buffalito with a side of wedges, a screaming nacho burger with black bean patty and then some boneless chicken wings. Sauces were Asian zing, spicy garlic and mango habanero. The chicken was good today! All the flavors were pretty good! The staff was a bit slow today.. everything was good but nothing was amazing. They have a lot of tvs with different sports playing.. place is set up with booths and tables.. you can do carry out as well. After waiting for 30 minutes, after being told 15, and having people who came in after us seated first, and this is after being told they were just cleaning the table for us (that they gave to someone after us). TBH i don't really care too much about the food here. It's all pretty much the same wherever you go: over sauced under cooked wings and all fried everything. So let's just skip that. Compared to other locations this place does pretty good for themselves. No real problem with service dining in it carry out a but they can get overwhelmed a majority of the time because this place stays crowded. They have a good amount of space to watch some bad Detroit sports teams (Venting) but they pack that ranked in tight here so be prepared to share some leg space and elbow trim 8. I've noticed recently they are renovating to accommodate more space and an outdoor area so that's good they're looking not to remain stagnant. I came here on Sunday to help support a friend that passed, Egypt. I am a Bdubs fan and I visit as often as I can. I had a very frustrating experience here tonight. I came with a friend around 8:40. The kid up front, Dimitre, looked incredibly confused and took a minute or two to seat us(he was on the phone as well, so that didn't help). He just had this vacant stare like he had no clue what he was doing. There was an abundance of seating, we wanted to sit on the Patio but was told it was being cleaned - okay, I get it, the raffle was happening out there so even close to 2 hours after it ended, it's still dirty. No problem. We were sat in the Bar area with Tabatha as our waitress. Greeted us, took our order moments later, got us our drinks. The restaurant was pretty empty so it was apparent we missed the rush. Then we sat. And sat. And sat some more. All in all, from the time our order was taken to the time we received our food, it was about 40 minutes. Wow. For 2-12pc boneless and a basket of onion rings? Okay, whatever, we're hungry. Everyone has an off-night. At least it's fresh, right? No. It wasn't. Mine was not right out of the fryer, which is fine, but my friends had absolutely NO heat. Not hot at all. We were pretty animated with our disgruntled attitudes, and our waitress came to check on us. We told her the issue, we were not interested in waiting again, no matter the time, for fresh ones because we were not confident they would be fast or fresh and frankly we did not have time. It was a Sunday night we just wanted to eat, go home, and get ready for our respective week - we both work early Monday morning. We should have been leaving by the time we got our food. Tabatha told us at least she'll take it off the bill, which I appreciated - she didn't have to do that, I wanted the full amount to go to the fundraiser - thats why I came or I would have just gone to the one in Westland which is closer to me. Well, apparently her manager Jeff thought she didn't need to do that either, approached our table and reiterated the offer to remake the wings. "If you eat those we're going to charge you for them so you should probably let me go ahead and make you fresh ones. It'll be 2 minutes". My head nearly exploded. Do not ever tell me I am paying for something I am NOT satisfied with. I did not wait 40 minutes for cold food. They weren't busy, it was absolute nonsense. After reading the reviews on here I had NO confidence the 2nd time around was going to be any faster than the first. He's lucky it didn't take any longer than 2 minutes or he would have been eating his words and wearing those wings! DO not get me wrong, I am appreciative he came to our table and attempted to fix the problem, my issue was the approach. He grabbed these fresher wings from the holding area, whatever that is, so I also wonder if he sacrificed someone else's order to satisfy ours. I highly doubt his methods of management and I wouldn't be surprised if he was on a bottom performers list somewhere, because he not professional, shared way too much information about the product he was serving us, and did not respond well to my frustration when I told him if I didn't want to wait I was not going to pay for them. Tabatha in the end, took them off our bill telling us "He can yell at me if he wants, this is the right thing to do". I hope she slapped some sense into Jeff because she was right. I didn't come here to get free wings, I wanted to full 20% of what I spent to go to Egypt's fundraiser. I came to support her. Minutes go by and she bring my fries and their over cooked. Irritated enough as I was with the first batch I just ate the wrap and told her about this batch but declined a new order. I go to this BWW every now and then and this experience has me on the fence on not returning. It's actually farther than the one that's near me in Westland. I like my food cooked to perfection. Not over cooked, not undercooked and not served cold. 4 stars for the friendly service, and cleanliness of the restaurant including the restroom. I came here for dinner with my family yesterday, and we called before to see if there was a wait,and the girl on the phone said there was no wait, we literally got there like five minutes later and we asked for a table and the girl then said it was a 45 minute wait...We told her it was fine, and if she could text us when the table was ready, and she did, but when we went up once again, they gave our table away, and we were placed in a booth. Once we were seated things seemed fine until we ordered our food, and asked for silverware. We asked our waiter for silverware atleast three times, until I finally asked another waitress that was walking by for more silverware, and she got it for us. Then we ordered our food, and confirmed the order with a few times, and then 45 minutes we got our wings, but they were wrong. The waitress came by 30 minutes later and gave us a half-ass apology. Then thirty minutes later we got the right wings, and we talked to the manager and told him about our experience, and he did take 50% off of our bill which was nice. So by the time we actually walked to the bar to find out what they had it still took 30 minutes. Then we asked for lemons 4 times for water before we got them. We ordered a burger without bacon aioli and stress my wife can't have bacon so please no make sure it's on the side (for me lol), and it comes on the burger and on the side, plus we asked for the burger to be cut in half but no it's not. Then she drops the replacement burger off 45 minutes later and before I can even ask for a second plate she is walking away. Then here I sit beer empty no waitress to be found.
