I don't go out of my way to write reviews but I felt I had to out of fairness to future customers. I ordered a burger, with a Caesar salad paid extra for avocado on my burger and paid $16 (expensive, but that's not why I'm disappointed). I got a lukewarm burger with no avocado, and my "salad" was lettuce, croutons, and there was no dressing to be found so I can't even write that off as an attempt at a salad. It takes like 3 hours to eat here because the service is painfully slow, even when the restaurant is almost empty.

Worst service ever. Food took over 90 mins. Beer was lukewarm. Wait staff repeatedly ignored requests for napkins and silverware. I dined N with two of my buddies on a somewhat busy weekend night. We were fine with waiting and appreciated the woman who cleaned a booth since we requested to sit at one. It started to die down as the game on the television ended and didn't mind waiting a little longer since the waitress looked a little flustered. I ordered a small sized wing that is served with an order of fries and a small portion of slaw with water to drink and for dessert I had a slice of cake. My companions also ordered a meal of wings and fries along with their dessert. One of my acquaintances complain his wings were cold. We enjoyed our meal and after receiving our bill, our mood changed because instead of having a $17-$18 meal, We were charged almost $5 more under the circumstance that the fries did not come with the wings we ordered and were charged for our fries separately. I was even charged for a water with a lemon slice. I asked the waitress nicely if she was sure and she said she was. I suggested she look in a menu and could she please get the right amount. She asked if I could afford it and if I could not she would take them off. I was not impressed with this because if it happened to be that price, I would have paid and tipped. I wasn't trying to make a scene in the barely busy late night open area. I went ahead and paid and called the manager on the way home. This person was also sure that the fries were not included with the small wing deal which I believe is 12 or so wings. I realized the waitress had got away with the extra price of my meal or the register was over that night. I called to make sure no one else has that done to them. It is ok. It is not up to BWW typical standard. Sad, because I love the franchise, but much like the other reviews I usually leave disappointed. No matter what time you go, you are going to have to wait. Forever. The bar area is usually a little better, but not much. The food is ok. Usually not hot, and takes too much time to get to you. I usually like Wild Wings, but this place is just plain awful. They take about ten minutes to take drink orders after you're seated. Then, they take another fifteen minutes to deliver them. THEN, it's another five to ten minutes to get the order. The food is good. After you ask for the check, it's THIRTY minutes to actually get the check. Worst Wild Wings ever. read more

I've had two experiences here. First was on a Wednesday early evening and the food and service was timely and great! Second time the food was equally great, but this time it was the first night of college football and the service was great until it took 15-20 min for the checks along with multiple mistakes. This was by far the worst service I have had in a long time. We arrived with a party of 8 and sat on the patio. There was one waitress serving everyone outside. Instead of putting orders in individually she took EVERYONE'S ( 30+ people) drink order and went to get them all. Then she insisted on getting EVERYBODY'S food order and put it all in together. After sitting outside for over an hour with no food, and no refills on drinks, a gentleman in our party went inside to complain about the wait to the manager and returned to the table. About 5 minutes later our waitress came back with some of our food and with an attitude said, "are you complaining because you are hungry or because the service is bad?". After ALL our food arrived and we didn't have to worry about her spitting in it, the same gentleman went back inside to grab the manager again to complain about the waitress's attitude and not appreciating the confrontation, he agree to give him a 10% discount on his check.... not the rest of us at the table though!!!! By this time the waitress is mad and comes charging out the patio door and hit my 2 year old granddaughter in the face with the door causing her eye and cheek to swell up and get red! During all this commotion, there are only two families eating inside the restaurant and 4 waiters just standing inside watching it all happen with the manager. Unless you want to pay money for a long wait, a waitress with horrible table-side manners, and have 3 hours for lunch, I would walk next door to Sweet Peppers and enjoy your meal! read more

This was my second time at a BWW but the first time at this location. The service was HORRIBLE! I am so disappointed. We waited almost 20 minutes after being seated to get our drink orders! This is a Tuesday night...enough people but not pack by far. Then a manager comes to take our drink order because our server is supposedly busy. She had plenty of time to chit chat with the other tables but it took and additional 20 minutes for her to come take our order! Ridiculous!!! Several tables that came after us left before us! Went on Easter (April 1, 2018) and it was not to busy. Sat outside and after 15 minutes I had to go inside and ask a waitress to take our drink and food order (There was one Waiter working the patio, who clearly saw us and he never came over). After another 15 minutes we still didn't have our drinks (a beer and ice tea) so I flagged down another waitress who was outside. I explained we ordered our drinks 15 minutes ago after waiting for 15 minutes to get service. She asked what we had and that she would check on them. Irritated at the lack of hospitality, not having even our drinks after 30 minutes and to have to twice approach the staff to get service, we decided to just leave. I went back inside and politely asked to cancel our food order and the male server who had been out on the patio the whole time confessed to another server that we were his table. I usually do not have a bad experience at a restaurant because I try to always be patient with the service because I'm not their only customer. This experience though, was particularly not good. We had a party of 6 on the patio and there were 12 other people there we knew, but not there together. We told this to the waitress several times but she insisted on grouping us all together on everything. All drink orders were placed together, all food orders were placed together, everything went together. This made the process of getting refills, terrible and it took over an hour to get our food. I said something to one of the staff about it being an hour and we still did not have food and she went and made something happen. The waitress came out shortly after with our food and as I figured she was a little upset at me saying something. What she did next is where I drew the line. She asked if I was complaining because I was hungry or because it took so long. To this I was not happy. I spoke with the manager about our whole table being this way but the manager was only giving word service because they were short staffed. He discounted my meal only, for $10. Being who I am, I gave the tip in $10. That is not the issue because I believe no matter the service, you always tip. I just did not appreciate being handled and made to feel that it was not an issue. Needless to say, this restaurant has some managerial issues and I will not be returning to this establishment anytime soon. read more
