Lately it seems that Bdubs has been letting me down. Don't get me wrong the service and experience has always been fun. However my food had been subpar more than once. I ordered the Nachos, assuming they'd be enough to fill me up. I was extremely disappointed when I saw how scarce they were. There was barely any beef on them, half my nachos were naked. Unliked other chains were I'm forced to stop eating because I'm stuffed (Denny's,) I left half of the nachos (the naked ones,) untouched. The ones I did eat however were delicious. Sadly C-19 has shit down the dining room, so we were accommodated to the patio. Which is great and all but the tables were naked, so we had to ask for ketchup, hot sauce, wet napkins etc. Which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but since we're outside I had to mask and sanitize and try to find someone inside the building for the supplies. Perhaps a buzzer type system would work so we're not staring at the door, waiting for a server to randomly check on us. Overall Bdub's is a place to go with friends and fam, and that alone makes up for the lack of flavors at times. read more

I placed my online order at 240pm I never got a email reciept so I called about 255 pm. spoke to a lady and asked if she got my order because I never got a con email. she said yes and I said so it will be ready by 310 like it said on my order and she said yes. I got there at 308pm and the told me i5 more minutes then I asked at 325pm and was told 7 more minutes we finally got our food at 339pm 29 minutes after they said it would be done. The ironic part was when I called in twice after we got home I listened to the message while on hold it said Don't want to wait in line order online or on the app That's better than Dave Chapelle. Usually they do well here, but a huge miss tonight. We ordered online; nothing fancy, just a dozen wings and some chicken tenders. We arrived at our pickup eta, and the food wasn't yet ready. Hey, no problem, we get it. The restaurant literally had one table seated, so we weren't sure what took an extra 20 minutes (in other words, 38 minutes total for that small order!). I'm giving B-dubs 5 stars just because they recently hired Annie. She. Is. Awesome! She was funny, attentive, and had great recommendations on food items! Who knew caramel dip and cheese curds were an amazing combination? My daughter had never had cheese curds before and when I said they're better than mozzarella sticks she didn't believe me until Annie came by in relief to sell the awesomeness of the curds. After work, a friend and I were in the area and we were craving wings so we decided to pay B-Dubs a visit. When we pulled up, parking was...meh. Not a huge lot and they share a lot with a McDonalds. And, it was a Friday. After we parked, we walked in and it wasn't too busy; which means, plenty of seats! We were greeted by a friendly hostess who asked us if we wanted to sit at a regular table or at the bar. Yaya for us becauseit was Happy Hour (ends at 7)! We decided to go sit in the bar area which had a few available tables. When we sat down, we were immediately greeted by our waitress who immediately brought us waters and gave us some menus. After her introduction, she left us to it. We took a few minutes to look through the menu to decide what we wanted to get. Our waitress was quick because once our menus hit the table, she was back at our table within a minute. The she happily took our order. To share, we ordered wings (Garlic Parm, Lemon Pepper, and Buffalo), cheese sticks, fries, and chips and queso. Also, my friend got a Watermelon Margarita (she liked it). First came the chips and queso -- the chips were good but the queso was a bit salty; however still good. Then came the cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were hot and fresh; great cheese pull material and also very delicious. And, then came our fries and wings. The fries were mediocre but good. The wings on the other hand were BOMB. They were fresh and was exactly what we wanted. i recommend their Buffalo wings! My absolute fave out of the three flavors we got. Aside from the food being super satisfying, our waitress was very attentive during our whole visit, filled our waters constantly, and provided her assistance if needed. When we got the check, it was right in our food budget for dinner. Overall, it was a great first experience at this location. My family used to love this place and were frequent customers for the past several years. However, our most recent visits were awful. We were served wings that were undercooked(and who can continue to eat after that), the music was so loud that our waitress could barely hear our order (maybe she thought we ordered half cooked wings, lol), the service was super...waiting for water and more napkins, etc, and now they have done away with poker on their tablets. Customer service is severely lacking. There are 20+ tables currently open, with 6-7 different parties waiting to be seated. The managers decided to not seat anyone because they have "too many orders for food". There are more more people waiting that people currently seated in the restaurant. So, they would rather their customers stand in the waiting area and be uncomfortable instead of seating them in the restaurant solely because the kitchen is backed up. The manager estimates it will take the kitchen an hour to catch up on online food orders. That's just pitiful service and while this is only my second visit here, my first visit was 2 years ago, and I haven't been back because the service back then sucked. Only one star because I have no zero option. We came in, a table of four, specifically because of Veterans Day. Online told us they were offering free meals, so great. We came in, and knew it would be bad because it took an eternity to get our drinks. They didn't bring water as requested (not a big deal at the time). The hostess told us that the vet's deal was a small wing plus fries. When we asked our server, she didn't know what the deal was and said that whoever we spoke with was new and didn't know. We put our order in, and as I ask for naked tenders with spicy garlic sauce, the server asks if I want fries. I say how about salad, if it comes with the tenders? She says yes, it comes with it. Spoiler alert - it does not come with it, it's additional $$. The food took one half of a football game to arrive, the water still never came, and when the food came, my spicy garlic was nowhere to be found. When we ordered beer refills, those also took forever. The spicy garlic finally came, but at that point I wasn't interested because the tenders were overly cooked and dry. The server brought out the checks and did not apply the veteran discount. She seemed really out of it and had to go get her manager to fix it. We're not certain that our cards were charged correctly / fixed so we are waiting to see. Our waters came toward the end of the meal. Terrible service, we will not be coming back.
