I said I would like them prepared fresh as well as the food I have gotten is cold so lets do the whole order over. " We don't do that but you can come get them". She was a complete rude person and so was the manager. You messed up my order so you should fix it...both were clueless in how to fix a customer complaint. The wings are always good, but tonight was a bad service experience. I have served tables in the past and this was not acceptable. The server was pleasant, but didn't do her job as far I was concerned. When taking our order, normally a server will ask if I want an appetizer. Higher the bill, higher the tip, right? I had to ask for it. When the food came, which was good, she came back to check on us and how our food was when we were practically done. I had to flag her down for a refill on my water. When she came back with my water, she brought the bill out and just wanted to turn the table. They were NOT busy at all. I would have had dessert, but didn't want to wait for it since I was feeling pushed out. She just brought the bill and didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything more. On a side note, all of the servers seemed to be more worried about gossiping at the wait stand than serving the customers. I think I will stick with the bar the next time I go. read more

Worst experience at a restaurant I have had in a long, long time. Waiting over 1.5 hours after ordering for food and ended up never receiving any. I had to seek out the manager and inquire what was going on after our server told us multiple times "Kitchen is really backed up. It should be any minute". When I found manager, he simply said there were a lot of online orders and that made it slow. He then proceeded to follow me to our table and asked what we all ordered instead of simply looking up the ticket by our table number or finding our waitress. This was at 1hr 15minutes. He then said he would accelerate our order and have it right out. At 1hr, 30 minutes after ordering and no site of manager or server, we had enough and left. I have been here twice. The 1st time was about 7 months ago and service was awful, waited 20 minutes or so to be greeted, then just went to the bar. They were super busy & short staffed. Food wasn't spectacular. We passed it off as circumstantial because so many people love this place. We just left after sitting on the patio for over 10 minutes, never greeted by a server. This locations Customer service and management is absolutely dog sh*t, every single Thursday it takes 5 holds, 4 hung up calls, calling 5 total times before you finally get someone that can take a 45 seconds order on the phone and sometimes you can't even do that... (currently waiting for 25 minutes on hold) Literally every single time I call this place it's nothing but holds.. I get you guys can get busy on Thursday but every single week the same thing? Inexcusable and horrible management and preparation time and time again.. Warm beers are a guarantee, refills are every 30 minutes at best, orders are right 75% of the time at best, food takes forever. A group of eight of us went for lunch. I called ahead to advise them that we would be there at noon. It was not busy when we arrived, nor did it ever get busy while we were there (literally maybe only 4 other tables of 1-3 people the entire time). It was almost an hour before we got our food. I went to the kitchen opening and asked how long it would be before we got our food, because it had been 50 minutes, and explained that there was also someone who did not get their appetizer. I was told that the food was "coming up right now". Two people had ordered appetizers. One got theirs, while the other's (which came out later) was delivered to the end of the table beside someone who actually had gotten that same appetizer, but as a meal, so they thought it was theirs. This was only figured out after we inquired again about the appetizer, and were told that it was delivered, but no one "passed it down". Now why would you put an appetizer at the end of the table for someone all the way at the other end and expect it to be passed down? That's ridiculous! The waitress stated this with a bit of an attitude, and was not very apologetic about it, just kept saying that it didn't get passed down. When the meals were delivered, everyone who had French fries with their meal had lukewarm fries. The only time we saw our waitress was when we gave our orders, and when she delivered our food. She never came out to get drink refills. By the time she even asked how our food was, those with lukewarm fries had eaten them because they were hungry. Someone in our party asked to speak to the manager, who came over immediately. They explained to the manager that he had a problem with his kitchen being slow, and also their frustration at not getting their appetizer, They also told the manager about the cold fries. He told us that the waitress was in the back crying because we were upset that someone didn't get their appetizer. He did take the appetizer off the bill, but did nothing about the meals with lukewarm fries. Overall, I will not be visiting this B Dubs again, nor would I recommend any of my friends visit this location. I was not impressed with how long it took to get our food, or how the server and manager handled things. I have had very good experiences at other B Dubs in the past, and love their food. In fact, earlier this year, I was with a very large group (24 of us) who visited a B Dubs in Indianapolis. The restaurant was super busy. We had to wait for a table. Our food was served in a timely manner with a friendly waitress. Not only did she see to our needs, but took very good care of us, and this was in a busy restaurant. I came here tonight for dinner with a couple friends and their kids. We didn't expect to receive our food quick as they were mildly busy, but an hour goes by and our food was no where to be seen; and multiple other people had been sat after us got their food and left way before we finally got our food. After over an hour of waiting for it, everything was cold. I was more upset because I had been waiting over an hour just for my food to come out cold as if it were put in the fridge. I get the waitress to get the manager (Corey) and he came out saying he has the food being remade and that he would make sure to take care of our bill by getting our meals discounted at least half. We then wait 30-40 mins for our replacement food. By this point, the kids are over it, and we have lost our appetite. We ask for to go boxes and then get handed our tickets. I noticed they weren't discounted at all, so I got the waitress' attention on that. She goes to talk to the manager, comes back saying he gave her the discount card, and told her how much to discount, not saying how much just grabs our payment cards. Then we got our receipts back, and they only took 12% off our entire ticket. Mind you, the food came out before a discount to $35.46 dollars. When we got our cards back, I had been charged $31.31. I'm sorry, but that's not appropriate. That is to how you treat a guest, and I would never leave it to a non management team member to deal with what a MANAGER is SUPPOSED to do. Fort Wayne's Buffalo Wild Wings north was a HUGE disappointment. We were there for 2 hours. Waited 1 hour for food once we ordered. Ordered 3 chicken fingers and fries. The chicken was good, but barely on the warm side. The fries were room temperature and stale. Would have sent it all back, but we would have been there for even longer. BDubs gets a lot of points from me for the televisions and they do a good job with the craft beer selection. The food is okay, and a little pricey for what it is. But, for big games or ufc events etc. it's hard to beat coming here. read more

I didn't have any real issues on my recent trip (1/17). I haven't been to this location in a year and that was the only other time I've eaten at a Bdubs in the last 3 years. Things haven't changed much. The bar seemed a bit remodeled, which is where I typically eat. Service was fine, if not a tad bit slow, but this is a Buffalo Wild Wings of course. As for the food, it was the typical fare: overpriced wings and overpriced beer. I got my 4 Asian Zing boneless, 4 Spicy Garlic boneless, and a beer. I meant to order traditional, but the price vs quantity had changed so much that it didn't seem worth the expense. No improvements on anything, yet it was no worse than my previous experiences. If you're going out with some friends and you have no say in where you go, this Bdubs (or probably any) will work. If you're there to watch sports, there are plenty of better sports bars around with better food, service, and prices. If you want "real" wings, go just about anywhere else and save some money. read more

The Manager is intrucive. They need to respect other people's property and privacy. I've had them tell me what to do the last 2 times I was there to pick up food. They are on a power trip but don't understand how they could improve their methods. I recommend they do a sign sheet for outgoing orders instead of getting in my personal space and ordering me around. Very Very rude. I've been waiting on a response to the solution I came up with but I have heard nothing. I've avoided this place at all cost and and I'm warning everyone about this one specifically. Instead of bossing customers around they should be cleaning instead because the place is dirty. The way I was treated, I'm sure the workers love it there too. Poor management. Total disrespect. I ordered a bacon burger w everything, an order of buffalo style wings and the chicken taco. Tje burger had 2 strips of bacon, 2 little spots of cheese the size of dimes and nothing else. I've visited this BWW location a couple of times now. It's average and what you would expect of the BWW chain. The location is clean, plenty of seating, plenty of big screens for catching your favorite game, and the usual BWW drink and food selections. Service is friendly and attentive. This last visit we sat in the bar area during the lunch hour on a weekday. There was only one server working the bar and about 5-6 tables occupied. Needless to say the service was a bit slow. Seemed to be plenty of other staff servers, but the bar server was the only person checking in on tables. We ordered and waited about 15 min for our meals...which seemed a bit longer than we usually expect. When the meals arrived, I discovered that my order was wrong. I decided to eat what was brought since the wait had been a little longer than we needed...and it was very tasty, a wrap. We brought the error to our server's attention and she made good by giving us the correct order to go, free of charge. This very nice and unexpected. If you're a fan of the BWW franchise, then this one will fill your needs. read more
