I've been going to this place for years and typically had good service. It appears to be under new management now. My recent experience there makes me not want to come back. The young girl at the counter was very impolite and not friendly. She didn't greet, smile, thank me, or anything. I asked her a question and didn't hear her respond, so I had to repeat it. (Special code: BOGO You can use it multiple times and expires the end of the year) Ordering was easy online. Customer service was great. Negative Unfortunately there are more bad than good. A location is in a very small complex which makes parking really hard. I had to park on the street just to pick up my pizza. Although customer service was great, it really comes down to the taste of the pizza. It did not taste fresh and almost taste undercooked with a cardboard taste. I even made sure to try one since it was just made and hot. We ordered two large pizzas but only ate about four slices, then threw away the rest! Every time we get pizza from here I completely regret it and then a few months later it sounds like a good idea and then I regret it again. So note to future self: DON'T DO IT!! Reasons why not to get pizza here: - the pizza dough is usually undercooked and soggy and gross - your stomach hurts within minutes of eating the pizza, no matter what different toppings you get - the whole night after eating it you wake up repeatedly during the night dying of thirst - the leftovers suck, and leftover pizza is normally the bomb - the pizza doesn't even taste good, there is something a bit off about the flavors and it really doesn't satisfy any kind of pizza craving at all Next time please please don't get pizza here, go somewhere else or just get it from a grocery store even that would be better. read more

Solid pizza joint in Fremont. The pizza was good but the thick crust is nearly the same as the original signature crust so don't pay the $1.50 additional price. It makes no sense to do so. If your order is $20 or more and you pick up, they offer you a pint of ice cream or a 2 liter soda bottle from their case. Very cool. Watch out of the mail coupons because they have great BOGO deals. We got two large two topping pizzas. One with bacon and pepperoni and one with artichoke and chicken. Solid pizza and pretty good crust. The chicken tasted very good and the artichokes were fine too. I've frequented this place quite often the past year and I've always bought 2 pizzas and some wings from them. I like their pizza and it's near my house. So anyways, they have a "promo" that if you picked up your own order they'd give you a drink or an ice cream. So I bought a pizza for a little under $20, and I guess the promo is if you spend over $20, the promo applies. So I decided to give them a 15% tip to push it over $20 as I did not feel the need for more food but would have liked a drink anyways and they get a tip. So I go in, the girl starts telling me I can select a drink and then one of the guys stops her and says that I HAVE to pay $20 before I can get a drink. I look at both of them, thinking... wait... I paid over $24 isn't that past $20? I could have bought something else, instead I chose to give you guys a tip... so the one time I dont spend close to $50, this happens.
