    Big Steak Omelette
    Chaithanya M.

Every time we come in, I go straight for the original buttermilk pancakes soft, fluffy, and just the kind of comfort I crave. My guy always gets the Big Steak Omelette and honestly it hits the mark every time. The place has a cozy, relaxed feel perfect for a slow morning or a family bite. The service is usually quick and welcoming which just adds to the overall good vibes!

I stopped by this location for the first time this morning for breakfast. I was impressed by how fast I was seated and how quickly my food came out. I Ordered the veggie egg white omelette with a side of hash browns which were excellent.

My family had a great time here! We devoured the food! Food comes a little slow in the afternoon.

Purely a take out review, on weekends with a little one patience is not in our vocabulary so take out it is! This is our 3rd time and it's been consistently on time, all orders correct, utensils included, and packed all very neatly. The containers are HUGE which probably helps keeps things as crispy as possible. The onion rings were surprisingly still hot and crunchy, thick and nice. The country fried steak batter also had a bit of the crunch although the gravy wasn't as hot.

Went here after a long time and the menu changed. I miss the veggie omelette with toast and pancakes. Ordered vegan pesto egg white omelette which tasted good but was so small in quantity for $17. Can choose pancakes or toast or fruit. Fruit quantity also reduced. Service was never great but I don't even expect much. Ambiance is okay. They have ample space and they keep the place neat and clean.

Been to this IHOP a few times as it is close by our house. They've got some decent promotions out there, and the prices are decent. Typical breakfast place, with your regular fixings of your staple items you'd see at breakfast place. I've had the Pesto Crepes, Chicken Tenders, Short Stacks (Original Buttermilk Pancakes) and just recently tried the Pot Roast. You have to try the Pot Roast, it was so good. The meat was super flavorful and very tender. I loved it, and would recommend trying it if you like pot roast. Came with two sides as well, delicious! The customer service here has always been great, the staff for the most part are very attentive and friendly. Sometimes depending on how busy it is, the wait and service can feel a little slow, but overall the staff get the job done. Recommend signing up for their loyalty program, so you can earn what they call Pan Coins, which in turn let you earn free food in the future! Also, another pro tip is to ensure you get a receipt, because there is an offer on there that gets you a free short stack just for taking their customer satisfaction survey! We've had positive visits here for the most part, so giving this IHOP a 4. :)

Came here around 3:30pm and it was super slow, I actually prefer it that way :} FOOD ordered: Chicken strips with pancakes Onion rings with fries BLT added red onions Mozzarella sticks Plus drinks All the food was fresh and cooked very well! Personally I LOVE their pancakes!!! Our server ( I think her name was Alyssa) was very nice and attentive. Definitely coming back to this location.

Pancakes for dinner? Yes, I was in the mood. We love coming to this location. There is never a crowd and always have friendly and helpful staff. Plus I like that they still have dividers between each table.

The food came in what felt like a few minutes after we ordered and everything was hot and comforting. I ordered the country fried steak which comes with toast, potatoes and eggs your way. The gravy was so smooth and done well, the potatoes are sweetened which was interesting. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star for me was the country fried steak wasn't the tastiest, it was okay but the best that I've had in terms of texture and seasoning. I am very opened to returning to try their omelette. Portions are big here.

The Bravo omelet was super soft and fluffy, loaded with mushrooms, tomatoes, avocado, and bacon--really fresh and not heavy at all. The New York steak sandwich was super satisfying, with big chunky pieces of steak and avocado that made it extra good. And the coulotte steak was cooked perfectly--tender, flavorful, and just really well done overall. Definitely a great little brunch spot if you're in the area.

Luckily there was no line at 8:30 in the morning on a Saturday. Rating Breakdown: 1/2 Stars for Taste -- The menu is HUGE and it was difficult to pick just one thing to order. I ended up choosing the Tio Pancho because I can never resist biscuits and gravy. The scramble itself was good, I'm a big fan of their chorizo as it's not overpoweringly sour/tangy like some other places. It was also mild enough that my kids were able to try a little. I opted for the hash browns which added a nice crispiness into the mix. I would actually skip the biscuits and gravy next time -- the biscuits are on the cake-y side and the gravy is a bit bland. My husband ordered the Mexican chicken fried steak. The steak itself was also bland, but it was fine paired with the chorizo and sauce on top. Their hashbrowns are crispy on the outside but made thick with a more mushy inside, not our favorite. My husband's sunny side eggs were also a bit underdone, the egg whites were still runny. We were both fans of the salsa that came on the side. For the kiddos, we got one pancake. We're glad we only got one because it was literally the same size as the dinner plate it came on. It was super fluffy and thiccccc, just how I love it. It was also not too sweet by itself so I felt less bad about giving it to the kiddos. I would say the dishes are served "rustic", it's not the most instagrammable if that matters to you, but it is a mountain of food and a veritable feast. 1/1 Stars for Value -- It's about $20 per entree and the serving sizes are humongous. Definitely enough to share or take home as leftovers. Coffee was $4 but it was actually good coffee, not the watery stuff diners sometimes serve. It only cost $3.95 to upgrade the side of toast to a pancake, which is a steal...I mean, why wouldn't you do it? 1/1 Stars for Customer Service -- The food came out unbelievably quickly. We literally said "That can't be it" when we saw them bringing it over. This place is optimized for efficiency -- everything from seating, serving, coffee refills, to bringing the bill was streamlined yet not rushed. Bonus star because we would come back when we are craving brunch. We would come early to avoid the lines.

I was here for an art show last night, but honestly? The food ended up being the masterpiece. We essentially tried to defeat the menu and the menu won. 10/10, no notes. The Highlights: Hawaiian Sliders: Absolutely bomb. The perfect balance of sweet and savory. I'm still thinking about them 24 hours later. Crispy Quesatacos with Chicken Tinga: Perfectly seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor. It's hard to find chicken Tinga in a crispy Quesataco this authentic in a pop-up setting, but they nailed it flavor bomb Pupusas & Tacos: My friend and I went in on these and they did not disappoint. The pupusa was thick, cheesy, and had that perfect crisp on the outside. The Verdict: There wasn't a single miss on the menu. I even grabbed an extra haul to take home to my husband--usually, "to-go" food loses its soul on the car ride home, but he was obsessed. I'm already checking their schedule to see where they'll be next. If you want to eat the best food in San Francisco right now, this is it.

It was also memorial Day weekend. And our server was really nice and food came out pretty quick. The second time I came here, my experience was completely different. We were put on the wait list which was almost a 30-minute wait. It was pretty busy that day, Sunday around brunch. We were seated in a table where one side is a booth and the other side is a chair, but you can tell that they just wanted to cram as many tables as they could in the restaurant. The spacing in between the tables to our sides was so small, we had to physically move our table just to get in and out of the booth. And we did the same thing when other tables were getting out of the booth. It was also really loud in there. We didn't really like it since we were there to have a nice, chill brunch. We could barely hear each other talking. The service was really slow and it was hard to flag down our server. The food was good and reasonably priced, but the space and ambiance wasn't what we hoped it would be. Another downside is the parking lot. There are so many shops in one small plaza, they didn't plan enough parking spaces for customers. We noticed people having to park in the plaza next door, which I wasn't sure if we were allowed to do. So we just had to drive around the plaza and find whatever spot we could. After being there twice, I don't think I would eat at the restaurant again. I would maybe order to go, but since we don't live in the area it's not likely we would drive all the way there to pick up food.
