Upon arrival we are greeted normally and sat. However after being sat for about 10 minutes not only do the hosts at front stare at us, even the server walks by many times, and both blatantly ignoring us. 15 minutes later I get up and ask what's wrong and I am told my the host, "Yeah sorry i'm not sure why you were sat there there isn't a server in this section." So why did you just stare for 15 minutes and not do anything?!! So we end up getting moved to an actual table and are finally "Greeted" by our server. We never received an apology of any sort. After placing our food and drink orders our server never even ran either our food or drinks and when the food arrived LITERALLY 3 MINUTES after ordering you could have blindfolded me and i would have guessed it was cardboard. Now we ordered an appetizer with a cheeseburger and fries. The mozzarella cheese sticks were not done as the cheese wasn't able to pull apart. The fries were very cold. What I got was something much smaller--cut in half and more like an appetizer than an actual meal. I don't mind paying for good food, but I do expect to get what's advertised. This felt misleading and not worth the price. It's frustrating because this seems to be happening more and more--smaller portions, higher prices, and lower expectations for quality. Too start with, they are very slow in getting people seated, hostess appears to be the one cleaning tables. Came in to watch the chiefs game eat and drink. We were seated super quickly so I assumed it wasn't too busy or anything. I was HORRIBLY wrong It took 25 minutes to get two drinks from the bar Took 30 minutes to get water with lemon Took forever to get the cheese curds, and wings our server was running all over the place trying to help and kept asking the bartender who was just goofing off on her phone the status of our drinks. When the cheese curds were delivered this guy (not out server) slams them on the table so hard they decide to just bounce onto the table. This wasn't a game day like for the cardinals so to have servers, bartenders and management just sitting on their phones while actual servers work you might want to terminate and rehire some new work force because this establishment is the absolute worst! read more

How does one only order, two drinks, one water and an appetizer sampler and it comes out cold and greasy? Our server was awful. She took the order and was never seen again. We asked for blue cheese, never got it. Had to flag down another server just to get the check and I still tipped her well. The ambience was great inside the restaurant when I went to pick up my order the food, and the service was so amazing from Ashlyn she ensured I had all my condiments and silverware and napkins. Parking was super easy even though it was a busy night at Westgate. I was still able to pull right up and my order was ready to go within minutes. Several couples arrived 30+ minutes after I did received their food, and I was still waiting. The bartender made some excuse that the kitchen was backed up. Well, how are late comers receiving their wing order?? It was after 10p when I received my food. They gave me all flats (arrrgh!) So pathetic. I asked for a to-go box and my check. Not sweeping makes the establishment not look inviting or clean. The service was the second let down. A hostess walked past the stand three times before asking us how many. No "I'll be with you soon" or anything. She sat us down and said we had to use the QR code on the table to order and pay. So we are thinking no server is coming to the table. I start filling out the information to order food on my phone and a server walks up and says sorry for the wait and I was like oh you're going to help us? I got a gift card for BW & decided to come to this location since there's so much to do over here. Thankfully this location had a hostess waiting in view of the entrance & it was moderately busy. They have a QR code on the table for the menu & you can ask the server for a hard copy. So, the menu has changed a lot & there's some options they took away. Lower star rating: The server was really nice, but only brought the soda & not any water glasses. Ordering was ok, but the wait for food was a little long too. When food came out, the appetizer and my friend's food came. My food was not ready, I was waiting for 10 to 15 mins more before my food was ready. Meantime, I was eating the appetizers and noticed the tray that they used had straw paper (not ours), wet and stuck. I was surprised they were open on January 1st and for as busy as they were, our waitress was efficient and the kitchen staff was prompt! Our waitress was very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable of the menu. The food is as you'd expect for bdubs. Tasty sauces (which they have a variety of options to choose from), great wings, and fresh veggie spread. The French fries were surprisingly well seasoned! The Mac and Cheese was however mediocre, but luckily I had sauce I could throw leftover from wings/chicken wrap in there to enhance it. I ordered 50 wings two large fries and what I received was 50 cold wings not even one large fry with three ranches what the hell you want me to do with three ranches I got 50 wings plus a free six piece you expect me to use three ranches they could really improve with the quality time and effort they put out into these orders.
