The service was atrocious. We had to wait in 20-30 minute intervals for our server to check in on us just to order drinks or ask for sauces/napkins even though we could see him standing at host desk or walking around the bar. The wrong food was brought out on multiple occasions from wrong flavor to bringing boneless instead of traditional (which was genuinely insulting). I love Bdubs and have been to multiple locations but this location in specific really needs improvement. The workers are usually in a bad mood and they take a long time getting food out. I've already tried dining in with my family and service was horrible. I've also gave it a shot ordering take out and on the app it said food was ready, when I went to go pick it up I had to wait an additional 20 minutes before I got my food. Which was also pretty cold. We spent 1pm until 10pm here for Super Bowl Sunday 2023. While their reservations for tables was very complicated, their servers were super accommodating for just getting in and getting drinks. Our server was Angelina and she was amazing!!!!!! We had a great time and had our drinks update don the regular. She was a great server, please help her out. On the negative side, the Greek restaurant Nextdoor played the game over their make shift speakers, but their tv system was 20 seconds behind line tv and Buffalo Wild Wings. This place frustrates me. The food is decent but the service is horrific every time. The server is the only one working, set up to fail. Due to lack of servers, the food is always cold and olds. It had been a few years since I went to a BWW but I remember liking their wings. It wasn't quite how I remembered but the two stars are mainly because of the service. It's the service and the messy tables here that kills me. We got the Chili Queso Dip, Thai Curry wings, Jamaican Jerk wings, Asian Zing wings, Garlic Parmesan wings, and Salted Caramel BBQ wings (only because they were out of Korean BBQ wings). Everything was standard and tasted fine. I especially enjoyed the Thai Curry wings and the Jamaican Jerk. My least favorite were the Salted Caramel BBQ wings but we had low expectation for those going in anyways. Our waiter kept trying to get us to sign up for their points club repeatedly and never came around for refills or to give us a box. Every table in the restaurant was a mess too for the whole duration we were there. There wasn't a staff size issue as there were at least six people standing around the hostess stand at all times. All in all, it wasn't the best experience and there are plenty of local businesses I would rather support for my chicken wings cravings. Sorry, BWW. It's not me, it's you. read more

We're regulars at BWW and Adriana, our server, is always the best. Wings are flavorful, fries are always fresh.

It was a nice area Westgate with Christmas themes all around, music, and the huge pine tree. We didn't have to wait at all and the staff was great! The hostess was funny and our server was on top of it! My only complaint is mostly due to the sign of the times. $40 for 6 wings, a helping of fries, small flatbread pizza and 2 drinks for 2 people. With $40 I usually expect to bring some leftovers home or spend less to get the same amount of food. It's definitely not stopping people from eating out. The place was packed! Westgate - Went there twice and both times walked out. The first sign of dirty dining is when you get to the restaurant at opening and the front door is filthy. Once inside such a foul Smell. I've been to several BWW out of state. I know most of them are franchises. As I know the owners of other BWW. By far the one at Westgate disgusting. The others I've been to a few pleasant. Sure enough, despite what the receipt and my online selections say - there were no carrots. No ranch. No bleu cheese. No milk. Just some barely sauced boneless wings. And the hot buffalo is just hot. No flavor. The chicken tender kids meal looked decent minus the drink it should have come with. But for $40 - including delivery fee, "service charge," and tip - totally not worth it. As soon as it was brought out but someone other than my server they made me aware there was no avocado available. This place is straight dogshit... The hostess was annoyed I came into eat there. The table was dirty and was not properly wiped down and we had to ask it to be wiped down again. The beer was old and stale. The group got 2 chicken sandwich, fries, and wings. Every fcking thing was luke cold... not sure how you fuck up frozen chicken wings. Now moving on to my favorite flavor, WILD sauce. when I tell you it tasted how the inside of a cereal box from the 50s smells and that's a major understatement. I forget the waitresses name but she completely ignored my girlfriend, didn't bring her any refills/napkins or a single item she had asked for.
