Had the worst experience last night. This isn't even an exaggeration our server was terrible and it felt like she was never their to attend us my family and I had to ask others to assist us in our needs ! Not only that but every single one of our orders was wrong! I would expect it if it was jam packed or something but the business looked steady ! And after letting her know that she got our order wrong she apologized walked away and didn't ask if we even wanted to change our orders or if there was anything she could do! However she noticed we hardly touched any of our food and asked us if we then wanted to change anything and by that point I had lost my appetite and my family just wanted to leave I really wish I could've given no stars if possible! I went with my daughter and was told it would take 20-25 minutes to be seated. after almost 40 minutes later and seeing bog groups seated . I asked the guy taking names how much longer he said waiting another group of 5 then your next . So, I have to wait for another big group to be seated first? He said yes but then your next. I understand they will seat big parties they want the money but how about the people who have been seating and waiting that's unfair!! so we decided to order out that took another 35 minutes and they put extra spicy wing sauce yet label stated classic Buffalo. First time here at Buffalo Wild Wings with my coworkers. I ordered a Long Island and tacos which took Forever to get to me... Anyyaay we all paid separately for our orders. When we got done we paid with card then I signed the receipt which said $13.23 and I added no tip because I was leaving a cash tip. I left and on my way home I checked my account and discovered I had a pending transaction of $15.88?!!!! Um I didn't authorize this! So waitresses take it upon themselves to tip themselves from someone else's money without approval? Wow this never happened before anywhere. I don't know how you can have a bad experience at a chain restaurant. If they weren't so busy blasting the fucking music maybe they would notice their shit food coming out. Food sat for so long under the heat lamp it made the tortilla crispy and the lettuce became brittle! My Son Cheese burger has cold cheese on it. I sent it back and it came as a different version of what they normally serve. B Dubs better get your shit together! What's the point of having a kitchen manager if they're going to allow food like that to come out. Also, I asked them to turn the volume down and literally I heard it go up! I had the worst experience at a restaurant ever last night. We were sat and waited 20 minutes before our server (Amber) came. When the food came out, my mac and cheese was COLD cold, like I swear they took it out of the fridge. My boyfriends wings were also kinda cold and had the wrong sauce. Amber was nowhere to be found so I had to ask another waitress about do fixing my cold plate. I wish I knew her name because she was the only good staff we encountered that night. When it came time to pay, Amber brought us our check of $104 (after several failed attempts of fixing the items on the check) I looked it over, agreed to what I was being charged with, and gave her my credit card. When she brought back the receipt to sign, it was $115 !!! I asked her about it and she said "I forgot to charge you for your shots" which is fine, but she didn't even tell us about the upcharge. She seemed upset that I noticed the upcharge and brought it to her attention. Worst of all, her manager came over to her defense. TLDR - they will charge you more than what your original receipt says and the manager thinks it's okay. Horrible customer service and cold food. read more

Came here on a whim while traveling and wanted to meet friends. They wanted to show me Westgate. Instead of trying somewhere new, we decided to go here since B Dubs is pretty reputable in Wisconsin. There were 4 of us and we had 4 kids. We decided to sit outside because the weather was gorgeous and we'd be away from people with our rowdy kids. It wasn't super busy. We arrived at 11:30am but didn't get acknowledged until 12:17pm. We ordered everything at once and didn't get our food until 1:17pm. I don't know if they only had one cook that day but it was pretty crappy that there wasn't even acknowledgement about the long wait or maybe getting the restless kids' meals out first??? We've been going to this place before the Cardinals football games since it opened. We took a few games off when they tested serving a limited menu on game day. Soon as they realized what a mistake that was we went back. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Many of the other Westgate places jack up their alcohol prices on game day but not Buffalo. Our favorite waitress is Shaun. She is the best. She takes good care of her customers. She makes sure we get our rewards points and that we know about the specials. I came in to watch the Stanley cup game, which the series could have ended today. They put me and my partner at a table to which I asked if we could move to the bar. At the bar we really couldn't see the tv as the bar glasses we covering a portion of the tv so we moved to another table. We waited for 15 minutes and didn't even get a menu. Not to mention MULTIPLE waiters walked right passed us and didn't even acknowledge us. I walked up to the front and asked for menu and even made sure the place we were sitting at was okay. The host said yes and gave us our menu. We waited another 20 minutes and couldn't even get drinks. Multiple times I would look back and see there was AT LEAST 6 waiters chatting in the front of house. It wasn't even that busy. My partner and I ended up leaving to Twin Peaks to which it was a fantastic time and the waiter there was very pleasant and attentive. Zero stars if I could give. read more

I usually I'm whatever about Buffalo Wild Wings but me and my husband came on a Thursday and got the BOGO for the boneless wings!! Everything was fine, service was decent. My husband used his point from the BBW app and we got a free side. Truly the worst experience I have ever had, and I don't use that lightly. Buffalo Wild Wings is already famous for the fact that you are guaranteed to get awful service (And this is not the servers fault, they will give a server 10 or more tables to manage, when most businesses don't ever give servers more than 5 tables). But this Buffalo Wild Wings in particular is possibly the WORST one I have ever been to. And I have lived in 4 states, and gone to A LOT of Bdubs. Not only did it take 50 minutes to get seated, it then took 40 minutes to order (I should of left at this point but my friends wanted to stay) and once we ordered, our food came out one whole hour later (it takes this long to cook frozen chicken and throw sauce on it apparently when every other Bdubs was a 20-30 wait for food) . The food was not in any way worth the multiple hour wait (when I say multiple hour wait, I am including waiting to be seated, waiting to be served and get the food), in fact it was not even a 5 minute wait, I would of not even fed the wings they gave us to my dog. The food was ice cold in the center, and the sauce looked like they literally wiped the sauce off after putting it on to save for other wings (no joke). After this awful experience, I told myself I would never come back. Waited the hour or so for the server to check us out (yep and hour to pay) and thanked her for her hard work because she was clearly over worked. And then here is the kicker! Went to go talk to the manager about the experience and not only did they not care, he basically said there is more important things that they have to worry about at the moment. If you have read this far, do not go to this Bdubs. There is so much better places to give your business to in Westgate that will give you a hundred times better service. Service was Great!!! With 3 boys we EAT!!!! The server was really cool and genuinely seemed interested in the conversations. Had the boys laughing and just got it. I didn't have to ask to get another beer and my boys really enjoyed being apart of the conversation unlike most places and servers who shine away from the kids. It's BDubs!!! Wings were on point and kickass vibes with the outdoor seating. Price isn't bad and they run promotions throughout the year. There are so many great places in West Gate I feel like this place gets over looked although it's always busy, I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

We stopped for a post-concert snack while traffic cleared! The margaritas were mediocre (syrups only, no fruit was involved), the grilled "naked" tenders were pretty good. The hot wings were "OK". The one star is because the service SUCKED. There weren't that many people there to explain why we waited forever for our food, were told at least twice that it was "coming right up" but obviously wasn't, had to ask for more water (it's 114 at midnight for heaven's sake - fill the water). I asked for a fork for the grilled tenders (duh), and the waitress dropped two sets of silverware on the corner of the table by my husband without a word or even a glance. I never do reviews, by far worst experience i have had in a restaurant. We initially started at the bar which was good and quick service. Granted we ended up unintentional sitting in front of the bar's register so she basically had no choice to accommodate use which was nice. But we had a bigger party coming so we put our names down to get an actual table. Quick but the moment we sat in that table it's like we no longer existed to this place. Never saw a waiter. A party formed to the left and right of us and they were attended too. I believe I spoke to the manager and asked who is serving us and she said she would get someone; never did. Party came and I was fed up and are party was confused as well. We ended up leaving not served to and as we walked out our table was at the window I could see the same manger I spoke to cleaning the table we left with the one beer from the bar and the menus that we never used. I would like people to know uber eats delivery did not deliver and order on 6/30/23 after 8pm that cost almost 70$ it was also special occasion for my kids day. I am a single mom also dv strangulation victim whom struggles to do many things for kids and I because I have to take care of my son whom.is very medically fragile due to being emergency c-section at 23 weeks of pregnancy all my older son wanted on a special day was to try this place although I know it's not the restaurants fault I an begging someone to help me resolve this because I never received the order my 13 year old waited for over 30 min in driveway to assist driver claiming he could not locate property the driver only txt never tried to call or provide decent customer service or ensure a family's order was actually delivered there is no pictures from driver claiming delivery and left outside mind you I have cameras he never came I am disgusted because the driver named Nathan even thanked me for the tip tho it was only 2$ I tried. I have been back and forth with uber eats since after 8pm on 6/30/2023 about non delivery but because he clicked confirm (no pictures nessisary to ensure delivery) they won't do anything they said they can only block him from ever delivering in the future that's it. Can your restaurant please do something this is so wrong and money doesn't come easy. Sad to say Very big fan of BWW but this location always fails to provide the service that other locations have, been here at least 10 times out of these time I had 3 good service. Very huge fan of the Peoria location just sad that the Westgate one is closer I think I will start making the drive. Today was just the worst of them all from the moment we sat down 35 minutes have passed and no one ever acknowledged us until we finally were able to get a waitress attention so that she could turn off the heater. We proceeded to ask her for out server and was responded with "let me go check". Another 10 minutes passed and this waiter was attending to the table next to us, once he had finished with his table I got his attention or else we would have just walked by us, I asked if he knew who our waiter was, he responded that it was him and he would be right back.
