Visited this BWW for a brief lunch and was quickly disappointed. Although our server was nice, our food was a a huge let down. Ordered 2 orders of traditional wings and they all looked like the one in the picture attached. Just a burnt bone with one bite of meat on it. After telling our server about the problem, he brought out 4 nicer looking wings but that didn't make up for the other 20 twig wings and our lost appetite. Our bill was over $100 and we didn't even eat said wings. Called for a manager to explain this issue and she said "well there's a shortage of wings so they're gonna be like that sometimes". Hmmm... maybe you shouldn't sell them then?? After 5 minutes of explaining she finally agreed to take off 2 orders of the traditional wings and blamed it on covid. Pretty disappointed in the overall experience and won't be back again. The only reason this got 2 stars was because our server was polite. read more

I went in on Thursday at 7 pm with friends. We ordered and it took them 40 minutes to get the staff to say they had placed our food to go. So instead of just saying it and bringing the food to the table the manager said they were making it all over. Service really sucked, we had to ask for refills on drinks and they still had to be flagged down several times. On top of that not even a skim off the price for their screw up. I usually tell co-workers to go there, when we have business meetings I refer out of state peers to go there, no more. It was the worst experience I've had there. Party of 10. Sat at 10:30PM. Food didn't get served until 11:45PM. Our food was not met up to BWW standards. Dry wings. They didn't even serve us what we got. I asked for a refill 3 times. And didn't get it. At the end the waitress says it's not her fault for any of this. Just WOW! Also how do you put a manager that's in training all alone. Service was the worst service that I've had at a BW3s. After we were seated nobody came to wait on us. The hostess had to come back to our table after waiting for about 10 mins to take our drink order. The drinks came and we weren't given any straws, so we waited another 10 mins to ask for straws. Granted it was a busy night but every other table in our area was attended to by 2-3 waitresses which is why this is getting a 1 star review. Our food came out separately. The burger came out first and after about 20 more min the wings came out and they were cold. My husband was asked if he wanted his 1st refill on his drink at the end of our meal after it sat empty for a while. This was absolutely ridiculous. Came in on Tuesday 10/6, with an online order. Order said it would be ready 7:10, showed up at 7:10 and had to wait. Totally fine. Tried to place an order well over 100 dollars and was told my pick up order could not be placed do to them being to "busy". I'm sorry I understand places get busy but we eat here often and to be turned away due to them not being able to handle the business really says something. Maybe time for some new managers? She went to go check and see if our food was ready and said my husband had to wait 10 minutes. Guess what the wings were cold and they had a dried, hard texture. I get it that this BWW is set in a very very busy location and employees get all sorts of "wonderful" people but being straight off rude is not professional. Alls well when cold beer is available. This venue sticks out from all different bars and restaurants in Westgate as we all know buffalo wild wings is a great sports bar. What makes this place unique however is the quick service and availability of tables and bar space due to the open seating by the bar. They turned up the music so loud that we couldn't hear our table conversation. We asked why the music was so loud (it was 9:00 on a Sunday night) and were told they like to turn the restaurant into a bar atmosphere. I usually don't leave yelp reviews but this order deserved one because of how disgusting everything was. EVERYTHING was cold. My sauce was missing and the fries were cold to the point we had to put a lot of effort into breaking one. I called and the manager said "next time check the bag for the sauce". To-go orders sometimes have flaws but between the disgusting food and horrible service from the manager it's totally unacceptable. If I could rate it a 0 I would. Last time I will ever come to this place. I ordered take out. They said 20 minutes over the phone. I arrive 10 minutes after the 20 and they said they were back up and didn't know how long they would be. Not even an estimate. Then I finally get my order after waiting another 20 minutes. After a few minutes, we got our menus, and were given some of the best customer service here that I have ever received. Our waiter, was on his game! My girlfriend and I split a cheeseburger and a large basket of boneless wings. The cheeseburger was absolutely disgusting. It was burnt around the edges and chewy in the middle (not sure it was even real meat). We each took one bite and never touched it again. Had high hopes for the wings but again incredibly let down they were cold and not tossed very well. Half of them were incredibly we the other didn't have any sauce. My friend and I went to this Buffalo Wild Wings and due to a misunderstanding between the servers, we weren't greeted for 10 minutes. I wasn't too upset, as a server myself I understand how sections can be mixed up. Still, I approached the manager and asked him if he could send a server to our table. Dave quickly apologized and offered us a free sampler of our choice. The server who was supposed to take care of us came up to us and apologized as well. Sim ended up being our server and took amazing care of us. We had a great dining experience. The staff was very friendly and Dave continued to converse with us thought-out our meal. My family went here tonight for dinner a few hours before a coyotes game. We walked in and there was one party in front of us we put our name down and were told 35 to 45 minutes. So we sat down and started waiting. A little bit later more people came in and were told by a different hostess that it should be 15 minutes and a different family got told 25 minutes we were confused but still waited. After 25 minutes I got up to go to the hostess stand because a family that had just walked in was seated before everyone else. I stood there about 2 minutes while 3 different host/hostess ignored me. Finally they looked up and I asked how much longer they thought it would be they asked the name and they said oh there's 5 groups in front of you and I told them no there's 1 and I pointed the family out I said they were the only ones that were here that the lady put her name down right before mine that all these other people came in after. They looked at their "list" which was the seating chart with about 20 different names written all over it not in any order they said okay it should be 15 to 20 more minutes. So we went back to waiting the group in front of us went up to ask as well and were told they needed 5 more minutes. The hostess then called them and the lady got up saying the number in their party was bigger than that and the hostess seemed suprised but she did tell them. So it took them another bit to find a different table for them. I scanned the dining area there were 4 open tables. Then they sat an older couple who came in long after we did. And finally after 35 minutes they called us and seated us down. With one of their 6 different hostess that were up there. After waiting so long we already knew what we needed and just wanted to order right away since we were pretty hungry. We waited and waited and after about 10 minutes a waitress came by and took our order then brought us our drinks. Shortly later she brought out my salad which had diced onions all mixed in it, all the other buffalo wild wings we've gone to it's slivered onions so I had to pick them all out. Once I got my salad the way I wanted it I went to grab a knife which I didn't have our waitress only brought out 1 fork that the 3 of us were supposed to share. So I had to wait but she never came back around. A food runner came out and dropped off our food then turned around and went away typically they ask if everything looks good or if you need anything which we did. We ordered lemon pepper wings that came out plain so we needed that fixed as well. We finally saw our waitress but went to a different table who also needed forks and once asked that took several minutes to grab those which it shouldn't have. She then came over and we asked for forks, knives and told her about the wings. She asked if we wanted the seasoning for the wings and we said no they needed to be re tossed. Dry seasoning won't stick to plain wings. Finally we got the wings. Then we were able to eat. The salad was horrible because the diced onions ruined the taste. The wings were over fried and the French fries were too. We just wanted our check so we could leave so our server brought it over. We looked it over and pulled out our card, then we waited again while our server went and talked with other servers for a few minutes. The food was horrible and so was our experience. read more
