Wings barely had any sauce on them, the deep fried food had a rancid oil taste, and there was a long black hair found in our cheeseburger. However, our waitress was a very sweet young girl and she was able to take the cheeseburger off of our meal. One of the people who ate with us also woke up this morning vomiting and has a very upset stomach. There were crushed fries and chips on the floor and the tiles were very sticky and grimy in the restroom. The place was just not very clean and the food quality was bad. Absolutely terrible service. Been here several times and every time it has taken several minutes to be acknowledged and seated. Then it 10-20 minutes for a server to drop by and then another 10 minutes to put in a drink and food order. Food takes forever and you're lucky if you get a drink refill. Most recently I placed an order at 9 am for pickup at 12. I entered the restaurant and was told, after waiting five minutes, it hey they were just beginning my order and it would be 15 minutes. I asked for a refund and they just wanted to take my name because the manager was cooking and refused to come out to take two minutes to refund me. The lady waiting when I came in had an order that was supposed to have her food at 11:30. At 12:30 she still had no food. Apparently, they had two large orders come in which were more important than ours - but it didn't stop them from serving food to folks dining in-house. Met up with some friends at this location. The host was very pleasant and efficient. There was a bit of a wait so she took my cell number and I found a seat at the bar. A sign at the front door and again on the counter was very clear about mask requirements. The bartender obviously forgot the rules. She was very engaging however, her mask was under her nose and as she approached, she pulled it down under her chin to greet me and ask what I wanted to drink. The entire time I was at the bar she wore her mask below her chin. She also shorted me on my change keeping the coin portion thus giving herself a 20% tip. Not a very ethical practice. The server at our table was outstanding. Friendly and attentive. Her mask was worn properly. We were in late and the dining room was a wreck. The floor looked like it hasn't been swept since opening that day. We had a bigger group so food took awhile. My wings were cold but the fries were hot. I have to say, with my Celiac Disease and needing to have things gluten-free, these kind of places always make me nervous. Although the grilled chicken tenders and knowing that the potato sides are fried in a completely different fryer, this makes BWW a good place to add to my menu of places to visit. Our waiter, today, was very good at answering my questions and making sure I was being taken care of. Here's quick response to our order and getting our drinks quickly, made this a very good experience today. I did try, for the first time, the grilled chicken tenders and was pleasantly surprised at the juiciness of the tenders. Many times grilled chicken breast gets dried out, but this was not the way it was today. We came here today, during the lunch hour, and it was relatively quiet compared to other times when I have been at a BWW. I do have to say though, with my ADD, all of the TVs give my brain a full work out. That is why we like coming here to watch football games and baseball games. Naked traditional wings looked to have a creamy white substance under the skin. Definitely not visually appealing. Waitress came over to ask how the food was and we asked her (smiling) if since they finally had brought our drinks that still didn't look right if they were going to be able to knock some off the price. She proceeded to tell us how little they pay her. She went as far as to tell the exact amount they pay her per hour and that if they were knocking down the price of the drink it would come out of her paycheck. Then she went on to say that she has to support her family on this little hourly wage and she was hoping that out of the goodness of our hearts we would see fit not to punish her. Upon further examination of the bill, prior to payment, I noticed that we had been double charged for the Moscow mules. Two of which said they were Tito's vodka at $8 each. I never got my ranch. #blasphemy Strangely enough... Even the carrots and celery were skimpy and broken. From beginning to end this entire experience was one failure after another. The wings were old, cold and dried out. I should have sent the wings back but I think because of the grandchildren I let it go. The wings in the picture are the wings that none of us would eat. Visited this location on February 4, 2023. Arrived approximately at 7:45pm with a large party from a basketball game. We placed food order at 8:10pm. Refills over the next 75 minutes was challenging. Yes 75 minutes to get the first bit of our food out of the kitchen. My burger was burnt well done, dry and cold, fries cold! My wife ordered 10 wings, received 6 and waited an additional 20 minutes to get the rest of her order. The rest of our party's food staggered out over the next 20 minutes. Once this place opened we never went back to wings. Love this place and the service is great. I'm not sure where all the bad reviews came from but we've never dealt with anything like that before.
