Very horrible service, missing food, and most of the food was cold. Ordered takeout and arrived around 5 minutes before our pickup time. Was told they were running 15 to 20 minutes behind. Over an hour after our pickup time, we got our food. Spent $93 on food. Before leaving, I checked our order and was missing 30 wings out of our 40 wing order. We ordered a sampler platter with our wings. The onion rings and chicken nachos were all a soggy mess and disgusting. All the rest of the food in the sampler box was cold like it had been made first and probably sat there for the hour we waited on the rest of the food. Myself and 2 other customers requested to speak to a manager as the other 2 customers had been waiting over an hour as well. The manager refused to talk to any of us and left us with no apology, explanation, or offer to fix the order. They did go back and finish the rest of my wing order they had screwed up. The 1 star is only for the wings after we finally got them after over an hour of waiting. The wings were good. Outside of the wings being good, the customer service was absolutely worthless, and the rest of the food was so disgusting we threw it away. read more

We have been going to BW's since it opened, lighting at bar is terrible and feels like you are cooking us at the bar. Changed seating from padded chairs to the hard chairs with a curve that causes chaffing and no bar rail. We love to hang out with our friends at this establishment but management is terrible and half the time when the bartender has a completely packed bar there isn't a manager in sight to assist them. Also, food has been terrible, always sending it back to the point I don't even want to eat there anymore and you can tell they clearly don't change their oil in the fryers. Second time trying to visit the Buffalo Wild Wings in Greenfield. I say try because about a month ago I took my family there. We were seated and sat there almost 30 minutes. No one ever came to wait on us. So we just had to get up and leave. The place was t even busy. My son asked to give it another try today. Reluctantly I agreed to try again. Coincidentally,we were seated in the exact same booth. I couldn't believe it we were sitting there and had several servers walk right by us. Not a single person offered to wait on us. We sat for 20 minutes this time. Once again we got up and left. However, this time I went to the bar and asked for a manager. I told him this was the second time with the same result. He said that's not how he wanted it to be. I said it might not be how anyone would want it but that's how it was. He never offered to make anything right. He could have cared less. So for the second and last time, my family and I walked out without even getting drinks let alone food. People wonder why restaurants go out of business, this is it!!! Attempted to have dinner & watch the games there last night (Saturday night around 7:30). They didn't seem to be super busy, as there were open tables available. This location sufffers from a lack of leadership and quality training. Service is always subpar, food should be a no brainer but comes out incorrectly. Wings are rubbery, host needs to trim his nails and stop scratching his head. Other servers should step up and help instead of standing around. I've eaten at dozens of BW's all over the country and you would think after a month, they would have the kinks worked out. They don't. I order Thai Curry wings every time. Took forever to get our drinks, then when the wings were brought out, they were the wrong sauce. I was polite and said, " I get Thai Curry every time, this is Caribbean Jerk". The waitress then told me I was wrong and the sticker said Curry. Really? We want to like this place so much- but after 5+ visits and a major fail almost each time....we can't. Freezing cold in building- and no waiter/waitress after 20 minutes of being set down. We left. Completely incorrect food order. Waitress said "oh man- if you don't eat that, it looks like that's my dinner. I can't comp but, 1 meal a shift." Correct order arrived 45 mins later. Just got a take-out order for LARGE traditional wings. LARGE is listed as (Approximately 18 wings). I received only 15. All but one was a drumstick instead of a mix. With take-out, you depend on the integrity of the store because it's nearly impossible to count wing orders at the take-out counter. This is the second incident at this store. We had dinner here the second Saturday since their grand opening. I anticipated some issues since they've only been open a little over a week. I was presently surprised. We sat in the bar and had great service. I ordered beer and it was ice cold. We had boneless wings and they are what you would expect from any BWW. The atmosphere was good. Greenfield has needed a place like this for a while. The only constructive thing they could do better is have a beer list that lists local craft beers on tap. This location/server had extremely poor customer service. My group was sat at a bar table by the host. When our server came, she asked for ids. We said weren't buying alcohol & she rudely said it doesn't matter, we need them to be in the area. No one had mentioned this to us, so we told her that wouldn't be possible, as one member of our party was not 21. She immediately started gathering out menus and kicking us out of our table. We are a road trip group with a strict timeline, so we don't have time to be bounced around after being sat. We were waiting for our order for way too long with the restaurant being about a 1/4 full. The waitress came over once during that 35 min plus, and didn't offer an explanation until right before the food actually came out. The excuse was that they were backed up in the kitchen. NUTS and my order STILL wasn't ready. I waited and waited finally after seeing people coming in and placing an TOGO order and getting their wings and leaving before I received mine I went off. I waited a total of 35 MINS on top of the 45 MINS I was quoted. The place had empty tables. I was just told sorry. I get home and realize the orders were not correct. I called and they offered gift certificates The order was $82 and they gave us $30 back which was the amount of the food they messed up. We will not be going back anytime soon. I've given this place numerous chances as they are currently the only wing restaurant in town because of COVID. I come here weekly and I PROMISE they have never gotten my order right. I love wings, and unfortunately this is basically my only option. This Bdubs, for whatever reason, can't ever get my order right. it's not simply small things like forgetting sauces or side items (which has definitely happened). They have done everything from give me traditional wings instead of boneless, forgotten my boneless wings altogether and only gave me the other food on my order, and once a kid even told me he accidentally gave my entire order to the family that was helped before me. Every time the response is "oops, sorry about that." There is never any offer of taking it off the bill, never an offer for a free dessert, nothing that would make me truly want to come back. Considering I live 15 minutes out of town, it's incredibly frustrating to have to drive back into town once I get home because the staff ALWAYS act like they check the bag. The obviously don't. Love this place. Been waiting on a good wing place to come to Greenfield. The wife and I frequent here at least twice a week since they opened. Cook times could be better but worth the wait. If you're sitting at the bar and lucky enough to get Trevor, he'll keep you entertained while you're waiting on your food. If we have the grandkids with us and sit in the dining room we try and request Jaime. She plays with the youngins and never have to ask for a thing. Highly recommend the Asian zing.
