Left my card there one night at the bar and called back today to make sure they had it so I can pick it up, they said they would ask the manager and give me a call back. After waiting over an hour I called back and asked if they found it and she said "let me go find the manager and ask" then proceeded to say the card was not there, asked me where I was sitting, and I said at the bar, she then asked me with attitude "what part of the bar" I said I was sitting AT the bar. She said "you were sitting at the actual bar?" I said yes. She said yeah we don't have your card it's not here. So my boyfriend was already on the way to pick it up and got there right as we got off the phone and asked if she had my card then proceeded to have attitude with him saying "we JUST told her we do not have her card we literally just got off the phone with her 5 minutes ago" all I can say is I'm extremely pissed off at the disrespect the Thursday morning bar tender put out. I know for an absolute FACT my card is behind the bar just no one wants to put in the effort to look. Always love coming to B3W but tonight was not a good representation. Our server was slow, did not refill drinks unless asked and that wa only when I could find her. The table next to us left when we started eating, granted it was a 6 person table but it took her the entire time we were her to get it cleaned off. Food was good but the service was not. DUH the one at Northgate closed because it moved here. This place is always slow, it never seems that busy when I am here (which is like, once a year), and they always manage to take forever. I live closer to a different (dare I say better) wing place at home, so I don't go to Buffalo Wild Wings. So, the problem is if you're not some regular here, you have noooo idea what is going on. I ordered boneless wings on a Tuesday, turns out they count as the deal at this time too, so I didn't get carrots like I was hoping. Not THAT big of a problem but there was nothing on the table or anything...I only found out about 1 minute before the food came out when I saw it on one of those trivia screens. I do not really like the boneless wings, sometimes it tastes entirely of breading. Unless you're into that. I usually just get the chicken tenders with a sauce on the side and I think I'd stick with that in the future if I wasn't wanting legitimate wings (seriously, boneless wings = chicken nuggets...come on). But I will say I love love love that hot BBQ sauce. I should probably get a bottle of it one day. They have always had hockey on TV when I've come here. So that's something. They also had Goose Island's IPA and it amused me that my 8 boneless wings were less than the beer. read more

Met a few friends here on Saturday. Now I have to say I'm not a huge BWW fan. I know people that LOVE it but to me it's nothing special. I don't like the décor or the seats and it just looks so cookie cutter. Again, it's my prejudice against chain restaurants. But, every once-in-awhile, they surprise me. They have a season wing flavor, Siracha, that was so good. Just the perfect amount of heat with a little sweet. I like a bit of heat but not so much that I have to call 911 to put out the fire in my mouth. These were just perfect. Brought a little tear to my eye but the flavor was so good I kept going back. Cold beer and hot wings. Our server was very attentive and we didn't wait for anything!! The food came out quickly both times we we ordered wings. Wings were made exactly as we ordered and we didn't have to ask for anything except more napkins. My beer never got empty before she asked and brought the next. I love that. Went to watch football on a Sunday. Love that they had every game on. We sat at a high top by the bar and I did have a lot of trouble hearing the commentators despite the fact that there was a Bose speaker almost directly over my head. If I go back for a game I will definitely ask management if they can adjust the levels on their sound system. Sometimes you just gotta hear what the referee says. read more

I ordered delivery through the bww app, get a confirmation and pay. It says they will be here at 6:00 eastern. I get a message at 6 that says bww cancelled my order. I call the local store to ask what happened. The manager told me that I cancelled and that she can't refund my money. Door dash has to. I have never used actual door dash so their customer service says I have no order history. I looked on the bww app and it says that the food was delivered successfully. read more

As a frequent visitor of Buffalo Wild Wings it is rare for me to notice a visible, above average, advantage between a given location. Whether speaking of the cleanliness of the visiting establishment, food selection and quality, or overall server performance, as location usually offer the same 2-3 star experienced. I mean, if we're honest with ourselves your patrons accept that BBW is just a commercialized sports bar. But for me, tonight, on the 30th of October 2015, between the times of 5:00pm - 6:45pm I am pleased to say I had an above average time at your location. Starting with my initial enterance to the restaurant, I was greeted by multiple happy faces, both male and female (I add that because male servers are usually stiff and uninviting). My colleague and I was seated promptly and informed about potential appetizers and had our drink order taken very quickly. After having a descent amount of time to browse the menu and make our selection, our waitress, whose name escapes me, returned with recommendations and information about the menu. Throughout the meal we never once had our glasses get below 75% empty before it was replenished by our waitress. As expected our wings and appetizers were the correct tempture and treated marvelous. Upon considering dessert, out waitress was once again like our own personal BBWoogle. We had questions, she had answers. In closing, I offer two negative remarks and then a question. I could not submit a 5 star rating for your location because due to poor management, shipping issues, or poor communication, our waitress was unable to fulfill our total request. My dining partner requested a large order of "Honey Mustard boneless wings" he was denied because you were out. Secondly, I ordered cinnamon squares for my dessert order, I too was denied because it was unavailable. Two items were unavailable from your menu causing a change in my pallet's desire therefore causing me to adjust my original meal preferences. Greater concern should be made to inform customer of what is available "in house" from the menu before they are denied multiple times during a meal. As we dined, we noticed a break-out meeting happening in the bar area. That was the time to inform the staff of these opportunities so they may better equip their customer to make "available item" descions from the menu. My question is in regards to who my waitress was. She was a young lady, probably early twenties. African-American race, nose ring, yellowish tented hair. I would love to know she was recognized for her exceptional performance. My family asked for a booth and the worker looked at the dining room and asked if we wanted a table. We asked for a booth and was seated at a table that was surrounded by several open booths. Listen to your customers please. If they ask for that open booth in the corner and nobody has reserved it, give them that booth. read more

The service, food and staff are not what you would associate Buffalo Wild Wings with anymore. This is a chain that started off kick ass and suddenly became a little less than mediocre. The food takes too long to get to the table, a staff that doesn't care and cleanliness of the restaurant has slowly declined. When Hooters went downhill this is where all of our social gatherings took place for football now we just go elsewhere. It's hard to find a good wing joint with a great atmosphere, but when you finally find one they never last long. read more

Lately, this location seems to be on the decline. The last time we went, we waited for a while for the hostess meander over to us to seat us, then were told it would be a while as there weren't any available booths. My husband pointed out a half a dozen to her in the immediate seating area (the place was as dead as I've seen it). She then begrudgingly seated us. Our waitress looked like she'd just woken up and could care less. We watched waitresses sit at tables to take patrons orders, stand around and laugh, act rudely, argue with each other loudly on the floor, etc. No-one seemed to have a decent time there that night. Horrible customer service. I placed a takeout order online. According to the app, it was ready at 2:40. Arrived to pick it up at 2:45. First thing I noticed was the place was dirty and gross and it smelled of dirty mop water. I would've walked out had I not paid for my order online. Waited 5 minutes and noticed immediately that my blue cheese and ranch were not in the bag, but Amber, who had brought the order out had walked off. There were no employees in sight, no one at the takeout counter, no one behind the bar, and no servers anywhere to be seen. It was not at all busy. One table of 4 and 2 people at the bar was it. The customers at 4 top stood and started looking for an employee too. They obviously had been waiting to pay their check. Finally, after about 10 minutes, Amber walks up so I tell her what I'm missing. She replied, "it wasn't on the ticket" so I offered to show her the order receipt which showed it clearly. She then proceeds to turn to the other customers from the table and tells me to wait. It took another 10 minutes for her to figure out what they owed and their change. The dressings are pre-made. All she had to do was reach back to get them and hand them to me. When she finally got to me, it took 2 seconds. No apology for leaving them out or for my 20 minute+ wait. According to her name tag, Amber is a "certified trainer". Really?! If this is the best you can hire to train your employees, you may as well shut the place down. My husband and I go to this place repeatedly in the hopes that it will improve, because we used to love it there, but our experience has been worse every time. On a previous visit, we were charged for someone else's food in addition to our meal. I have been a waitress before and understand when you accidentally swipe a card on the wrong ticket, it can happen. But to use the same card twice on different tickets is just negligence. We called when we looked at our bank account later that night and realized it. The manager was very rude about the whole thing and refused to even give us her name, which we just wanted for some accountability in case they didn't live up to their word about taking off the charge. Now during our most recent visit, we went there for a date. I've been working a lot of late shifts at the hospital and we haven't seen much of each other. We ended up spending over two hours there because the service was so slow, when we used to be able to get out of there in 45 minutes. There were barely any customers in the restaurant so there was no excuse for this. We each ordered one alcoholic drink. After the waitress dropped them off, she immediately walked off and didn't come back for another 15 minutes to get our order. We just ordered a snack size of wings each and shared a basket of fries. We told the waitress three times that we wanted the traditional style wings, even after she walked back to make sure before she put in the order. When the food finally came out after maybe 30 minutes, my wings were boneless and the fries were cold. It took about 15 minutes before the waitress even came over for me to ask her to fix the order. My husband finished eating his meal while I waited for the new wings to come out, which took another 25 minutes. The food was definitely hot this time but there was no buffalo sauce on the buffalo wings. At this point I had no desire to spend another 20 minutes waiting for food so I didn't bother saying anything about it. The waitress dropped off the check right after I received my meal, and didn't pick it up until 20 minutes after I had finished eating. A manager never came by the table, although they used to come by nearly every visit even if there were no problems during the meal. We also asked for them to change the TV to a football game we wanted to watch when we first got there, which they never changed. The waitress asked us if they had ever changed it maybe 10 minutes before we left. We told her no and she didn't apologize or offer to still change it. The waitress was pleasant when we saw her, which is normally enough for me to just ignore whatever problems happen during the meal. However, everything combined just made for an awful meal and I really don't feel that it deserved the nearly $40 we spent on it or the 2+ hours of our precious date night time. Other minor complaints would be that the tables and drink menus are always sticky and the TV noise is excessively loud, I would say to the point of being at a damaging decibel sometimes. I really tried to give this restaurant a second, third, and even fourth chance. We've been to it probably thirty times over the past few years. This past Saturday we decided to give Buffalo wild wings a try for the first time in a very long time. Let me start by saying that both of us have worked in the restaurant Industry for years before acquiring our current careers. It is hard work if you're doing it right. We know all about providing a great experience to the customer which includes taste of food, speed of service, knowledgeable employees, and Very importantly - reading the customer to provide the best experience possible . We came into Buffalo wild wings looking for a casual slower paced experience so we could take our time and enjoy ourselves on our only day off. It was very slow in the restaurant there were probably only three other tables there besides us during the Saturday lunch. As soon as we reached our table almost before we even had an opportunity to sit down let alone gather our thoughts Lexi our server was trying to shove an appetizer down our throats which we politely declined. We asked for more time and started with two waters. When she came back to the table about 2 minutes later she wasted no time in forcefully asking us again which appetizer we had picked. We explained once again that we did not want an appetizer and then my boyfriend ordered a beer. About 5 minutes after ordering the beer we ordered our food. About 5 minutes after that we noticed Lexi and a male server standing at the server station near our table and she came back by and my boyfriend inquired about the beer to which she replied "what beer was it?" And he asked again for a gotta get up to get down stout from wiseacre. After going back to the server station and consulting with her male friend he proceeded to come over to our table and let us know that they are out of the gotta get up to get down. He then proceeded to offer him a Heineken which absolutely blew our minds. Someone wants a stout and then you offer them a Heineken ? Just doesn't make sense we were both just shaking our heads but trying to keep it cool. After the odd beer suggestion, My boyfriend asked what ballast point beer you guys have to which the server replied 22%?!?! First of all I have never heard of the beer that is 22% and second of all at that point I interjected and said to the server he is asking what beer do you guys carry from ballast point brewery to which he replied "uh ... I don't understand the question". Both of us were completely shocked and dumbfounded at the severe lack of beer knowledge even at a general level. The Worst!!! We sent our son in to get a table while we park. He texted me that it wasn't really that busy but no one was talking to him. When we got into the restaurant he was seated at a table. Place was a little over half full. We sat there for close to 10 minutes and I finally called the host over and asked if we had a waiter in couple of minutes he showed up. We were very easy all had water and my husband and I ordered wings our son a burger. 45 minutes later i asked our waiter where our food was he said it would be right out. I watched our waiter go to computer and work at something never went to check on food. I then asked for manager. A nice young lady came out and she just got there and was sorry it had taken so long. If she had just gotten there she was not involved I felt. I had requested the manager that I had seen helping other customer but he preferred to help people who had just sat down.
