I've always been a pretty big fan of Buffalo Wild Wings ever since I went to the one out in Wyoming. The service lets this place down almost every time I've been here. I'd never had any wings from Buffalo Wild Wings and had a craving so I stopped in and got an order to go. The young lady that took my order was friendly and didn't seem to mind a couple questions so if I were rating on service alone I'd probably feel this place deserved about 3 1/2 stars. As far as the wings go I thought the sauce was good, but there really needed to be more on the wings especially considering the meat itself had no flavor at all besides plain old boring chicken flavor a little saltiness would have made a world of difference in the flavor. As far as the value for my money goes I guess it was OK. I don't see myself rushing to return here, but I won't rule out maybe stopping in again someday to try something else on the menu. read more

Wings are bad. Service is alright. Waited about an hour for snack wings, fries, and fried pickle slices? Who even does it in slices? Anyways there was lots of swearing in the kitchen. It's a slow day as well like come on really? Fries were in a smaller portion than McDonald's medium fries and they cost twice as much. The fries are also bad probably some of the worst I've ever had. The food was good but our service not so much! We came in with 4, and when we ordered the waitress didn't seem happy at all. Then when one of my friends tried to order ranch on her wrap the waitress said that they couldn't do that, no big deal. But she said that she would definitely put it on the side. All of my other friends ordered and we all asked for ranch and bbq. When she came with our food she didn't ring any of the ranch or bbq. Also not a big deal. The food there is good and all but the service is horrendous! I went to get dinner with friends and our server took our drink orders and didn't come back until 30 mins later to get our food order. Then even after that our food took forever to get to us about 1 hour. Our waitress was no where to be found so we had to hunt down another waiter. And to top it all off, the waitress had the nerve to ask us to tip more because one of our friends to pay for everything and he left a 3 dollar tip. And she said he only tip for the drinks. I had never been to this location and will never go back. Our server was new, brand new, she told us SEVERAL times. She didn't know the menu. My husband had to explain his order and tell her how to spell his beer. Because, you know, she was so new she didn't know what beers they served and had to write down every little detail of our order. Food took an hour and fifteen minutes to come out. And it was wrong. Husband ordered wings and got a chicken sandwich. I got a burger that was smothered, SMOTHERED, in sarracha sauce.... it's not even suppose to come with sarracha sauce. Server came, told us she was new (again) and said she plain old entered the order wrong. Highlight of the night was that the Manager on duty was busy running orders out for his seasoned servers. No problem getting a table for 3 on a Saturday evening. Not too loud. Pretty much standard menu. Try the salt and vinegar dry rub wings. Delicious. Service was excellent. Very kid friendly. Outdoor seating if you want. Some highway noise but fun atmosphere with all the sports on the tvs. read more

I haven't been to a BWW in 8-10 years and I'm sure other locations are better but we had the worst experience here and I will definitely not ever be back, at least to the Holland location. Our server was nice enough but got our order wrong and then blamed us for it. We are keto so we ordered 28 bone-in wings and a Caesar salad to share. She brought the salad out and the lettuce was limp and turning pink in the edges like it was going bad. The kitchen should not have served it, and she shouldn't have delivered it. Unfortunately the Caesar dressing was also the worst I've ever had. She then brought out 18 boneless wings. I immediately let her know there was a mistake and that we'd ordered bone-in. Her response was "You said boneless!" No... We didn't. It was buy-one-get-one boneless night and her mind probably was in boneless mode, but definitely don't ever blame the guest for your mistake. Even if we did accidentally order boneless, a more tactful "oh I must have misunderstood!" Or something along those lines would have been much more appropriate. Also, the boneless wings we did not eat were TINY, and looking nothing like the commercials lol. Sparse sauce. Made me glad we didn't actually want boneless. It then took 30 minutes for us to get our bone-in wings. Sigh. And they were mediocre at best. Definitely not what it used to be. Definitely has gone down hill in the past few years. Thursday Night @ 10:35 04/16/15: Very inconsistent when I'm come here, piña colada was disgusting, I think they just gave me straight up piña colada mix, my server was a cool guy, never really checked on me but he rallied in the end, GOOD JOB ZACH!!! I used to really love buffalo wild wings simply for cheap delicious wings and good drinks but the more i go recently the more my opinion of it changes. Food service is normally pretty fast..in fact youll probably get your food at the same time if not before your drink, but the wings seem to be less and less chicken and more and more batter or really tough, stringy meat. It has become a very mediocre sports bar at best. I still go so its not horrible but definitely not as often as i used too. read more

I don't know who Sydney blew to get her job, but she is the worst bartender I have met in a long while, and I am 56 years old. Observed one guy wait, in an empty bar, for over 5 minutes for service before he got up and walked out. Tells you something about big business, no customer service at all. My husband and I stepped in to have a drink and some wings earlier this evening. While waiting on our server to come for our order, another server passed by our table and I acknowledged her as the same server that had waited on us during a previous visit. With the dining room 3/4 the way full, this server said very loudly from across the dining room "Yup, and you ran out on your damn tab!" I became immediately offended and embarrassed while everyone else in the dining room glanced over at my table and started laughing. I have never once ran out on a tab. Collectively, my husband and I clear six figures a year. I guess we cant all find jobs other than waiting tables for $6 an hour at B-dubs. This is the most ridiculous, embarrassing thing that I've ever experienced at any restaurant in my entire life. Maybe they need to start drug testing their wait staff. I will never again frequent a Buffalo Wild Wings, especially not the one located in Holland Michigan. I used to really enjoy this location. the servers went out of their way to talk to us guests and make us feel welcome...not anymore. now we were lucky to get our beers within 10 minutes of ordering, and when we did...well the head on the beer had flattened, leaving a good 2-3 inches of just glass in the cup. It's literally a hit or miss with this place. Sometimes when I go there my wings are juicy and well seasoned (I usually get dry rub) and other times my wings will be so overdone and barely seasoned. Every time that I order to go my order is usually messed up or they cook my food with the overdone barely seasoned wings. They really need to train their cooks better. read more

Let me use a baseball metaphor to describe my experience with BWW: you know how, if you fail to make contact with three pitched balls in a row, you are out? Well, I've given them three different times to complete an online order for me that actually contains the items I ordered. As of tonight, they are doing the Walk of Shame back to the dugout. It's not rocket science, it's just having someone, ANYONE, visually verify that the items listed on the attached receipt are actually in the bag. I'm no captain of industry but that seems like restaurant biz 101 to me. For food that is, at best, about average...it's not worth the struggle. When I called to complain, the guy who "helped" me explained that they didn't normally do a refund to the charge card when they screw up, they send you a gift certificate. Me and 5 friends went in to Buffalo Wild Wings on 10/12/13. It was the first mistake of the evening. We walked in, and were the only ones waiting to be seated. We were still told 25-30 minutes...ok we'll wait I guess. It's a little busy but there are free tables...whatever maybe they are short staffed. So we sit down and our waiter comes. A nice guy at first, Irish looking guy from Jersey. We order some J&G (Jameson & Ginger Ale) which of course he approves of being of Irish descent. That's the highlight of the evening though. The drinks come and they are bland, watered down. Whatever let's order a round of Long Islands, so we did. Again, Sour in a glass, no scent of alcohol and ice to the tippy top. Weak, so we ask for the manager. This guy we refer to as "Big Blue" since he is big and wearing blue. Anyhow he's already at tables nearby asking how things are so we figure, we'll politely ask for a real drink. He immediately goes on the defensive saying that they pre-measure and there's no way they are bad..blah blah. About this time our food arrives, no silverware or napkins, so we ask for them. Nope, we're out of silverware we are told. What???? How does a restaurant run out of silverware? Oh I know, because they run their business poorly, that's how. Whatever we get some straws and use them as skewers on our chicken. Now our Irish Jersey Boy Waiter comes back, and begins badmouthing the local sports teams. We are floored, come on dude. You're a sports bar, you don't want to piss off your patrons. He wasn't doing so playfully either, he's full out just-shy of swearing at the teams (yes 3 teams playing) that are from this state. We ask him what his deal is and he says "I HATE ______" Now I don't care that some people aren't going to agree with us, but who would employ someone so toxic to the business. Needless to say, no tip, no returning for us. There are many other options in the area..use them. read more

I normally not a huge fan of BWW but was up here on business last week during the blizzard. It was the only thing near my hotel. I sat at the bar and ordered a beer and normal food. It wasn't so much the quality of food but was very happy with the staff. I know they were slow and didn't want to be there. They were all in a great mood and we're very attentive. I have eaten in the dining room only a few times, and the food and service was pretty much what you'd expect for a chain sport's bar. My kids really like their boneless wings, which is the only reason I continued to patronize this place, due to their crappy carry-out service, which is our primary mode of ordering since we don't really care for the atmosphere there. I ordered from them seven times, and there was something wrong with our order 6 of those times, which I can't understand, because that shouldn't even be statistically possible, but it was! At first, it was small things, like they gave us the wrong dipping sauce or kept forgetting to give me the extra cup of sauce I paid for because the traditional wings are a bit dry. But the last two times, it just got progressively worse. A few weeks ago they shorted us half of our order, which they did replace and gave us a few extra because we had to drive all the way back to get them. Forgivable. But this last time: First I noticed that they forgot my extra sauce (again), which I informed them of before I left; but then, on the way home when I was going to sneak one of the kid's wings (which were all supposed to be boneless), I bit into a bone. Upon checking I saw that all of the kid's boneless wings had bones in them. So, I drove back and gave the hostess the two incorrect boxes, with my receipt. She apologized, and sent them back to the kitchen, assuring me that it would "just take a few minutes". After about seven minutes she came back and asked me what kind I was supposed to have, again. I told her "all boneless", and she looked confused and said "they were boneless", to which I replied, "the boxes say that, but if you look inside, they clearly are not. In fact, I ate one of them and it had a bone in it. She went back again, was gone for five minutes, and came back up. I asked her if she checked the box, and she said she did, and that they were traditional, and the cooks replaced them, but threw the new boneless ones out for some reason, and they had to make them again, and it WOULD JUST TAKE ANOTHER FEW MINUTES!!! Then, finally, one of the managers came up with my corrected order and proceeded to inform me that he checked the old boxes and they were all boneless to begin with, "But they replaced your order anyways" When I told him that I ate one and it clearly had a bone in it, he interrupted me with- "Well I have worked here for six years and I know what boneless wings look like, but you have a good night!!" At that point, I stormed out, vowing to never give them my money again! Either the so-called manager was indicating that I, in my 30 years of eating wings, don't know what a bone is, or,that I have nothing better to do with my time but to spend it getting restaurants to re-make things that were perfectly fine and am a liar! Really?! Even if I had been mistaken, since when is it protocol in a restaurant to tell a customer who had an issue with the food that "you were wrong, but we made it for you again anyways..."!? I'm sorry, but as a matter of principal, once the manager of an establishment accuses me of either lying or being stupid, I'm done. read more
