Went on a Thursday night. They seemed short staffed. Signage said to seat yourself. Didn't have anyone come to the table for about 20 minutes. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. By far the absolute worst service I have ever received in my entire life. Server dropped off our menus, didn't greet us, didn't introduce herself, and somehow thought we were ready to order off the jump when we haven't even got our drinks yet. Food comes out jumbled together and had a hard time figuring out which flavors were which, which led to us receiving more (that was also pretty gross). We never once got a refill throughout our entire time there and no one EVER checked on us. This confused us because our server checked on other tables. We planned on ordering desert but changed our mind after waiting what felt like an eternity for our server to finally bring us our check. We waited so long that we asked someone else TWICE to bring us the check because our server is nowhere to be found, to which they said they were off the clock. I can understand that this person was off the clock and is not obligated to do this but at the same time I find it extremely hard to believe that printing our tab could take more than one minute. Once our check was dropped off we got up and waited at the front waiting to check out and was about to ask someone who appeared to be cleaning to check us out, but our server finally showed up. Is everybody knows Buffalo wild wings is notorious for making you wait long for your food and a horrible service. Decided to give this Buffalo wild wings in Willowbrook another shot. It did take a minute to seated but I understand due to Covid the tables need to be sanitized before sitting down. Soon as my daughter and I were seated we were greeted by Abby. Abby was very polite and took our order. By within 1 minute we had our drinks and in 15 minutes we had our food. I was very impressed with how fast service and food came out with football games that were going on and the high crowd that they had. This review is to commend Abby for her fast service and very polite manners and also to the cooks who made our food very fast and it was very good and the food was actually still hot. We asked for the ticket and said we wanted to pay ahead. Again...waited. He never brought the bill till we asked again and it took 15 minutes to get it. He never took things away - we had things that were ready for pick up that took up space. Our waiter , as well as other waiters, were in plain sight of us huddling at the kitchen laughing and hanging out several times throughout this busy night. Tables were dirty, people starring down their other waiters...I never once saw a manager. I was hoping to see one so I could tell them what a wreck this dinner was. I normally don't say anything. We have tried giving it a few chances thinking maybe the day we went the location may have been understaffed. Apparently that must be the case every day. This Buffalo Wild Wings is just not good. Came here on a weekday night and only one server was serving the whole area. Tables were dirty and she was obviously overworked in her section. After probably 40-60 minutes the food finally came out but I was missing my honey mustard. I asked for a manager on my way out and was given a perk for coming next time. The next time I visited I strategically planned to come in during daytime when it was less busy. Still the same dirty tables but it seemed as they weren't as understaffed. I ordered the same thing and though it did take awhile to come out, I did actually get my food this time. When I finally got my food I was utterly disappointed. The salad was drenched in dressing and the bread they give on the side was cold and super salty. I had some of my friend's wings and they tasted like they had been overcooked and compensated by throwing on extra sauce on top. I gave them another chance and it just disappointed me even more.
