Went on a Thursday night. They seemed short staffed. Signage said to seat yourself. Didn't have anyone come to the table for about 20 minutes. We never once got a refill throughout our entire time there and no one EVER checked on us. This confused us because our server checked on other tables. We planned on ordering desert but changed our mind after waiting what felt like an eternity for our server to finally bring us our check. We waited so long that we asked someone else TWICE to bring us the check because our server is nowhere to be found, to which they said they were off the clock. I can understand that this person was off the clock and is not obligated to do this but at the same time I find it extremely hard to believe that printing our tab could take more than one minute. Once our check was dropped off we got up and waited at the front waiting to check out and was about to ask someone who appeared to be cleaning to check us out, but our server finally showed up. Is everybody knows Buffalo wild wings is notorious for making you wait long for your food and a horrible service. Decided to give this Buffalo wild wings in Willowbrook another shot. It did take a minute to seated but I understand due to Covid the tables need to be sanitized before sitting down. Soon as my daughter and I were seated we were greeted by Abby. Abby was very polite and took our order. By within 1 minute we had our drinks and in 15 minutes we had our food. I was very impressed with how fast service and food came out with football games that were going on and the high crowd that they had. This review is to commend Abby for her fast service and very polite manners and also to the cooks who made our food very fast and it was very good and the food was actually still hot.
