I will start by saying that the costumer service is not the best, the employees seem to get overwhelmed so fast when they have games going on and always seem to have an attitude with every person that walks in, it's not our problem you have a busy day or a bad day in general, I'm usually really understanding since I have worked as a server before and I get how hard it can be sometimes, but don't take your stress out on the people walking in, also don't argue with other employees in front of your costumers, really unprofessional if you ask me, doesn't give the company a good impression. Once we were given a place to sit, our server seemed pretty distracted and I had to be reminding her every time what I wanted, pretty annoying if you ask me. Food came out late like always, not surprised since this always seems to happen when I come here; the food was good at the end, so we thank the chef or kitchen people for at least saving this place from not getting 1 Star, I order the veggie burger, it was a little dry, but the fries were pretty good, we also order some wings and they were super soft, the drinks are always delicious, and our chips and queso were good? ... First couple times, orders were good. However the last 3-4 times, I had items missing from my order. The missing items were big parts of the order, not just sides. Date night and we love wings, we know due to the dreary weather there really wasn't a line. There is normally a wait time here, but we didn't get to experience it on this visit. Our waitress was the bomb, man she was on it, she was so on it, we had to ask her to give us a moment. So they were out of the mint lemonade I was interesting in trying, so I opt for water, however the fried corn nuggets which was my meal was delicious. I tasted one of the parmesan garlic wings (which next time will be just garlic), wasn't to tasty but edible. The atmosphere was very pleasant, quite, and intimate perfect for a date. Staff was very attentive, food was reasonable in price, establishment is full of TV's for sports entertainment, but watch out for the parking, there is more spaces available far out than upfront due to other businesses that are on the strip, so be prepared. Was craving some wings and beer. Walked in. Came to the bar an was immediately greeted. Looked over the menu and decided to try the garlic parm wings. Food came out about 10 minutes later piping hot and so good. I scarfed them down so fast. The sauce was so good and the beer so refreshing. Just exactly what I needed. This place has gotten the 5th star against most odds with me and why? Because I really do not like loud places. I come in here because I love their pretty large assortment of sauces available for your wing ding suck on a chicken bone majing fetish. I got up to get my daughter one of those little table arcade machines you bring to your table but told my son to order two baskets of fried pickles and a basket of fried mushrooms. When I got back there were two baskets of mushrooms and one basket of pickles, I must have been in a cranky mood (I think the noise level might have had something to do with this) and I was very upset. Ashley came back and I might have been a little harsh with my tone but she diffused me and told me that that's ok she'll have another pickle basket on the way out and will not charge for the mushrooms. Whaaaaat? No "that's what you ordered" No rolling eyes or anything of that level? Wow, she's good. Table arcade machine, very entertaining ESPECIALLY if you have kids with you. You don't have to go to the arcade machines and hope nobody steals your kids or bumps you and them off of the machine but you put your money into the machine (flat or credit card taken), wait a few seconds for it to credit your particular machine (about the size of a 18" screen and maybe 15 lbs) then it says "ok to take machine" and it's released from it's charger. There were many games on there, I can pretty much compare the games to the bar top ones that you play with your finger but on a rated "g" level for the kiddos. My particular machine that I chose malfunctioned, it would not lift off of it's docking station, part I of me beginning of my irritation level but was quickly defused by another employee (some guy with glasses) who I wished I would have gotten his name that patiently helped me try to move my credits to another machine. It did not work for him as well so he went and got my $5 refund and put it in another machine. Why did this noisy place not really bother me last night? Because my Texans won and I got to see New Orleans on about 20 tv's mop the stadium with the Lion's blood I guess *shrugging*. I love NFL and even though it was not a tight game the "yay" element was still there. I tried to draw my stay at the table out that I could watch the whole game so I kept on ordering more food, pretzels, drinks and almost dessert. Ashley patiently and with no detectable hint of distress brought out what we wanted. Final bill $46.01 plus $13.99 tip, food price here is very reasonable for what it is. The wings for me have pretty much been consistent except for the one time I ordered the ribs and they were one of the worst ribs that I have ever had in my life, but this place always has a way of redeeming itself. read more

I use to visit this location with a group of friends very often. The service was once good that however has gone out the door along with my business. On one occasion, I placed an order for a drink and waited about 10-15 min figured they're busy. 20-25 minutes passed I see my drink just sitting at the bar. I decided to get up and get it myself. On another instance, the host didn't really seem like he wanted to sit us down at a booth. He took his time cleaning it, while there was another booth available. Another gentleman was kind and assisted us & sat us at the booth that was already available. The first host, I noticed wasn't too thrilled that we were being seated. So this is happening as I'm sitting here. We waited for more than 20 minutes to get our food, by the time we got it, it was cold. How nice! I love cold chicken & fries! Overall it's the service & lack thereof that really has kept me from visiting this location. If you have all the time in the world to wait for a drink or made feel like you're not welcomed there, then by all means come eat here. I'll only come here as a last resort. Until then I'll visit the other locations. Hopefully the service improves. read more

What made this particular visit a 5-star worthy event was the waitstaff. This was at the height of the 2014 World Cup and the place was PACKED with fans cheering both teams. Many wearing the U.S. jersey. I got into soccer in the late 1980s in Germany, and the difference in fandom between then and now is incredible. Despite there being standing room only for the most part, I got there in enough time to grab a stool on a "community rail". The waitress was attentive, got the order right, always delivered the beer on time and was just amazing given the size of the crowd. Granted, there was a lot of staff on hand, but it was still pretty impressive. So props to the team for that one. And the USA won the match. :-) read more

The manager Taylor then proceeded to sit down a family that arrived behind us. Low and behold that family, who happened to be the managers family was seated at the table we were moved from. The waitress literally sat in the booth in front of us to take our order. It was so awkward. After our food took about 30 minutes it was given to us cold. Made absolutely no sense. She brought us our bill and walked away without a word. After waiting a good 20 minutes I decided to go ask the take out person for to go boxes I left the money on the table and left. I received an email from Buffalo Wild Wings informing me I have 4050 Blazin' Rewards points that would be expiring soon. So... I thought I'd take my wife and 2 grand children there and use those points. Here's what happened: Waited for over 10 minutes even though there were tables open (I got one that had been open & cleaned for over 5 minutes). This while a large group of Hispanic guys were immediately seated by the Hispanic maître d' (of course). I used the mobile app to "redeem" most all the items we were going to order. The order was placed and eventually was all delivered (NOT @ the same time as I would expect). Major problem: when the bill arrived I was expecting to pay for 1 ice tea, 1 beer, and kids mac & cheese (there is no reward available for that item). By my calculations, my bill should've been in the $10 - $12 range. The bill came back at $31!!! How can that be I asked the waitress. She went away for ~ 5 minutes and returned to inform me the boneless wings order was buy-one-get-one (BOGO) and that I would have to pay full price ($14.99). She apologized saying "she didn't know that". Of course the chicken sh*t "manager" wouldn't show his/her/it's face to answer me straight on. No, put that on a poor little under trained / under paid waitress. How many points did they STEAL from me, remember I had 4050 when I entered the place, now only 610 points. So, for 3,440 points I got the chili queso & an order of tenders (4 of them), which would've cost $16. Without "Blazin' Rewards", total cost would've been ~ $47! AND, I had to pay $31+ THIS will NEVER happen EVER again, as I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER set foot inside Buffalo Wild Wings again. I will tell anyone / everyone I have the opportunity to relate my experience and advise they stay away as well. It's LOUD (obnoxiously so), un-family friendly and prone to rip you off. They got in trouble for unsafe food with the health inspector in October of 2019. BEWARE!!!! Firstly you can now longer get the wing deals for take out orders which is really unfortunate. Secondly the wait time to pick up preordered food is totally unacceptable. I waited an additional 25 minutes from the time I selected to pick up My food. Thirdly, the staff is rude and does not care that their customers are i inconvenienced by wait times. The waitresses and staff ignore their patrons, I was not the only one waiting and being ignored for online orders. Fourthly, the food I received was wrong, and the wings were dry and barely had any sauce. Fifthly, the inside of the restaurant was dirty and the floor was sticky. This will be the last time I go to Buffalo Wild Wings. The person and I came in at 12:40am on a Saturday night excited to dine in. When we walked in, we were greeted by a grumpy manager. He threw an attitude at us as he walked us to the table. After being seated, we were ignored for a complete 10 minutes. No sever came to take our drink order. The manger had to come and take our drink order. Five minutes after having our drink, we still were not greeted by a sever. The manager had to come by and rudely asked for our order. We placed the order around 12:55am and didn't get our food till 1:36am! That was a whole 41 minutes of waiting and we were still not greeted by a sever! Keep in mind that there was only one table in the whole dining room that has already received their food and around 3-4 people at the bar. When the food did come out, The fried pickle was barley warm and the wings were completely dry. We were truly dissatisfied after having to wait all that time to receive food that doesn't meet buffalos standards. The sever Jasmine finally came by just to drop off our check. It seems that they rotated though and maybe they should just have one person who is friendly and greets as you walk in...sits you at the table with menus for both you and your kids. Of course this did not happen. When you see someone with kids, give them one of those game things fully charged especially if there is gonna be a 30+ minute wait on their food to arrive. When I got the bill and saw I was charged for the larger portion (which we didn't even eat nearly all of because the teriyaki wings were just not good at all) - the waiter said to me "I was under the impression you ordered a medium." No, I ordered the medium FLAVOR and also 5 of the teriyaki, which is an understandable mistake that could've been avoided had the original waitress put our order in. Then he says to me "well you did actually eat the medium order" and I showed him the plate and said we did not because the teriyaki was bad. Staff is friendly, our server "Krystal" had way too many tables to serve, we had a party of 9, and literally waited an hour before we got our food, but it wasn't until I had to ask for the food, and what was worse, the food was cold. Now, she was polite and all, but the manager really has to step in and help. We arrived at 7:30 and did not leave until 9:40. For the amount money spent, It does not reflect the quality of food and quality of service.
