Why such low star? First time visiting because of the low stars. We had a quick hour to kill so we stopped in to have a drink. They have happy hours both early and late night. I opted for a signature Long Island ice tea ($11), probably a little over priced for the size. Hubby imbibed in a draft craft beer. Since we had already had lunch, I wanted to try their tots. This was just a side of tots. 4.99, is a good price. Quality was lacking: oily tots probably need to clean the fryer oil. Service was great. The bar guy was super friendly and quickly took care of our drinks. We also had take out wings because we wanted to try their namesake... kitchen was slow but our awesome bar guy made it happen. Okay. I wasn't happy coming here. Previous NEGATIVE experiences already gave me lost hope at Buffalo Wild Wings. Bad, slow & usually no service. Bad food. Bad atmosphere. Just bad. But this is the rare occurrance that all the planets line up. Service was good, not great. Not a lot of servers so it was a tad slow in terms of getting our orders and recieving our food in a timely manner. But I could tell the staff was trying their best. It certainly got busy. I order 10 bone-in wings with carrots and celery with bleu cheese as well as a garden salad, you know, to countered the fried chicken wings. When I received the food, the salad looked fresh and it was cold. The wings were big (unlike previous times) and looked to be freshly fried as they came in hot. The food was really good. Meaty wings fried nicely and not under/over sauced. Should have asked for extra sauce on side though. Salad was cold, crisp and fresh. Presented nicely with the tomatoes fanned out. The staff was responsive to refill requests. Overall, really good and best experience at Buffalo Wild Wings ever. Is this a once in a lifetime thing? We shall see next time! :) 4/5 read more

I ordered 50 wings expecting decent sides, but got just 2 tiny ranch cups, 6 celery sticks, and 7 carrot pieces--barely enough for one person, let alone a big order. The receipt shows "ADD Carrots Celery -$0.99," proving they charged extra but skimped hard. Called to complain, and the manager snapped, "That's what you ordered," ignoring the obvious rip-off. Dine-in gets way more veggies even for smaller wing orders! Zero apology, just rude deflection, total lack of accountability. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being shortchanged and dismissed. Big fan of Buffalo wings . .. and this location was as amazing as others . The best part about this restaurant is - it is open till midnight . Not many restaurants around this area are open so late . We were Hungry after our match and we didn't hesitate to choose this location for our dinner .. As always a big fan of blue moon in Buffalo . Love this . I think that BWW has really lost a step. Ordered bites and chicken tenders and I was just really disappointed. The bites were okay, but certainly nothing fantastic. They tasted similar to something purchased at a grocery store in the prepared foods section. The tenders were awful. They were overcooked and tasted like they had been leftover from earlier in the day. They were dry and crunchy enough to make your teeth hurt. Additionally a couple of them were lacking chicken- see pic. A couple bites were completely made up of what I think is some type of breading mix. This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in a long time. I ordered takeout and was quoted 30 minutes. After an hour, I asked for a refund instead and spoke to the manager Frank. He said that he would give me a refund but that it could take 2 to 3 weeks to process the refund. I asked him when the food would be ready if I continued to wait, he went in the kitchen and said that they would not even give him an estimated time. The takeout girl was clueless as well. these kinds of places are designed to get extremely busy. It does not seem like they can even function when they are at a normal capacity. Definitely agree with all the other reviews here about the horrible service. First and foremost, we were seated for over 30 minutes before the waitress even came to get our order. When she finally brought over the drinks, she actually forgot to bring any of the sodas and lemonades that we ordered and had just brought over water. We then proceeded to wait for another hour without getting our food. When I had went to check with the front desk, I was told that our food order was put into the kitchen just 10 minutes ago. When the waitress went back to our table, she didn't apologize, but snapped that "you can see how busy I am". I have never met a server who was that inept and rude to their guests. This was the first time we ever walked out of a restaurant and we weren't the only ones - the table next to us also walked out at the same time. The place wasn't even crowded! The bartender working at 5:00 on 9/15 might be the worst bartender in Loudoun County. On my way out, after being served cafeteria food, I spoke with the manager, and even HE didn't seem to give a damn. Actually, he seemed like he was worn down...beaten. My son and I visited Leesburg location last night. Our first encounter with the GM Sean Leonard was when we first walked in. Sean was sitting near hostess stand where a sign was posted about dining area closed, seating in bar. My son asked if we just seat ourselves in bar area to which Sean replied 'you can read the sign can't you?' On our way out we stopped to talk to Sean about his comment and how it isn't necessary to speak to people that way to which he replied: 'F@@k ya'll'. I said what did you say? He repeated 'F@@k ya'll'. I have called corporate headquarters to lodge a complaint, however after looking thru reviews this isn't the first example of Sean Leonard inappropriate, unprofessional behavior. The company does not appear to be doing anything about it and continues to employ this man as their GM. Do not support this Leesburg location, or the company for that matter. This has to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. We walked in and were seated, but one came to our table to give us menus or order drinks. Two other tables were seated after us and the manager went over to them to give menus and brought them drinks promptly. We sat and sat, I finally had to ask for some menus. Asked for water 3 times and on the third time it was finally brought over. We had two 18 month olds with us so we put in our order ASAP. Other people's foods were brought to our table repeatedly, but ours was yet to be seen. We waited and waited and at the 45 min mark I asked the same manager to please check on our food because again (she seemed extremely annoyed at me for asking) the people who have sat and ordered after us have long gotten their food. I assume they forgot to put our order in. We finally get our food after over an hour wait, but one order was missing. That took another 20 min. No silverware was brought either. When we were leaving, we spoke with the manager about this horrible 2 and a half hour experience but she said it's standard practice and did not show an ounce of care. She did not care from the beginning and could care less when we confronted her. Please avoid this BWW at all cost and the manager should be let go. Cannot manage a damn thing. PITY. read more

I ordered buffalo ranch and garlic parm boneless wings, my mom ordered teriyaki and honey bbq and then we split an order of fries. Fries came out very quick, the food on the other hand... My mom got hers after about 15 minutes and i waited another 15 before the waiter came around to check on us. I still had not gotten my wings. He went to check then ANOTHER 10 MINUTES go by, and he comes out saying they have to remake because they used the wrong sauce. I then had to wait another 25 minutes for him to bring out THE WRONG FREAKING ORDER! Like are you joking me??? He came out with the same order as my mom (not mine. VERY different) At that point we were SO fed up that we just didn't care and wanted to leave so we just ate the food. By this time, my mom's food was cold and I was fuming AND starving. I REALLY wanted those mf buffalo ranch wings. Also there were only about 3 tables with people in them, so i was confused on how hard it was to get the right order. Server was pretty nice but not efficient. We payed $45 for food that wasn't even accurate or timely. We could've gone somewhere else, gotten our food and gone home in the time we spent sitting in this dank ass restaurant. Just found a bug in our food at the Buffalo Wild Wings 08/16/2018 @ 9:25PM on Fort Evans. The server was very apologetic and said she would go get her manager. The bug was found towards the end of our meal and I had eaten most of what was on my plate. The manager came over saying "sounds like you found a beetle is you food or something" "It must have come in from outside, It happens". "Did you get enough to eat?" "It looks like you ate most of your food already". He didn't even introduce himself. WHAT? Are you kidding me? Are you actually offering me more food with the possibility of having bugs in it? Or are you insinuating I conveniently found a bug at the end of my meal once I had eaten what I wanted? The manager offered to bus the table or box up my wife's half eaten food. WHY WOULD WE WANT TO EAT ANY MORE FOOD FROM A PLACE WHERE WE JUST FOUND A BUG IN OUR FOOD?!? The sever came back to our table with our check after our 30 second encounter with the manager. The manager took 10% off the meal. My wife and I both have worked extensively in restaurants in the past. We understand that there are some less than trustworthy people out there that would pull a scam like planting a bug in your food after you finish eating to get something free. We are not those people. Instead we understand what good customer service should aspire to look like and this experience was not that. We wanted grab a bite to eat after buying a bed across the street at Mattress Warehouse and watch some football on a Thursday evening. Instead we get the feeling we were treated as if were shady enough to bring a bug to a restaurant to put on our food. Why was the situation approached this way? Is this the way employees are trained to handle a situation like this? Is there just a lack of training? We literally just moved to Leesburg on Saturday 8/11 where this restaurant is located. This is the first time we ate a this Buffalo Wild Wings and 5 days after moving here it will already be our last visit.
