This franchise has been getting a bad rep lately so I honestly didn't believe that my pick up order was going to be the greatest. I was able to park in front with the convenient "takeout order" parking spot they have. I walked in to be immediately greeted. No wait and I grabbed my order. I was so hungry that I just ate in my car. I opened it all up and everything was perfect. The food was fresh and appealing. They gave me more than enough sauce, utensils, and wet towel packets all in it's OWN bag. Very well organized. The wings weren't burnt or dry at all. They were still hot and drenched in the sauce I chose with plenty of napkins for me to keep a clean steering wheel for my ride back to my hotel. I went there yesterday to get a quick bite and a drink while I waited to get my car serviced. The service was great but the prices absolutely outrageous. Then to top it off I was charged $78 for 6 boneless wings an order of fries and two glasses of wine. I called my server and she had charges my card for the table that was behind me. Will not be coming back here again. We had such a rude waitress and food was pretty bad. We had a party of about six and found ourselves having to keep asking for basic things like water to other wait staff just to get our waitress to come over. The food was cold when we got it, drinks pretty much all ice and the wings had entirety to much sauce. The turning point which made this experience the worst was when we went to pay and our card was declined. We had the money, but our account was hacked so they blocked our card. She came out made a big scene saying it came back declined, was telling all the staff to make sure we didn't walk out. Just out right RUDE! Food was fast and pretty good. Fresh. Tasty. Our waiter Danny (on Tuesday night )was fantastic. He knew when to do a table touch, how to upsale without being pushy, and was very informative. I was happy that the TV's weren't blaring at this location, and the food was prepared perfectly. We got fried pickles, fries, 2 orders of traditional wings, a beer and a Cherry Mojito. Those pickles were fantastic! Not only did the breading stay On, but the pickle was still crunchy! Everything was great. We would like to see those personal TV boxes where you can choose what you listen to at your booth/table, but that's it. Oh, and the Mojito was a bit..... odd. We decided to give it another shot and glad we did. Everything was cooked perfectly, well seasoned and I remembered why I used to love BWW... The sauce selection. I got traditional and my husband got boneless, and we split our baskets so we had 4 different sauces, all delicious. Our daughter also got boneless kids meal and destroyed her food, which she rarely does. The food has definitely improved but the prices also went up significantly. I was never too crazy about this place before...but after our last visit, when my kids, who LOVED coming here, said they didn't want to come back...well, we're done. My wife points to my son and says, "It's his 12th birthday today" and the girl says, "Yeah, we don't really do anything for birthdays here...". Uh, didn't really ask, but just pointing it out. Although a little acknowledgement would have been nice... Anyway, get the orders in - no big deal. Had a couple of appetizers, took a bit longer than expected for my bottle of beer to arrive, but nothing horrible. Food comes out - typical Buffalo Wild Wings food. Greasy, nothing special. I honestly believe they buy stuff from BJs or Sam's and fry it up in the back. BUT only half our food came out. We had to wait another 10 minutes for sides (onion rings and fries)...at which point we were halfway through the meal. The really disappointing part about this place was the lack of atmosphere/fun. The gaffes in food could have been (and have been) overlooked by us in the past because the kids LOVED playing on the interactive tablets. We played along, too, with the trivia. But that's all gone, now, I guess (also noticed all of the servers were dressed in "normal" attire - none of the jerseys they used to have. We were avid Bdubs ppl before coming to Florida. We've been to this location 8-10 times and it just never ends well. Today was the worst visit ever. Bartender with attitude from the start. My husband asked for his college team to be turned on and was given a NO! Whaaat? I know she was overwhelmed but at that point she wouldn't even acknowledge us!! I spoke to the manager who took our drink and food order. Bartender continued to ignore us and served everyone around us - laughing and cutting up. I've never in my life been refused service! This location is certainly more convenient for my family.But it's much smaller than the West Melbourne location much more cramped here and noisy. They screwed up my order not once but twice! How do you do that? Service was chaotic to say the least. I know its the first week and all but my family and i enjoy the other location more. Its so much bigger and they all know us in there so the food is to my liking most everytime. The other location is a more wide open setup which i like.The service at this location was just ok we waited a long time just get a refill were at the other location it's virtually automatic.The wings had very little sauce on them kinda disappointed. I've had undercooked, still pink wings there twice and fried to a crisp one other time. 3 strikes and I was done with that one. Service: Again, best Bdubs I've been to. All of the hosts and servers were personable and quick. Ambiance: No more klunky blue game devices, they've upgraded to tablets with protective cases. Much easier to use. Great TV placement. The staff was very fast to change the channel and put up the game I wanted to watch. Only negative is that their speakers were turned up way too loud. Came in late on Wednesday after finding the Tijuana Flats teeny boppers were cleaning the kitchen at 9:30. I learned a long time ago you do not eat at a restaurant that's begun cleaning. Apparently we have become regulars! I can't say enough nice things about the service here. Everyone is super friendly and professional and accommodating from the hostess to the manager. They'll bust their butts to make sure you're happy. Prices are very fair, and happy hour specials are fabulous. I mean, it's bar food, we're not talking gourmet stuff here, but it's always consistently well-cooked flavorful and good. It's just a friendly fun place to go hang out and catch your favorite game on any one of their 500 TV screens. If you're cheap like us and you can't afford the Sunday Ticket, you can always catch your local team here. And if you're into trivia and video games, they have portable players at every table. We waited for a hostess after 5 mins went an got a waitress to get seated. Waitress took our drink orders 2 beers then came back with no drinks for food order. 10 mins later she came back and apologized that there's a problem with electronic system and the bartender never got the order 10 mins later she brought drinks. We told her forget it got up and left we so disgusted with the total lack of service that we knew the meal would not be enjoyable. Stopped here for the first time. Had to wait 5 minutes for anyone to show up at the hostess station. Looked over the menu but couldn't decide so serve left and liked to never come back. Food came in a reasonable amount of time. Taste was ok. Wife got her drink refilled and was asked if she wanted a to go drink which she received. But the server never asked about refilling my water or if I wanted a carry out . I am restricted to drinking water due to health reasons . But I guess if you don't pay for the drink you get what you pay for here. When we left no one said anything. My son has friends that own three of these places and this is the worse one ever. I've been a customer at this specific location for almost 2 years now and it boggles my mind that they have such a low rating. I don't usually write reviews but the 2 1/2 star rating this place has is not deserved. If you come here and expect a fine dining experience, go elsewhere. It's a sports bar. Expect loud people, slow service (on game nights) and an overall busy atmosphere. The wings always came out hot and fresh and the servers and bartenders are as attentive as they can be. REPOSTING BECAUSE BWW DELETED MY ORIGINAL POST: If you want awful service, you should definitely go here. I'll start off by saying I work in a restaurant, clearly much better than this one because we practice simple respect to our customers. My family and I ordered takeout for the NFL draft so we knew it would be a busy night. After picking up food and bringing it home we noticed inside our two large bags were were missing all of our sauces as well as a whole two meals. After being frustrated I drove all the way back to the restaurant. I had to wait in line again and finally was called up in which I told them I was missing two meals and wasn't happy. Obviously the manager on duty (who tonight was the General Manager Caroline) came over to me with my receipt asking if I had the bags with me to which I replied no I just came from my house (implying this was a long trip for me back and forth). I told her exactly what I was missing and she came back with what? My exact meal that they forgot to pack the first time. Now none of this is why I'm writing my review, the reason I'm writing this is because of what comes next: she hands me my bag repeating what I had and walked away. In disbelief I tell her I'm still missing sauces I never received in the first place. She goes to her Togo girls and tells them to take care of me. THIS LADY WALKS AWAY. I could clearly tell she was "annoyed" by me. Never was I apologized to. Not by the Togo girls, not by the GENERAL MANAGER. Now I don't want to sound petty or anything but at my restaurant when a table or customer of any sense is missing something, we get the manager and then the MANAGER apologizes on top of my apology. Always pretty bad and slow service when I go. Food is over priced and even the wings aren't that great. They can't even put sauce to cover each of the wings. Typically when I get them they are half sauced and half dry. Seriously how do you not know how to put sauce on some chicken wings? And no quality check? No reason for them to charge almost 8 bucks for 6 boneless cheap crappy wings. This isn't just my experience with this specific location, every BWWs I've been to is pretty slow with their service and terrible with their food.
