We were so excited to have a Buffalo Wild Wings opening in Viera. We've been to the one in Atlanta which is fabulous. This one? A whole different story... Avoid this place at all costs. The only redeeming feature is the large screen TVs. The service, food, and atmosphere is terrible. We waited over an hour for our food that came out at all different times. At the end of the hour my husband and I still did not have our food, because we had to send it back. My salad was served drenched in dressing and sauce even though I asked for it on the side. Similar experience for my husband. My son's chicken wings were dry and tasteless. The restaurant was packed, and the server kept telling us the kitchen was backed up. The worst part was there was no sympathy from the manager, Jim Bettis. When we shared our concerns with him, his response was "I'm sorry to hear that." Then he abruptly turned and walked away, not wanting to be bothered. He did not even ask us what the problems were. We will definitely not be returning. There are many other good options in Viera. The hostess sat me down at table by the bar. A few of the tables were still dirty from other customers. 20 minutes goes by and no one has yet to stop by and at least take my drink order. I look around the restaurant and some of the servers are goofing off by their kiosks. Finally gets up and finds the hostess to ask for the manager and say this is unacceptable. Manager pleads how sorry they were and they would take care of me personally. By this point I am beyond interested in eating anything. BWW managers need to get it together. If you were short staffed bring in more people or tell the ones that were goofing off get it together. read more

The kids had been asking to go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Last night we decided to go for dinner some of us ordered boneless and some ordered traditional wings. The service was good but it was VERY loud with all the televisions they have. The food was nothing to write home about. I have had better quality wings in frozen meals from the freezer section at the local grocery store. The prices were also a bit high for what was glorified chicken nuggets with sauce on them. Very bad. Last night, 9pm arrived to meet friends, looking forward to wings. Should have read reviews first. Arrival, asked for a booth, hostess said no. Place was empty and my mother wears a back brace due to recent surgery...we got a booth. Service was slow...but I've seen worse. Food arrives, and ALL of it is inedible. Order consisted of a sampler platter with fries, nachos, coleslaw and two orders of bone in buffalo wings, one mild one medium. The fries were old and cold. The "coleslaw" was a mix of cabbage and apparently lettuce with some weak, dillute Italian dressing on it. Nachos were so liquid and cold that the chips had basically dissolved to a pile of mush by the time it got to the table. Wings....where to begin. Hard, dry, the meat inside was literally rubbery. Like when you microwave something way too long, and I'm quite sure that's what happened. They were cooked earlier in the day for sure. They microwaved them to death before bringing them...they were terrible. I only got through 3 and gave up. The sauce on the mild was the exact same as the sauce on the medium. My mother had ordered mild. Waitress asked how everything was and then ran away before we could answer. To add insult to injury, my bottom of the line cheap beer was $6. Your name is Buffalo Wild Wings...I could forgive if the entire menu was total crap if your wings were good. Your name is Buffalo Wild Wings, the ONE thing you need to get right is the wings. Seriously. I could literally get better wings ANYWHERE else in this town. However...looks like you've been around a while and the reviews have been pretty crappy for years....I should have read the reviews before trying you out....won't be back. I am very excited to say I have visited the best buffalo wild wings I have ever been to. It is amazing the experience you would get with the right waitress. Jasmine is the best server I have had in 5 years. She was spot on and had every answer to every question I had. I was so impressed by her ability to make sure sure all our needs were met without having to ask for things. The food is always good and she made the experience that much better. Being that this was my first ever BWW experience, I would come here again. Of course it's nice and new, everything looks clean. Tons of tvs everywhere as well as 30 drafts on tap. The service was great, we were tended to by multiple waitresses. I ordered a snack size of the Caribbean jerk wings which had a nice flavor, a little too spicy for my taste and too much sauce. Next time I'll try a dry rub for sure. My chicken cesar salad wasn't bad but it came with a creamy Cesar instead of the typical Cesar, not my favorite. Ordered the fried pickle chips appetizer and buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. The pickle chips were average, a lot of breading on them. The buffalo chicken sandwich was the oddest I've ever had. From the shape of the chicken itself, to the fact it wasn't dipped in buffalo sause, the buffalo sause was drizzled on the lettuce. Huh? The fries that came with the sandwich were crisp, but, no more than a handful was on the plate. Nothing to justify the price. I have never been a fan of the wings but I decided to try the fried Garlic mushrooms and chicken tenders with the bbq Chipotle dry seasoning and I loved it. Before we went I looked at the menu on internet. Joked to GF "Hey, why is it only 2 stars. She laughed". Went there on a Monday at 6:00 PM. Only about 6 tables had people with at least 4 wait staff. Got seated immediately and the waitress Jenny (?) was polite. I ordered 10 plain boneless chicken with fries. Food seemed to take a while considering but was having fun with GF so didn't care. Waitress brings food and ask if we need anything else. I said "salt". She explains only has the little paper packages. Fine. They are ok. As she leaves I eat a couple fries and they are room temperature and taste like cardboard. As she returns with the salt ir tell her this. Very nicely she says "Sorry, would you like fresh ones?" Of course I say yes while thinking "No, just give me some more old ones from under the heat lamp." But she's nice so why be sarcastic. The chicken is also room temperature from all the delays but I open a salt and it's damp. Won't come out. I open 5 more. All the same. I'm sitting waiting and she brings the fries. Hot and obviously made fresh to order. I tell her salt is wet. She runs to get more. Returns and gives me 10 more. All wet. Worthless. I find her again. Explain. She says she will look for a new box that's dry. I wait. She brings 10 more. All wet. I go find her. I ask her can't you at least tear one open to see if it's dry before you bring them. She says they don't have any others but she's told the manager. By now the chicken is ice cold and hard. Not fit to eat. I leave 7 out of 10 sitting there. I think I'll just tell the manager when he comes. Hah. He never comes. Not to say sorry. Not to ask if it's ok. Nothing. Hiding in the back. Lazy and uncaring. I turn to GF and say "Now I know why the 2 star reviews." GF had regular seasoned wings which don't have the breaded coating and no fries so she's ok. One coke. One water. No alcohol and the bill is $38.00 not including the tip. What a waste of money and food. Waitress throws it all in the garbage and never asks if we we were happy or satisfied. I could have eaten far better food for much less at 20 different places and will in the future. Wild Wings will never see me or my money. Over priced and poorly managed. Ok...arrived at 11:00 when doors opened. We were the third party seated. 45 minutes until food arrived (wings and street tacos). Our waitress was annoying talking about her children. I ordered a small side salad which on the menu says $1.75 to go with my chicken tacos, and I pointed to the menu and told the server that is what I wanted and named the price so I would get the right one. After 45 minutes, our food arrived....I had a plate of fries (which I asked for an extra plate to remove them from my actual plate. The manager did discount a little off the bill for the delay. Then in reviewing the bill, the salad was a 4.50 salad. The server said, I'm doing the best I can. The manager did remove the salad from the bill, but not a lovely experience. read more

Called at 1500 to see if they'd be showing the Giants/Lions game at 1900. Waited 11 minutes for the phone answer-er to check with the manager. She came back and told me "yes". I called a few friends and told them we could watch the game there and made plans to drive there from Eau Gallie, PSJ, and Cocoa Beach. When we arrived they told us "sorry, we're not showing that; but we'll give you a free app for the confusion." I'm a business owner, a free app doesn't make up for my embarrassment in front of my friends, my wasted time driving there, or the fact I don't get to watch my game. So we left and went to Beef's. For more than a buck a wing, you can't afford to treat people like that. I'm done with this place. There are three other establishments (Longdoggers, Beef's, and Slow and Low) within 2 miles that have the ticket and game pass, and they don't pack you in like a general admission concert. You can't treat people in Viera like this. I'll be interested in seeing just how much longer this place stays open. read more

I tried BWW for the first time today, and I can say that it will be my last. I visited the one in Viera, and the service was slow and it took about 30 minutes for the server to come back and pick up the money for our checks. The fried pickles were gross and you could tell that they made no effort as to just rip open a bag and throw it in the fryer. The burger I had was also gross. I can get the same quality burger at a McDonald for less. Not to mention the servers NEVER smiled looked miserable as if they were true Viera stuck up kids that their dads probably stopped paying their car insurance so they had to break a nail to get a job. Also they tried to charge me 2.69 for an overly sweet tea that I didn't drink and they brung a refill out of the sweet tea after I had told them that I was drinking water. read more

Wife and I have been to this restaurant twice now (both on the Thursday 65 cent boneless wings) and oh-boy, were we pleasantly surprised. We had been getting our wings at Beef-O-Brady's Wednesday 79 cent Wing night, and Pizza Hut's Wednesday 68 cent wings. The boneless wings at BWW's are definitely much better, meatier and juicier than the other two places. To get the 65 cent wings, one must order at least 4 boneless wings. I usually get 4 separate orders and then get 4 different sauces. This way one can try out different sauces and eventually figure out which one they like the best. Our waitress, Nicole (who happened to serve us both times we visited), has been at this restaurant for quite awhile, knew her menu items, and we couldn't be more pleased with her. I think we have found our new wing place to go.
