The worst B-Dubbs we have been to. My hisband ordered a beer at 11:15 and the waitress said no alcohol as they already gave the last call. It was 11:15P we assumed it is because of COVID. Them when ordering out food she asked if we knew about the wing special. We did not and she said the wings are BOGO free. She did not tell us it was traditional only. We asked for boneless and she took back the traditional. Not a big deal. I arrived at Buffalo Wild Wings early for my food and received it early too. I had great service by the cashier that I even decided to tip her in the end. I was very happy I was about to go enjoy my wings and fries with my wife. When I had arrived home(5 minute drive) my fries were stone cold!!!! Worse than McDonald's fries that were left out over night!!! The fries tasted like they've been reheated. The wings were alright no complaints about that. My friend and I come here at least once a month for a lunch date for the famous boneless wings. The food is always delicious, yet the service sucks. There have been several times where we have sat and waited more than 10 minutes just for someone to come to the table. I would understand that if it were busy, but the restaurant was empty. We came here on Sunday at 3 pm the place was very quiet which was concerning for a Sunday. The mushroom appetizer was very small for the price. The onion rings where good, but the boneless chicken was heavily breaded and over cooked. The Thai curry sauce was super salty. The waitress was very nice but the food was disappointing. I did not complain to the waitress because it's not her fault the kitchen is poorly run. Very nice decor but the food needs a lot of help. For the price I expected better quality. This review is based 100% on the acting host or manager last night (3/16/2018). My friend and I came in for some wings at about 1am. They close at 2am. It was clear, by his terrible and rude attitude, that this guy wanted to shut down and did not want any more patrons. He carried this poor attitude to the patrons that came in after us as well. Looking at his watch, sighing, telling us last call is in a half hour (my friend and I are under 21 so we were not ordering liquor) and throwing the menus on the table and walking away. Food was fine and our server - Stephanie -was excellent. However, the person put upfront to "greet" and seat patrons needs an attitude adjustment and a new job. This was the first restaurant my boyfriend brought me to on my visit to the states, and it did leave a lasting impression (and we have gone back!). The food is delicious and the service is amazing, with the staff being incredibly kind. Though it is always packed and you do have to wait for a booth a lot, it isn't the end of the world. Came here for the NCAA Championship game with my boyfriend. Our server was super friendly. It's difficult to find a restaurant in the suburbs to watch a late game and I usually stay away from BWW because their service and food is slow. However, I was very pleased with this location. Our server had a party of 11 but was still able to give us adequate attention. The food wasn't the fastest, but it was hot and delicious. Will definitely be back at this location rather than Vernon Hills or Glenview. read more

I love b dubs in fact I used to work at a different location. Every time I order takeout I get an order of traditional wings, all flats, extra crispy and extra wet however it's a mystery which on I'm going to get because I only get one of 3 modifications every time I order it and it's up to the kitchens discretion which one I get. I don't know if they can't read or don't really care but it's pretty obnoxious especially when I'm paying 25 dollars for an order of wings. I'm assuming it's the latter because when you look up at the screen in the kitchen, it lists the modifiers for each order. I'm floored. Steve the bartender is the absolute best!!! Such a sweetheart. Remembers what I like even if I haven't been there in months. Always with a joke or kind word. He's terrific! Ask him about the song Stranglehold by T Nugent! Luis the manager is stellar! He always takes the time to chat and catch up. I really consider him my friend. Very rare to find. Thank goodness MNF is back. I go in with a decent size group and we have a waitress that really takes care of us in the bar area. The problems I've had are in the regular seating areas. Servers simply do not care about their tables, sometimes taking over 20 minutes for drinks- even with a near empty restaurant. Socializing takes Priority over work. I haven't been served by everyone there, but my honest opinion is that if you're not in the bar area, don't expect good service. read more

Very unpleasant experience, when we realized that the server had made a mistake the manager was rude and unpleasant. Blame was put on us for not realizing a mistake was made until we were halfway done with our meal. The second manager was more pleasant when giving us the new food. Since I can't give half stars, the total today is 3 (rounding down). I love BWW and always look forward to visiting one when I can, but the one-and-a-half star deduction comes from the wings and service during my last visit. [-1 for the thai curry wings and -1/2 for the service] Heres why: The wings have been hit or miss for me as of late; mostly hit, but I can't ignore the times when they've missed. I learned that it depends upon when you go, and now (apparently) which sauce you select. I don't opt for the choices on the 'seasonings' side of the menu, so when I pick a sauce, I'd like the wings to be coated. Usually, this isn't an issue, however on occasion the wings are very dry inside, and oddly, the outside as well (which is what happened this time). 4 of the 5 sauces were great: garlic parmesan, asian zing, medium and mild (we had a group; not all for me!) however the thai curry wings were the culprit to affect the star rating. I could look the other way if this was the first time that had ever happened, however, sadly, it was not. I notice it specifically happens with the curry wings for whatever reason, and I know that they aren't living up to potential because the first time I had them, they were excellent; they also bridged me into the world of curry that I now know and thoroughly enjoy. The point is, those first thai curry wings were creamy, crispy, moist and flavorful, and I'm still waiting for that experience to be re-created. The half star deduction from service is simply due to the fact that it took a little while for them to get the orders in and for the drinks to come out. Not a huge deal, but even if the wings were perfect I would still probably have to bump a star and give 4 (not bad). My general rule of thumb for BWW is go slightly after or at the start of a peak hour, that way I can get a table quickly, and the leftover wings from the late lunch hour are gone. I'm really hoping I wont have to amend my rule to include "and don't order thai curry wings" but if the same thing happens again, it'll definitely stick. I will absolutely give them another chance because I want to believe in justice, so the next visit will be the deciding vote. read more

You never know what your going to get when you order chicken wings at random restaurants. At BW3 you always get consistently good and meaty wings. Their restaurants are comfortable and the bar area has many televisions and its a good place to chill and have wings and watch a game. read more
