My kids worked at this store. The store GM and district manager are attempting to cheap my daughter who after 2 1/2 years went off to college and resigned( quite ) to do so . They put her on leave and even though my daughter contacted HR atheistic email and said no she resigned because she is a full time college student they still after 30days refuse to pay her PTO and Vacation to her which under state law they are required to do. As for my son, he quite because he wasn't getting enough hours, and the regional manager came to our home unannounced and harassed and stalked him via the phone and text for over two weeks my son had to call the cops and report the dangerous activity. Both of my kids have shown me pictures and told me things that make my stomach turn. I will never eat there again. This store has been sited by the health department, Illinois has fined them over improper liquor practices. This store is horrible to the help, and cheat the kids who work there, please don't patronize this place, you will be thankful you past on this place . As for my daughter pay issue , I am helping file a formal complaint with the Illinois dept. of labor and the IRS for payroll fraud. I have help her contact a lawyer and since a corporate store the corporation and the store manager are about to learn a very expensive lesson; lawyers and court cost a lot of money , because those managers will be sued individually as well as the company. After spending the day at Arlington Park and craving wings, BW3 was on the way to my p's in Northbrook. The wait for takeout was 20 minutes, but the staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The spicy garlic and honey BBQ was very good, the teriyaki, just OK. We probably should have gotten buffalo wings, even if mild. What a great experience!! We usually go to the one in northbrook, but passing by this location we decided to pop in because my son LOVES their crispy chicken tacos. Unfortunately, they made some changes to their menu BUT they were able to accommodate their grilled chicken mini street tacos to the crispy tacos that he likes. They also have the best tator tots, onion rings, fried pickles n fries if you live fried foods!! A million TVs to watch march madness. Great fried food! And excellent service from Zoey!!! There was no crispy option or special instructions box. So I placed my order and decided to call in and ask. I called for an hour on multiple devices. They never answered. My meal was undesirable. As far as "wing & beer" joints go, this one's fine! Personally, I'm a fan of the garlic wings and onion rings. That's what I get EVERY time I go. Service is usually decent. For $9.99, I got 12 Mango Habanero Wings with Chips and Chili Cheso Dip (Maria let me substitute the salsa) and bottomless Diet Coke. For $7.79, my Mother ordered the Grilled Chicken Wrap with French Fries and Cole Slaw and bottomless Lemonade. Today, our Server, Maria, was attentive to my Nephew and she translated my order in a way I could save money (see above). Unfortunately, I thought the wings were over-fried. Our waiter (I think her name is Ellen) took forever to give us the check. I am flippin pissed. The onion rings were soggy and didn't have much onion in them. The nachos had DILUTED nacho cheese on them. Every time I come here, the cheese is watery and unflavored on my nachos when I order the sampler. The mozzarella sticks weren't seasoned with salt. Don't come here if you expect flavor. The burgers are okay because you can't really mess up meat on a bun unless it's burnt. Every time I come to this location I have had nothing but problems. Today I ordered using Uber eats. At one point it said my food was ready. So I'm waiting. Four drivers later some guy gets there to pick up my food and it says that my order went back to being in production. The Uber driver told me that they had lost my order so they had to remake it. I'm a regular at this Buffalo Wild Wings and it's definitely one of the better locations. I haven't had any issues here. Food generally comes out in a good amount of time and they get your order right most of the time. Kevin is the best server / bartender there. One time my order came out wrong and he was on top of it right away and went to kitchen to make sure they got it right. Another time, I had gotten a box to-go for my leftovers but forgot to take the box with me as I was leaving. Kevin ran out and caught up to me in the parking lot with my box of wings which I greatly appreciated. He also does a great job of checking in with you to see if you need anything and is very attentive with re-fills on water (which is super important when eating spicy wings). I get it home and we open it up. One of the sides is wrong, but that happens sometimes. The unfortunate problem was that everything was room temperature cold and overcooked. The fries were snapping and burnt. The actual chicken took World's Strongest Man jaws to chew. And that effort wasn't even rewarded with warm or tasty food. The "hot and ready" policy of bringing whatever food is ready at any time, left half of our family completely finished and the other half with no food for more than ten minutes after the others were complete. Imagine having the most incompetent people working a job, now put them all in the same place, this is what that looks like. Not only did the Karen manager refuse to verify 3 real ids, she refused to serve alcohol on top of it, then refused to call the police to have them verify the ids and spent 10-15 minutes lecturing a group of adults on "bad judgement means you showed up impaired" and are in no state to be served alcohol. Imagine telling that to a group of sober adults who are just trying to watch UFC fights and spend $$$ on overpriced alcoholic beverages and managed to completely fumble the customer service expectations that are already extremely low, your only job is to bring out food and it proved too difficult of a task for the staff at this location. Cheese sauce was asked for 3 separate times as the nachos that were ordered had an inadequate amount on it, only to be given 2 cups of shredded cheese, seriously lacking any form of common sense. To top it all off the Karen manager tried to impose her strict views on everyone dining in and anytime anything was said in a response, the manager responds by saying we have bad judgement and that we are impaired, too bad she couldn't realize she's mentally impaired and has received gods grace to somehow land a manager position anywhere, if you thought any of this was bad, imagine a manager explicitly telling you "Free speech is dead", how f**ked in the mind are you to impose any form of political views on a group of young adults simply wanting to watch UFC fights outside of a house for a change, big mistake we'll support other and more deserving businesses for some food during events like these, almost missed an entire fight at the start of the main card, no one even wanted to continue talking to this manager after realizing the massive discrepancy in basic understanding, but continued to essentially ramble to herself. That's why some of us went in the first place! So we ordered wings to supplement the non-existent legs and the waitress informed us that they would take longer than the burgers (uh, yeah...cos you told us 10 minutes too late about our legs). Anyway, we received our breaded mushrooms soon after. We were famished, so we couldn't wait! Too bad it was disappointment after disappointment. We literally were given 12 mushrooms--which weren't even WHOLE mushrooms, some were mushroom stems. At what I believe was $5.99, it was DEFINITELY a scam. But I was already angry and we were so hungry, we ate them anyway. My friends got their burgers and were highly satisfied. It took maybe 5-10 minutes after for our wings. I ordered 6 parmesan garlic and 6 mild bone-in wings and was gypped when they gave me 5 mild.... My friends with burgers were still hungry so they ordered 6 boneless and fried pickles (which are so yum!), but they immediately regretted it because it literally took 15 minutes for our order. I've given this location 3 chances. As they say, 3 strikes and you're out. Unfortunately, the first 2 visits resulted in very long waits for food (Over 30 minutes for wings). The most recent visit, this evening, resulted in sitting at a table for 15 minutes without ever being acknowledged by a waiter. However, several walked by our table without ever saying anything or explaining that they'd be back in a minute. I told the gentleman at the take out counter that we were leaving because we never saw a waiter. He didn't apologize and simply said "I'll tell the manager."
